I know there isn't any assigned seating or anything but you'd think they could make sure the family is at least treated fairly.... jeez.

UPDATE 2:30 PM PT -- In the interest of full disclosure, Judge Pastor told the lawyers he wrote a letter of recommendation on behalf of the prosecutor who is seeking to become a judge.

the judge wrote a letter of reccomandation for the prosecutor time ago and he's just letting this info being public not to create problems?or what does it mean?

He is making a mountain out of a molehill as usual that is how things were even back in 2005. Maybe people should stop paying attention to nonsensical rants but to the case and Murray himself. What's the use of going :bugeyed over the media having better seats at this moment? I couldn't care less about who sits where. I want Murray to go to hell

UPDATE 2:35 PM PT -- More disclosure: Attorney General Jerry Brown appointed Judge Pastor back when Brown was a governor in 1983. Small world.
