June 14th the new court date. The Judge didn't want to hear anything today.

These kind of investigations and court proceedings can take a long time, but I expect it to be finished up this year. My heart truly goes out to Michael's family. It has to be difficult to relive it over & over again.

^ Thanks for that.... that's what I thought. Does the assigned judge, in this case, now Judge Pastor, need to review all the evidence before that prelim? If that is so, maybe it's why there is so much time between now and the prelim? I only wonder because when a friend of mine had a trial jury (for doing something massively stupid) it was less than four weeks between the court date in which the date for the prelim was set and that actual date. Maybe he wants extra time because it's complicated and a high profile case?

not sure tbh. i know the defence was asking for a delay becasue they hadnt received all the discovery so im guessing the judge has given them longer to make sure everything is handed over.not sure if the judge reviews it first. how does it work with a prelim does the judge wait a few days b4 ruling if theres enough evidence to proceed to trial or does he decide the day the hearing takes place.if he gets to see the evidence b4 the actual prelim the nto me theres doesnt seem to be much point having a prelim cause hes already seen the evidence if u get what i mean

thanks for that. i guess its true then if it coming from linda D. so we are prob looking at early july at the earliest for a prelim. thats ridiculous at this rate a trial wont start till april next year going by what happened with mj and i was thinking of going away early july dunno if i can risk it now

We would have been on their ass from June 25th 2009 if he was killed in the UK! Hell, they would have been questioning people and shutting off areas for investigation hours after the announcement of his death. We take these things seriously.

I'm sorry but it looks like the American "Justice" System needs to be looked into.

I agree with you..I am an American....Our justice system sucks.

Well I'm just confused now about the June 14th date seems different people are saying different things as to what will go down that day.

linda D from the AP is saying the june 14th date will be when they set the prelime date. so if thats correct u are loking at early july at the earliest. linda is as reliable as they come

interesting info : Today, Pastor met with the prosecution and the defense in chambers for about 30 minutes before scheduling another hearing for June 14, on which date he's expected to decide on a date for the preliminary hearing.

so still june 14 is another hearing date but not the prelim date.

The waiting is hard but we did so much of it a few years ago we can do it again just as long as justice is done. I get impatient with it all as well but we just have too.

Dr. Conrad Murray -- Emotional Wreck

Dr. Conrad Murray is "an emotional wreck" over the prospect that the judge in his criminal case could suspend his medical license ... sources tell TMZ.

We're told Dr. Murray knows the Texas and Nevada medical boards will follow suit and yank his license in those states if the California judge takes action -- and he is "distraught, worried sick" over the prospect of not being allowed to practice medicine.

"It's the hardest thing he's dealt with since Michael's death," one source tells TMZ.

But Dr. Murray is not nervous about seeing Michael Jackson's family in court today. We're told he "feels deeply for their loss but isn't responsible for his [Michael's] death."

I wonder why he would be an emotional wreck.
Because he is worried he won't be able to pay for child support?
Does this look like a man who cares for the children he has seeded all over the nation?
Does he look like a responsible dr when he leaves the patient that would supposedly pay him $150,000 a month under anestesia to hang out with prostitutes or strippers?
Soon he's gonna walk out the door free as a bird with a thick pack of $$$ in his pocket to spend it on his own addiction to women somewhere in the Carribean.

Where on earth do TMZ find these stories?
