It's annoying how Sony has the power to pull some MJ videos from Youtube so easily but yet this video of Blanket hasn't been permanently removed yet! Surely there must be a data protection law about this, if someone had posted a video of my children (not that I have any) I would be furious and would like to think the law was on my side to get it off/punish the people who leaked it.

Paris, Prince and Blanket are not just some random kids (although MJ said that his kids dont wanna be treated differently and stuff) and there lies a huge interest in them.

I honestly think people CONFUSE take special care with people who are in a certain situation - as the children of Michael - with preference, placed certain people above others merely because of their status.

The question is not treat the children differently or with privileges but that is an INDISPUTABLE FACT that they are children of one the world's most famous people and so that it attracts attention etc, and that people have a famous parent is a different situation.

Michael never wanted his children being treated with privileges, as if they were better than others, but he had conscience that for he being famous their children were in a different, special situation than the other children in the world with no relation famous. He either knew it, he made every effort possible to protect them from the press and then they can come out on the street normally.

One thing is FACT, Michael was one of the most famous people who passed through the EARTH. And even if he was one of those celebrities who makes monthly issues/exclusive photos to Hello, People magazine, after his death the people, the media would still have curiosity, interest in their children's lives.

The kids should be able to have their own private sphere inside their own house.. and like someone said, it IS well-documented how sacred the kids privacy were for MJ and his wishes should be fulfilled. I hope that the family are aware of the leaked videos/pics and does something about it.

I file quite a lot of copyright/trademark complaints with Youtube for an artist. Once you validate your credentials with youtube (real contact info, address etc) that's quite easy.

However privacy claims is not that easy, I went through their privacy complaints
- they'll act on it if there's important personal information is on the videos such as address, social security number, credit card number
- request should be done by the actual person or the legal guardian / lawyer
- they ask the uploader to remove the video first
- if not they look to determine whether there's a privacy violation, they may or may not remove the video (they say they do not remove videos taken in public places for example ).

What does Sony have to do with private videos that were posted by cousins on their social networking sites for show off purposes? For these videos to be pulled out of Youtube someone needs to act, if the legal guardian doesn't do ish nothing will happen. The person who needs to act here is Katherine

would the ppl doing this have done it if mj was here. nahh didnt think so. that sums it up. frankly id of wished he left the kids with the cascios or someone else who knew what mj wanted interms of protecting his kids. actions speak louder than words.

Well, Michael did pick his mother to raise his children in his will... I think Michael did want with them with his mother, but in event of his mother being unable to take care of the children, he picked Diana Ross. So it seems to me, that he really didn't have faith in his other family members, in terms of being able to raise children, other than his mother. Michael did love his family but I suppose through out his life he did lose some respect/faith in them.

As for the video leak..well I really do hope this is just a one time thing. It really is quite an innocent thing ,but let's just hope that it doesn't happen again:)
 
you guys, may be you should try to make youtube take the blanket videos account down, flag it report it or something!
 
i know she is great grandma but seriously she needs to get her act together and do the right thing.this stuff is going out of hands now,how long she is going to wait.

No it isn't the monkey video, it's supposed to be another in which she's supposed to sing/rap to a song according to a poster on MJJB

I believe she is lip syncing to a Omer Bhatti song :eek:

If Katherine can be contacted to be given roses or whatever,

there should be no problem to be able to inform her about leaked

videos.

Maybe Katherine is already aware of these video's....maybe she doesn't care.....I find it hard to believe that the way some people's posts are quoted in print by TMZ that the family has absolutely NO IDEA that these kids have been put on youtube...I am sure that their adult friends use youtube and have seen these video's. I dont know why action has not been taken to take them down...it seems to me that they would be concerned for the safety and privacy of P P and B Then again when it comes to what is right for them children since Michael died we the fans seem to be the only one's who care.

Now see this is the kind of stuff we are talking about ..when we say that the children become targets for weirdo's..Michael knew those dangers were out there...that is why he kept his children away from things like youtube....see Jackson's the children are the victims...PROTECT THEM!!

I think the ONLY way the Jacksons take any decision in relation to LEAKING, is HARVEY - when I would think such a thing, OMG!!! - put all this videos, photos on TMZ.

people need to report that idiot.this is too much now.those who has twitter just send lot of message to Jackson family.really this is just too much to take and do nothing.
 
stop giving the videos views!!! and they wont end up on tv..As of now the only people that know about the videos are fans right..?.

so how about we STOP watching them..then coming here and complaining about it..and do what we can to stop it. like reporting it to youtube and telling people to stop spreading the videos....

its getting really annoying that people are watching the videos then complaining about it. You are apart of the problem if you are a member of the sites dedicated to PPB, if you didnt know...
 
I just saw two clips on Youtube and I couldn't bare to see the 2nd one fully. I felt dirty. I felt like I was violating Michael. Never again. Sorry Michael....:(

Michael would be so angry....he did everything to protect those kids and now they are splattered all over the net.

Wrong wrong wrong in every shape and form. Why would anyone do this? What a betrayal.

At least you are honest, some fans will watch the clips and enjoy them like nothing is wrong then late act like they're upset about the kids privacy.
