Echoes of a conspiracy

Two of Michael Jackson's three children-his beautiful daughter Paris, and handsome older son Prince Michael-accepted an award for him at this year's Grammy celebration. Whether it was a classy move on the part of the Grammy Gods, or brash exploitation of the Gloved One's loved ones, I'll leave for others to determine. Of course, an argument can be made that they are, in fact, Jacksons; and wowing a worldwide audience is naturally in their blood, so to speak. On the other hand, whether genetics is a factor or not, exposing the children to a curious world of onlookers may be moving them along too far too fast, especially after their Daddy's relatively recent death. Furthermore, given the fact that the rigors of showbiz robbed a tender-aged Michael Jackson of his own childhood, it is highly unlikely that the King of Pop would have exposed his Dashing Prince and Precious Princess to a voyeuristic global village. Whatever the case, a growing number of people firmly believe Michael Jackson's legacy has been-and is being-illegally hijacked. They believe a conspiracy is afoot.

Although behind the scenes plans have been in the works to charge Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael's physician, with involuntary manslaughter for some time now, questions like these from a concerned fan persist: "How is the Michael Jackson investigation going? Do you think those investigating know of the truth that Michael was...murdered? Or at least have an idea that he was? And do you think they are investigating his death as if it were a murder?" Many believe that charging Murray should be the tip of the iceberg. They're convinced that powerful transnational forces conspired not only to murdered Michael, but are now making untold millions in profit dollars in the post-Jackson era. Since a conspiracy implies organization, the perpetrators are perceived by many fans to be organized criminals. Collusion between various parties-even criminal organizations-is indeed a serious charge.

If, in fact, investigators are proceeding as if an extravagant conspiracy is involved, it would explain why it has taken so long, and also may well suggest that more arrests are in the offing. Still, the public is usually in the dark when it comes to the intricacies of clandestine criminal conspiracies. As one authoritative work puts it: "The disadvantage of a conspiracy includes the long-term commitment to gather evidence, which is likely to be manpower-intensive. In major investigations, extensive surveillance is conducted and testimony of witnesses needs to be verified and corroborated, which often requires overtime and manpower. Multiple venues often pose political and logistical problems." And, of course, not just any law enforcement officer can effectively conduct an investigation. The same work reveals: "The investigator must be well trained in [specialized] methods and also be allowed time and resources to conduct such complex and long term cases."

There are two types of criminal conspiracies, ongoing and chain. As its name implies, an ongoing conspiracy is one that exists simultaneously while it is being investigated. A chain conspiracy is when all co-conspirators are connected, but only certain ones interact with certain others. This effectively provides layers of protection for key figures behind criminal activities-particularly those who hide behind legitimate businesses. Still, prosecutors are enamored with conspiracy cases as these relate to organized criminal activity. Why? "Conspiracy cases allow prosecution of leaders of organized crime groups even when they attempt to insulate themselves with subordinates, or when they remain in a foreign country, never entering the United States where the objective of the conspiracy is reached." Here are another 10 other reasons (there are more) why prosecutors favor conspiracy charges:

1. Conspirators don't have to know each other.

2. Each is responsible for the actions of the others.

3. Each is an agent for each other.

4. Conspirators don't have to know the actions of others.

5. Any action that carries out the objective of the conspiracy is an overt act.

6. Overt acts don't have to be criminal acts.

7. Overt acts need not be known by all participants.

8. Any act or statement by one conspirator can be used against all.

9. A statute of limitations applies and varies between states.

10. Evidence against one defendant is evidence against all.

Perhaps the above may help Michael Jackson fans, and others, understand why certain investigations take so long. If Michael Jackson's death is in fact the result of an elaborate ongoing conspiracy, then this would explain seeming delays. Intriguingly, the Patriot Act, legislation that remains a cause for concern on the part of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), is an invaluable tool in conspiracy cases. In any event, if Michael Jackson's legacy has been and is being hijacked due to a conspiracy, we're in for a long court battle. Fire up your DVRs.

Dr Carr appears to be a Jehovah's Witness. Not just because he mentions Jehovah when not quoting scripture but he has knowledge of publications released by the Watchtower, Bible & Tract Society (which produces all JW material). I know this as my father is an Elder in his congregation and Im a former JW and still believe in The Truth. This is one reason why I identified with Michael.

It makes me wonder if Carr goes to Katherine's Kingdom Hall or has contact with the family due to same beliefs.

Jacksons see Biblical justice
By Dr. Firpo Carr
Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper
February 11 - 17, 2010
Day 231, Week 33, Article 32

This past Monday, February 8, 2010, authorities charged Dr. Conrad Murray with involuntary manslaughter in the case of the death of Michael Joseph Jackson. But, a world is still troubled. Murray's arrest was negotiated so that he would avoid handcuffs; a luxury not afforded Michael Jackson. Tragically, the beloved Gloved One became the scorned Cuffed One. In sum, the justice system gave Murray what amounts to a warm reception in court, as Jackson lies cold in his crypt. After nearly taking an agonizing nine months to give birth to charging Murray with involuntary manslaughter instead of murder, indications are that authorities plan on treating him with kid gloves. Family, friends, and fans are none too pleased. In fact, the family, rooted as it is in religious tradition, wants to see Biblical justice. So what does God's Word say about murder and manslaughter?

Manslaughter in the Scriptures: The Constitution of the United States of America is predicated on the Judeo-Christian ethic, hence, precepts found in the Holy Bible, which contains both the Hebrew Scriptures and the Christian Greek Scriptures. The Hebrew Scriptures (or Jewish Writings) speak plainly of the legal procedures to be enforced when one intentionally takes the life of another person (murder), or accidentally kills another person (manslaughter). The encyclopedic Bible dictionary Insight on the Scriptures (a comprehensive two-volume set that Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson's mother, regularly consults, and that Michael himself cherished) reads as follows:

"Jehovah's law on the sanctity of blood was very explicit. The shedding of human blood polluted the land in which the sons of Israel lived, in the midst of which Jehovah was residing, and it could be atoned for only by the blood of the one shedding it. (Ge 9:5, 6; Nu 35:33, 34) So, in the case of a murderer, the blood of his victim was avenged and the law of ‘life for life' was satisfied when the murderer was put to death ‘without fail' by the avenger of blood [that is, the victim's next of kin]. (Ex 21:23; Nu 35:21) But what about the unintentional manslayer, the one, for example, who killed his [fellow Israelite] when the axhead accidentally flew off while he was chopping wood? (De 19:4, 5) For such unfortunate ones Jehovah lovingly provided cities of refuge, six in number, where the accidental shedder of blood could find protection and asylum from the avenger of blood.--Nu 35:6-32; Jos 20:2-9."

What was to happen upon reaching one of the strategically located cities of refuge? "Upon reaching a city of refuge," continues Insight, "the fugitive was to state his case to the older men at the city gate and was to be received hospitably. To prevent willful murderers from taking cover under this provision, the fleeing one, after entering the city of refuge, had to stand trial at the city gates in the city having jurisdiction where the killing occurred, in order to prove his innocence. If found innocent, he was returned to the city of refuge. However, his safety could be guaranteed only if he remained in the city the rest of his life or until the death of the high priest. No ransom could be accepted to alter these terms. (Nu 35:22-29, 32; Jos 20:4-6) Even Jehovah's sacred altar provided no protection for murderers, as was illustrated in the case of Joab.--Ex 21:14; 1Ki 1:50; 2:28-34."

Conrad the "Christian"?
: Ironically, Dr. Conrad Murray professes to be a Christian, even mentioning "prayers" and "faith" in his only taped appeal to the public. But reports state that he has seeded seven women who have in turn produced six children. He is said to have paid one stripper $3,500 for one night of her company. If true, these are hardly the actions of a true Christian. Whether Dr. Murray is guilty of a sin of commission or a sin of omission, the fact is, as a trained professional, Conrad the "Christian" knew what the right thing was to do, and simply did not do it. "Therefore," wrote the Christian disciple James, "if one knows how to do what is right and yet does not do it, it is a sin for him." (James 4:17)

The Same but Different: Fans of Michael want Murray charged and convicted of first-degree murder. Involuntary manslaughter is completely unacceptable. The totality of Murray's actions--or inactions--led directly to the death of Michael Jackson. However, what fans want and what the law allows are completely at odds. It is like trying to put the proverbial square peg into a round hole. Either way, Dr. Conrad Murray has already been judged in the international court of global public opinion. His sentence? Absent penal powers of capital punishment, the ever-growing world community of Michael's loyal fans has banished him to life in the prison of his cloistered, hated existence.

Conrad's Crisis of Conscience: Some have speculated that Murray's high-powered defense team may argue that he simply followed the orders of his boss, Michael Jackson, who insisted the doctor administer potentially dangerous drugs to him. History teaches us that Dr. Murray should have known better. During the Nuremberg Trials that followed the demise of Adolf Hitler's reign of terror toward the end of World War II, Nazi officers and soldiers who argued that they were merely following orders in executing unarmed innocent men, women, and children were nonetheless rebuffed. These Nazi war criminals were told that in what one observer called a "sophisticated civilized society" the "higher natural law of justice" should have prevailed. Bottom line, the "law" of their consciences should have directed them not to carry out those atrocious orders. While I am not ready to call him Dr. Mengele, Dr. Murray should have taken a lesson.

Conrad at the Crypt: Murray visited Michael Jackson's crypt. Some allege that this was a media ploy, an insincere move to garner public sympathy. Intriguingly, noted body language expert, Beverly Hills Dr. Lillian Glass, a familiar face on national television who is also a communication and forensic voice analyst, intimated to me that his overall body language indicated that his sorrow was sincere. The question is, What was he sorrow for?

LaToya Lets Loose: Not one to bite her tongue when it comes to the death of her younger brother, LaToya Jackson lamented to People.com: "Michael was murdered and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan. There are other individuals involved and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served." Brian Oxman, Joe Jackson's longtime attorney asserted: "This charge is a slap on the wrist. There's great disappointment here. He should've been charged with a higher degree of responsibility. What he did was reckless. It was a disregard for human life." Katherine Jackson, the family matriarch, put it most succinctly when he simply said of Murray: "He's a monster." He may well be.

According to CNN the coroner's office has released new details in the death of Michael Jackson: "The 51-page report gives vivid detail supporting last August's conclusion that Jackson died from ‘acute propofol intoxication.' Murray told investigators he gave Jackson propofol, a powerful anesthetic, to help him sleep. An anesthesiology consultant hired by the coroner to review the findings of the investigation said that ‘there are NO [sic] reports of its use for insomnia relief, to my knowledge,' according to the report. ‘The only reports of its use in homes are cases of fatal abuse (first reported in 1992), suicide, murder and accident,' Dr. Selma Calmes wrote. ‘The standard of care for administering propofol was not met,' she wrote." Murder she wrote?

Aside from being a "monster," is Murray also a sacrificial lamb? Is his trial merely a red herring? Are the "other individuals involved" that LaToya speaks of associated with criminal organizations that are "a part of a much larger plan"? Stay tuned for the article, "Michael & the Mob."

I am tired of this baiting. I can't wait to get real answers.. I am feeling very frustrated. Murray not in cuffs was a sign to me they don't really want to prosecute him for what he really did and are only taking the easy way out. Well I am not satisfied and will never be if the outcome is a pat on the wrist.

A Judas in the Jackson Camp?

Some say the nanny's uncanny

Day 259, Week 37, Article 36

It has been said that great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; and small mind discuss people. Risking being accused of having a mini-mind I shall resist casting aspersions on anyone's character here. Nonetheless, Michael Joseph Jackson and his family have been bitterly disappointed when longtime trusted insiders and transient security guards sold false, misleading, or exaggerated stories to the plethora of supermarket tabloids in the universe. And a few years ago, seemingly due to extenuating circumstances, even one of Michael's own siblings publicly slapped the face of the Gloved One. More recently, Grace Rwaramba, the nanny for Michael's children, has come under scrutiny as the latest in a parade of Judases.

Biblical Backstabbers: Judas Iscariot is infamous for having betrayed Jesus. Yes, this one-time faithful apostle "turned traitor." (Luke 6:16; Matt 10:4; John 6:66-71) But there's another lesser-known traitor mentioned in the Bible. The Bible encyclopedia Insight on the Scriptures reveal the following about a former trusted counselor of King David: "As David's personal adviser, Ahithophel's sagacious counsel was esteemed as if it were the direct word of Jehovah. (2Sa 16:23) Later this once-close companion treacherously turned traitor and joined David's son Absalom in a coup against the king." Michael Jackson, too, would later have problems with trusted ones turning traitor. But can this Black male be blackmailed even after his death?

Stun-Gun "Fun"?: A shocking situation supposedly developed at the Jackson estate in Encino, California, that leaked out to a television tabloid show and reportedly to the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). The rumor was Michael's youngest son Blanket was tasered by his cousin with a stun-gun. X17 Online quotes Randy Jackson, Michael's youngest brother, as addressing the gossip thusly: "The story is false. I spoke to my children who were present at the time. The stun gun arrived 2-3 weeks ago and was retrieved immediately by security at our family home. The children never played with it and Blanket was nowhere near the vicinity. Since our security handled the situation appropriately and the children were safe there was nothing for the Department of Child Protective Services to confiscate. The lies are outrageous and horrific. Enough is enough."

The website also reports that Katherine Jackson's attorney Adam Streisand wrote: "Two weeks ago, Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son, Jafar, who lives with his mother Alejandra at the home of Mrs. Katherine Jackson, received a package with a taser he ordered online. Jafar opened the package alone in his bathroom and tested it on a piece of paper. Mrs. Jackson and security heard the sound coming from the second floor of the house. Immediately, security went upstairs and confiscated the taser. Mrs. Jackson took control over it and then had it removed from the house. There was no other incident. Blanket Jackson never saw or hear[d] the taser. Neither did Paris Jackson. Prince saw the taser in the possession of security. There is no second taser." But how did certain outside parties catch wind of the electrifying story?

The Face of "Dissed" Grace?: As I told Time magazine, the Grace Rwaramba I knew and studied the Bible with when she visited my home was an upstanding person. Some charge that Grace changed. They claim that after Michael terminated her for the fifth time, a very distraught Grace flew to Europe. While there, she gave an exclusive interview to the source that financed her trip. In the recorded interview, she is alleged to have said damning things about the Jacksons. X17 Online continues: "Our Jackson family source tells us that ‘Grace is trying to get custody of Michael's kids while trying to paint Katherine as an unfit guardian. She's throwing it in Katherine's face! The children absolutely despise Grace.'" Not surprisingly, sources aver, the family suspects her of having leaked the "bogus" stun-gun story.

Is It a Sin to Spin?: To be fair, Grace's side hasn't surfaced, and misleading partial truths can be both disconcerting and damaging. For example, recently I co-authored an article in African American Religious Cultures (2009) on Jehovah's Witnesses. Regrettably, I was not given the opportunity to review the final draft with its several wrong conclusions, thereby leaving readers with unsettling misimpressions. Happily, this was not the case with the article I wrote, "Michael Jackson Motivated," for the scholarly Journal of Pan African Studies. (March, 2010) So what's next in the continuing drama of the Michael Jackson saga? Stay tuned!

The holiday he celebrated from childhood
By Dr. Firpo Carr
Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper
March 24 - 31 2010
Day 273, Week 39, Article 38

The Associated Press reported this week that Michael Jackson's logistics director, Alberto Alvarez, was in the bedroom when Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, "was administering CPR with one hand" as Jackson lay on the bed. According to Alvarez, Murray engaged in other highly suspicious actions. Outraged fans clamoring for a murder charge are more in an uproar than ever before. In a related story, Jackson admirers the world over are planning to memorialize the King of Pop on the one-year anniversary of his death this coming June, 25, 2010. Curiously, if the Gloved One were alive today, he'd probably be preparing to memorialize the death of someone else.

During the ill-advised 2004 child molestation trial of Michael Jackson the pop star was seen going into the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Ventura County, California, to memorialize the death of Jesus Christ. He had been taught to celebrate the Lord's Evening Meal, the only religious holiday his mother endorsed, from early childhood. Yes, not only did Mother Katherine Jackson celebrate it with her children, Michael's paternal grandparents, and a host of relatives all celebrated the religious holiday. But what does the holiday connote? Why did over 18 million people, either as partakers or observers, celebrate it worldwide last year?

Simply put, Jesus Christ commanded his followers to replicate his last supper (that included bread and wine) with his faithful apostles as a way of remembering the significance of his death; a death that would have far reaching positive effects for all mankind. (Luke 22:14-20) More than two decades later we find Christians in the ancient city of Corinth following Christ's instructions to commemorate his passing. (1 Cor. 11:23-26) But what does celebrating with bread and wine mean?

The Bread: During the Jewish Passover Meal Jesus-as God's Anointed One-instituted a Christian celebration. He took the bread and simply said, "This [bread] is my body." (Matt. 26:26, Catholic Douay Version and Protestant King James Version) But this is the English translation of the Greek translation of what he said in Aramaic. What he really meant was, "This [bread] means my body," which is how at least two modern translations render it. (James Moffatt, New World Translation) The translation by Chas. B. Williams says, "It [the bread] represents my body."

The Wine: As he did with the bread, so Jesus did with the wine. "This [wine] means my blood," he told his disciples. (Matt. 26:27, 28, NWT) While it is the shed blood of Jesus Christ that grants the "forgiveness of sins," what his disciples drank that night was the "product of the vine"-that's right, wine. (Matt. 26:29) Do all who profess Christianity believe this? No.

While well-meaning, good-hearted, conscientious Catholics who take Christ's command very seriously believe in transubstantiation (the belief that the bread and wine are miraculously transformed into Christ's body and blood), such is not what the Lord meant.
To illustrate: Have you ever gone to a mall or some other sprawling complex and located a wall map with a big red spot with the words "You are here"? Did you understand it to mean that you were there on the wall? Of course not! The red spot is understood to symbolize or represent where you are in relation to the complex. It doesn't literally mean you are the red spot on the wall. Neither were the bread and wine literally Jesus body and blood.

Who Partakes: Jesus said a "little flock," later revealed to be a heavenly accumulation of 144,000 kings and priests, would partake of the bread and wine. (Luke 12:32; Rev. 5:9, 10; 6:11; 7:4; 14:1, 3) Over the centuries that number has dwindled to a few thousand. So, the vast majority of the more than 18 million that attended the memorial celebration last year were respectful observers and prospective earthly subjects of God's kingdom.

So, as sunset sweeps across a troubled globe on this coming Tuesday, March 30, 2010, calmness will settle over places where Jehovah's Witnesses gather in dignity for the memorial. And if Michael were here, he would most likely head for the nearest Kingdom Hall-with children in tow-to commemorate the death of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

I wouldnt listen to what Firpo Carr has to say because this is what Michael said:

(March 10, 2004)

http://buzz.yahoo.com/buzz?targetUrl=http://www.eurweb.com/story/eur13565.cfm

The following is a press release from Raymone K Bain, publicist for Michael Jackson: We have heard that the Jackson Family spokesperson, Dr. Firpo Carr, will be holding a press conference today on behalf of the Jackson family regarding a book written about Michael Jackson. Should this press conference take place, it is being conducted without Michael Jackson’s prior knowledge or approval. Mr. Jackson sent a letter to Dr. Carr, dated February 12, 2004, which states in part, "I am respectfully requesting that you please refrain from discussing me, or participating in any discussions regarding me in the media. It does not matter to me whether it is on behalf of my family, if the subject matter is Michael Jackson, you should refrain from making any statements. He continues, "My family has the right to select anyone they so choose to speak on their behalf, and I am sure that they feel you are an effective and loyal spokesperson, who has articulated very clearly their feelings and concerns. However, these interviews are being conducted without my prior approval, and I want them to stop."

You're welcome.

Did Oxman get a similar order from Michael?

I know that Oxman was the one who found all the evidence against the Arvizo family. Oxman was then fired but TMez still used the evidence, as well he should.

I wouldnt listen to what Firpo Carr has to say because this is what Michael said:

It's all about this book, isn't it?
I always read his columns on Michael, I just didn't like it that lately he decided to pull out everything from his site and turn it into a book. I thought he was more noble than that.

Whatever happened to Dr. Firpo Carr????

First he's writing all these articles about others involved and the shocking truth and now he's just not writing articles anymore.

That's odd.

" (..) and now he's just not writing articles anymore.

He still writes ..

How Michael Jackson viewed Jehovah's Witnesses' highest council

By Dr. Firpo Carr

Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper
May 6 - 12, 2010

Day 315, Week 45, Article 44

In light of last week's article, "The King of Pop and the Presbyters" (April 29, 2010), it should be noted that in dealing with the elders among Jehovah's Witnesses, Michael Jackson danced with them for as long as his spiritual constitution could stand. While the elders were duty-bound to investigate what some saw as baseless charges of a conscience matter against him, the Moonwalker tired of walking his way to the "back room of doom" where overseers, who consulted with Governing Body representatives, questioned him with rigor. (1 Tim. 5:19; 2 Cor. 13:1; Deut 13:14; 1 Cor. 10:31, 32)

Being unfamiliar with how to handle a Witness star of Michael's magnitude (Larry Graham, Theresa Graves, George Benson and others were already Witnesses), well-meaning elders did their best in sorting through the mess. In the end however, the free-spirited freethinking Gloved One concluded as did the apostle Paul who said that it was "a very trivial matter that I should be examined by you [the congregation] or a human tribunal," namely, the "appointed older men" in the congregation. (1 Cor. 4:3-5; Acts 14:23) Michael eventually saw the overseers as being distressingly ill-equipped to handle his case. Regrettably, some were even wrongly motivated. This circumstance is not new.

"Some From Among Us": When "the apostles and older men" of the Jerusalem congregation met to discuss a raging organizational matter, they acknowledged that "some from among us have caused you trouble with speeches, trying to subvert your souls, although we did not give them any instructions." (Acts 15:6, 24) Indeed, "certain men came down from Judea," where Jerusalem was, "and began to teach the brothers" baseless Christian doctrine that caused much "dissention and disputing" between these "certain [responsible] men" and "Paul and Barnabas." (Acts 15:1, 2) As noted, the matter was resolved by the governing body of "apostles and older men" who were inspired by God's spirit as indicated by the opening words of their letter to the congregations: "The holy spirit and we ourselves have favored adding no further burden to you." (Acts 15:22-35) Did Michael believe that "the holy spirit" was with the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses as it was with the governing body of "apostles and older men"?

The Governing Body Today: While the today's Governing Body considers that it is directed by God's holy spirit as it adheres to His inspired word, it does not see itself as being inspired of God. Contrariwise, the apostles were not only inspired of God, but along with Old Testament prophets (among them inspired Bible-writing prophets), they formed the very foundation or infrastructure of the Christian Congregation, with Christ Jesus himself serving as its cornerstone. (Eph. 2:20) So, the letter sent out by the first-century Governing Body of "apostles and older men" appearing at Acts 15:23-29, and read along with other "decrees that had been decided upon by the apostles and older men who were in Jerusalem," was inspired. (Acts 16:4, 5) Today's Governing Body, located in Brooklyn, New York, makes no claims that any communiqué it sends out is inspired of God.

A Balanced View: Even the inspired Governing Body of the first-century consulted the Scriptures when deciding organizational matters. (Acts 15:6-21) And though some held the position of "apostles" among them, this of itself did not impress Paul. (Gal. 2:1-9) In fact, Paul had to check both Barnabas and Peter when they discriminated against their brothers. (Gal. 2:11-14) There was no Scriptural basis for such biased thinking and actions. The point is, God's written Word trumps congregational or organizational position. One need only review the case of the Rechabites.
In proving the point that there are faithful ones who'll adhere commands despite being told to do something contrary by a responsible worshipper with legitimate authority, Jehovah directed Prophet Jeremiah to command the Rechabites to contradict commands they were given. (Jer. 35:1-15) Jehovah boasted that the Rechabites defied his faithful prophet Jeremiah in contradistinction to the Israelites who "have not listened to me." (Jer. 35:16) The Rechabites received a lasting reward. (Jer. 35:17-19)

Conclusion: No, Michael Jackson was not perfect. But, many feel that all the good he did far outweighs his foibles. They assert that his life course is not too dissimilar from the pattern we find in Moses, Solomon, Jehu and others. All these did wonderful things in the name of God, but faltered in some way toward the end of their ministries. Still, the Scriptures give us reason to believe that they nonetheless died in God's favor.

And regarding its view of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, what does today's Governing Body have to say for itself? In the latest Witness publication, "Bearing Thorough Witness" About God's Kingdom (2009), the highest Witness council humbly acknowledges: "The Governing Body relies on God's holy spirit for direction. Its members do not regard themselves as the leaders of Jehovah's people. Rather, like all anointed Christians on earth, they ‘keep following the Lamb [Jesus Christ] no matter where he goes.'-Rev. 14:4." Amen.

You're welcome, kasume :)

The "menu" is really stupid *g*
You have to go on the left side and choose "Articles / News Column", and note the date!

" (..) and now he's just not writing articles anymore.

That's odd."

He still writes ..

I can copy the previous articles in here.

How Michael Jackson viewed Jehovah's Witnesses' highest council

Firpo Carr hears out the fans' agony!

The Global Grip of the Glove
MJ fans pressure D.A. and defend Jackson's honor

By Dr. Firpo Carr

Day 343, Week 49, Article 48

As we approach the one-year anniversary of the death of Michael Joseph Jackson loyal fans around the world anxiously await answers. Michael's glowing influence on his global fans has not waned in the least. This article is dedicated to voicing their concerns. To that end, Alma Jerlagic from Vienna, Austria, has compiled a partial but extensive list of questions directed at Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley on behalf of the group "Michael Jackson Global Fans Unite."

Austrian Anger: "What happened to the CCTV [Closed Circuit Television] tapes from the house on that fateful night? Is there any security video of the underground parking area of the mansion for the night of the murder? Why was Tohme Tohme at the hospital press conference and following Michael's body to the MedEvac helicopter if he had been fired months earlier? Why did Tohme fire the staff that day if he was supposed to be fired himself? What was Tohme having Michael sign outside in the dark of night, as witnessed by fans? What happened to the missing money and jewelry that should have been in the house? What happened to the significant documents like unreleased songs, contracts, and general paperwork that Michael surely kept in his safe? Who had access to it and may have removed it? Who has it now?

"Who was in the house the night of the murder and the following morning? Why was all the staff made to leave the house after MJ was taken away in the ambulance? Why wasn't the house sealed off as a crime scene right away when there were oxygen tanks and IV poles in the bedroom with a non-responsive person? What happened to the video of Michael saying he was mad about the 50 shows and why has it never been mentioned? Why wasn't Michael taken to a hospital the night he called nurse Cherilyn Lee and told her one half of his body was hot and one half of his body was cold. Why wasn't Michael taken to the hospital on the night of his death if he wasn't feeling well as Frank Dileo reported to Marlon Jackson? Why would Murray have been going to MJ's house for weeks if he didn't have a signed contract?

"What was the time of death and why wasn't it included on the coroner's report? What were the results of toxicology tests done on Michael hair? Why does the coroner's report say Michael weighed 136 lbs. at the time of his death when he was thinner then the 120 lbs. he weighed during the trial? Why is it being reported that Michael had unhealed bedsores when that fact wasn't mentioned in the coroner's report? Why is there only a will from 2002 when the executors and some witnesses were fired in 2003? (Michael would NOT have kept that will in place with people he didn't trust.) Why was the diet drug ephedrine found in Michael's body and in his room? Michael himself said he needed to gain weight for the tour. He wouldn't have knowingly taken a diet drug. Finally, will there be other arrests?" Fans closely monitoring court appearances of Dr. Conrad Murray believe that an actual trial date is some two years away.

The King of Pop No Pedophile!: Speaking for countless other fans in Germany and beyond, Heike Struwe wrote the following message dated May 24, 2010: "Dear Mr. Carr, I'm writing to you because I hope you can help us, the fans of Michael Jackson. Maybe you already heard about a book called Michael Jackson's Dangerous Liaisons by Carl Toms. After some research in a German forum, we found out that the name "Carl Toms" is only a pseudonym for the author whose real name is Tom

O'Carroll. This person is a convicted pedophile who has been arrested for the distribution of child pornography. In this newly published book, he calls for the acceptance of child/adult relations and thus for the acceptance of pedophilia. This is for itself alarming! But Mr. O'Carroll also uses the name of Michael Jackson to achieve his aim. He represents him as a poster boy for pedophile rights without taking into account that Michael was innocent and was found not guilty on any of the charges he had been accused with.

"Michael Jackson was the gentlest man in the world and he never harmed a child. It is more than disgusting that someone uses his name to sell this disgusting book. We cannot let this happen! Michael Jackson cannot defend himself anymore against this slander so we must do this! Please could you help us with it? Do you think one could stop this book? Could you inform the estate (John Branca and John McClain) and the Jackson family so that they could take legal actions against the author (if they find it necessary)?"

Indeed, fans charge that Thomas O'Carroll "was arrested and charged with distributing child pornography in 1981 and again in 2006. O'Carroll is also a well known activist and advocate for the promotion and acceptance of pedophilia." They charge that he "is a former chairman of the now defunct Pedophile Information Exchange (PIE) and was at one time a prominent member of IPCE, formerly known as the International Paedophile and Child Emancipation. The goal of O'Carroll and all those connected via the pedophile networks is to normalize pedophilia in the media and thus the public arena as part of a wider, more insidious pro-pedophile agenda."

Michael's favorite Bible version says: "You must not bring the hire of a harlot or the price of a dog into the house of Jehovah your God for any vow, because they are something detestable to Jehovah your God, even both of them. (De 23:18, New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures-With References) A footnote for the word "dog" in this text reads: "Likely a pederast; one who practices anal intercourse, especially with a boy." The mere thought of such an unmentionable act was loathsome to Michael.

While the Gloved One has millions of fans in his hands he is powerless to defend himself. These fans proudly hoist the mantle of his defense and rest it squarely on their shoulders. In so doing, they swear to be relentless in their pursuit of justice for Michael Jackson. Stay tuned. Fans promise more to come. Peace and blessings to all. Amen.

Re: Firpo Carr hears out the fans' agony!

(Mar. 10, 2004) The following is a press release from Raymone K Bain, publicist for Michael Jackson:

We have heard that the Jackson Family spokesperson, Dr. Firpo Carr, will be holding a press conference today on behalf of the Jackson family regarding a book written about Michael Jackson.

Should this press conference take place, it is being conducted without Michael Jackson’s prior knowledge or approval.

Mr. Jackson sent a letter to Dr Carr dated February 12, 2004, which states in part,

“I am respectfully requesting that you please refrain from discussing me, or participating in any discussions regarding me in the media. It does not matter to me whether it is on behalf of my family, if the subject matter is Michael Jackson, you should refrain from making any statements. He continues, “My family has the right to select anyone they so choose to speak on their behalf, and I am sure that they feel you are an effective and loyal spokesperson, who has articulated very clearly their feelings and concerns. However, these interviews are being conducted without my prior approval, and I want them to stop.”

Michael never once publicly DISSOCIATED himself from any other individual apart from Dr Firpo Carr. Without going into any private details, it is clear for all to see there was definately a very valid reason why Michael Jackson DID NOT want to be represented by Dr Firpo Carr. Despite Michael’s public plea, Firpo Carr has continued to dishonour Michael’s wishes.

With this in mind, it is highly unlikely that Michael would have chosen Firpo Carr to teach his precious children Jehovah Witness doctrines. Firpo Carr has provided no evidence to support his claims. Michael’s will makes no mention of Firpo Carr.

Re: Firpo Carr hears out the fans' agony!

I am really proud to be part of the wonderful team that compiled the questions posted in Mr. Carr's article.
Thank you, Mr. Carr for your support in our quest for truth and justice.

^ I find it disheartening that some fans are willing to latch to unsuitable individuals (ex. Oxman, Carr, Eddie Jones, taaj Malik, Geraldine Hughes, I would even include Randy Jackson & Karen Faye) who claim to have had a relationship with Michael, even if Michael himself, went to great lengths to distance himself from them.

These fans think these self-serving individuals are seeking justice, when in truth...they are looking out for their own interests.

I know MOST fans see through the scams, but those gullible ones really give me pause.

And I think it is high time for moderators to step in and shut down these propaganda threads. With the exception of Karen Faye (hired by AEG & did MJ's make up for TII)...these individuals had NO RECENT RELATIONSHIP with Michael.

They don't care about justice for MJ as much as making a name for themselves or profitting from the exposure.

Randy is a whole other issue...that I don't need to rehash...YET AGAIN.

Thank you Dangerous Incorporated for posting that press release from 2004. Great find!!!

BRAVO! You took the words right out of my mouth. Firpo Carr - PLEASE!

We all miss Michael, but latching on to folks like "Firpo Carr" is not the answer, in my opinion.

Although I'm sure Mr. Carr is delighted with the ATTENTION he get's from some of Michael's fans, under his guise of being "helpful." And that, in my opinion, is all he is looking for, i.e. ATTENTION and to try and enhance his own profile!
