UPDATE 12:52 PM PT: Dr. Murray's lawyer just brought up the plane incident -- in which Murray recently helped a sick passenger mid-flight -- as reason not to suspend his license.

tmz doesn't show the stream form the outside either now, right?

....I can't stand this devil.

Him and all his deception. So he's like a superhero now asking to keep his powers so he can rescue people....
 
not surprised. won't be surprised if the whole plane accident was organized just to be used in court.
 
Oh I hope it gets restricted. Please all continue to post updates sincer I cannot see it. (PS. I knew that plane thing was a set up. I hope the judge sees through it as well).:angel::angel:

oh dear how pathetic. whether he has a licence or not doesnt stop him from helping anyone in that situation. who said it wasnt a set up:doh:
 
If this judge is EVER going to give Michael justice..NOW is a good time to start...He has to be able to see through this story....Murray has had enough things in his favor....Michael IS THE VICTIM>>>
 
yeah the plane incident looks more and more like a setup. I expected the "hero" argument beforehand.
 
I just knew that Murray's team would milk that for all its worth. Anyone with basic medical knowledge would help out, he's not some sort of hero for doing so. Doctors help people all the time who fall ill on planes and not just doctors but ordinary people with first aid training. You don't need a licence for that.

No, he is a supervillian, killing people's lives, while risking his own.

The chat is stupid. There's people saying he's alive, and others saying he commited suicide because he's a junkie.

I'm confused.... TMZ says the judge will be setting a date for the preliminary hearing today - I thought this was the preliminary hearing!

Anyway, I hope Judge won't get jerked on this plane incident which was set from the Murray buying a ticket plane to this person 'saved by him' and telling her story to tmz.
 
That is not a valid reason to keep your license. What you did on a plane is nothing to what you did on June 25
 
this judge has to be smarter than that..come on..he has to see right through that....
 
Hmmmmm helping someone who felt faint or killing someone with a drug you should never have had in the first place. Which should take precedence here I wonder.........

no some in the media reported wrongly as normal. today is just setting a date for the prelim

hopefully, but I'm doubtful on that as well. Let's wait to see what the judge will say.

+ if the defense doesn't ask a delay/continuance he should be setting the next hearing and even prelim date as well.
 
did anyone see the recent pics of Murray that was just posted on TMZ....he is giving the camera a dirty look......he should of been smacked in his eye
