Yea, the guy that MJ is on tape talking about controlling his life and the media and the police totally ignores it, how lovely! Unbelievable! This guy is living his life like nothing ever happened! Makes me angry! Why don't Jermaine mentions him either or someone questions Jermaine on his thoughts of MJ saying those things on tape about Thome? Like why the hell was he even next to Jermaine announcing MJ passing? No one ever in interviews ask the right questions! So frustrating!
You, know I maybe wrong... But, I think Jermaine silence could be what he did when marrying Hazel Gordy back in the day! How he stayed with Motown and left his brothers behind cause of a married (whether he wants to admit it or not!!) I think that what happened! Even Tito believed that was the case even said so on their A&E show! And now His married to another women that happens to be related to Thome...
it's just all very weird! I see he can be loyal...but, to what side or just confused? Sorry, if I upset anyone with what I just said about Jermaine! I'm not saying he knows anything but, he needs to talk about Thome because he threatened his brother who is no longer around and Thome may have answers!!

Thome may have answers? Thome MUST have answers, for sure. He was Michael's manager, in complete control of Michael's business and personal affairs. He said it himself.

I don't know how one would get something like that mixed up. And like he said, he controlled Michael's entire business and personal affairs.

And Thome scares the heck out of me by that one statement!
Tohme would not reveal any information about his life or career other than to confirm that he is a U.S. citizen, a "self-made man"
the devil is "self-made"....

And I know the music in this video is a bit over the top. Anways, I don't know spanish, but this vid shows thome following michael's body and getting into the van with him.
Til this day, Thome has not explained that. And no one has reported of Michael's "manager" getting into the vehicles with him.

I never understood this video (They place the body in the helicopter and and then they remove the body again and put in the car and.... ????) I'm not sure if it's really Tohme. If it is, why he was accompanying the body and not a family member?
I don't think it is Thome, the shot is not very good- so... But it is still unanswered & very wierd that he came with Randy Phillips to the hospital. They were together in that other vid. Thome's body language seems wierd to me - they're announcing MJ death & he has his arms crossed.

I'm not the only one who noticed that! Yes, crossed arms means DEFENSE! His body language was DEFENSIVE!
And look how calm he looks.
He knows something.
And yes, the video isn't good quality. Maybe I should try and compare the guy's walk to Thome's in other clips when he's walking.

I've watched other videos on youtube with attention and I came to the conclusion that it is not Tohme. For me, it's someone's own coroner or UCLA. Why the person is white gloves. I had in my files, a video with the perfect image of CNN French, but unfortunately I could not find it. I think I deleted accidentally. :doh:
And yes, Randy Philips and Tohme arrived together at UCLA and is a video that was posted here in MJJC.

Something just came into my head. Is this how I'm reading this? So according to Thome, Michael could not interfere with Thome's buisness decisions for Michael.
“We had an agreement,” Tohme continued. “I would never interfere with his creative decisions and he wouldn’t interfere with my business decisions.”
"I was in charge of Michael's business and pesonal affairs."
That's like telling someone, "I will be in charge of your business affairs, and you can't interfere on how I handle it."
I also found this article. It is interested to know if Tohme really said all that.
Tohme is described as a longtime friend of Jackson. He was quoted by TMZ as saying "I don't have anything to do with his medication or health.
"This is b.s. -- why should I talk to police?" Tohme told TMZ, the Web site reports.

I noticed that there all some saying Michael was drugged during his press conference. Even though that is not what I believe, I can't say the others are wrong. Right now, I am half and half. If Michael WAS drugged, who gave him the drugs before the 02 announcement??? The only "Dr." with him that we know of is Thome. He was with Michael all the way.

If he had been drugged, you can be sure that he could not go on stage, much less say something. He could not. And think that Tohme would have drugged Michael that day is to underestimate the intelligence of Michael. I do not believe it, to me this possibility does not exist.

This Tohme guy is diffinately suspect. The LAPD must know he is around and should question his where abouts. Hmmm maybe the LAPD just may get a TIP on their tippster line complete with photo's and all.

I am not sure if he is happy or not. Princess Di was always smiling, but she was not happy in her marriage. In the bottom one that he is smiling he seems to be anxiously holding his hands.

True. I believe that "happiness" of Michael was to hide/disguise something that was happening behind the scenes. Maybe in reality he was feeling otherwise.......
Yes, I agree it was to disguise something bad happening behind the scenes. I have read, but can't say for sure if true, that MJ did not like Randy Phillips.
They were way over budget by $23 million because of MJ ideas according to Leiweke. Perhaps MJ did that on purpose to get even for forcing him into the 50 concerts.
