Michael in Ireland [ Merged ]

Up to 1.18 is Ireland.... :) I was only one when he was here for The Dangerous Tour!

awww
hard to believe that Michael was preforming there when i was only one year old! hehehehe
Poor Michael being attacked by the crazy irish girl during the YANA preformance! hahahaha

Hey guys, I've been following the New Album thread (that's gone a but nuts quite frankly!) and saw this quote from Wil.I.Am talking about working with Michael in Ireland in those videos earlier on this thread!

"I went to Ireland to work with Mike, that was a great experience.
We probably did like 3 or 4 songs - 2 of them are (finished)
I dont know when he's gonna put em out, its his project, ya know - I'd put em out tomorrow!
(how is he doin?) Awesome - (how was he to work with?) The freshest.
When i was with him it was super-duper place, ya know - Flying to Ireland, and being there for like a week, this great facility, great studios, great vibe, great atmosphere - it was just the awesomest.
(the songs) Are just feel-good joints - just really feel-good songs. I wrote 2 songs, then he wrote one song, and we wrote one song together."

So good to see how happy he was there, to read about all that he did with his kids and making music. Not being hunted by the media, and its just such a a shame that he didn't stay there. For sure the good man would have still been alive. God why oh why did he have to leave peaceful Ireland and return back to that hellhole that wanted to convict him in the first place? :(

That is a question I ask myself all the time also and it makes me very sad.

Michael Jackson's former landlord says the King of Pop would probably still be alive if he has stayed in Ireland longer.

Businessman Paddy Dunning opened his Coolatore House to the pop star and his children while Jackson was working on new material during the summer of 2006 and says he feels sure his famous friend would not be dead if he'd stayed a little longer.

Dunning says Jackson was fit during the time he spent in Ireland, ordering the staff at the retreat to keep his meals simple and plentiful. He ate traditional Irish porridge for breakfast and fish, chicken and vegetables throughout the day.

Dunning says he has many happy memories of Jackson, recalling, "One night we ended up in the studio [on the estate]. Michael was on the drums, I was playing guitar and (producer) Nephew was on the keyboards and we just started getting a rhythm together. Slowly but surely Nephew just creeped the song into Billie Jean. It was just mad playing Billie Jean with Michael Jackson - I never thought I'd do that."

The Irish getaway is now open to the public as a resort. The mansion is located in the Irish city of Rosemont. Now, for roughly $1,500 a night, you can live just like the King of Pop did. Dunning enjoys sharing his memories of Michael with all his guests.

Did anybody go to Galway or Dublin for the Thriller dance at the weekend, i was hoping to make the piont village one but ended up working.

Nope. YANA was HIStory tour - this clip was Dangerous Tour - so the song must have been She's out of my life.
