The chef has said 2 different things. One interview she said prince was called upstairs and she didn't specifiy if he went into the room and in another she said prince was called to the stairs. Either way why was Murray calling for a 12 year old when there were many adults in the house. Latoya also said Prince told her he went upstairs and say things, maybe Prince told his grandmother the same thing.
If he did not have the right equipment, then, why Michael has agreed to do it? Obviously, Michael knew it would be a great risk to his life doing so without the necessary equipment. I do not believe that Michael begged by propofol to Murray. -_-

the equipment request was for london he was not requesting it in L.A. it can be easily argued it had nothing to do with the diprivan
no seeing the jackson shown up is what im intrested in. seeing as they have no problem selling out michael and helping murray get off. but i guess its all about them to some ppl

Other family members have said he did witness Murray give Michael cpr and last year Latoya said the kids were in therapy. It's horrible to think Murray would even call him to witness that. I think he called hime so that he could show prince that he was "trying" to save his father.
well we know its gonna be murrays main defence so what they are doing is helping him in that sense.if the gen public sees his own family calling him this that and the other they are gonna believe it.they have no clue about motives etc.all it takes is for one jurror to thin he was a druggie he asked for it. murray was caught between a rock and hard palce. we already know the public believe every bit of crap about mj. some wont even care and think it was justice for 03 93. this is what we are dealing with
they didnt. there was a meeting in early june between murray philips etc where they were concerned about mjs weight. this lawsuit is claiming that meeting was telling mj to stop seeing klien and (most important bit) start seeing murray who had been brought in by AEG to treat mj. we know that is factually false. murrays was working with mj at least in march and was prescribing to him in dec 08 and first met mj in 06.so that claim in the lawsuit is a provern lie which then brings into doubt that that meeting ever took place interms of what was said
Katherine's lawsuit doesn't call Michael a druggie. I wish fans could see things objectively when it comes to the family and not paint everything they do as wrong. Katherine's lawsuit clearly shows why Michael was pressured by AEG and how AEG and Murray conspired against Michael. That's not throwing Michael under a bus and saying he is not capable.
