Tohme Tohme is Back and seeks financial records of MJ's estate

thomes prob just done this filing to make the estate react. either by paying him or refusing and allowing the next step to happen ie he files a lawsuit. hes trying to call their bluff. intresting to see if the estate react. prob will cause i doubt they want the redacted info out there.yet i doubt a judge would agree to it. imo a judge would only say yes if the este turned around and said we cant afford to pay him when its obvious they can

Isn't Tohme Halima's(Jermaine's wife) uncle?

the main rumour was that they were cousins. but ive seen no evidence of that. they dont even come from the same country

No Thome is not Halima's uncle. He was brother in law to Randy Phillips at one time though as he used to be married to Phillips' sister.
 
I hope he becomes a poor man in prison when the Estate (along with Michael's Family and Friends) brings the truth out!!!!!!

I agree, I wish too he could have been added to Katherine's LS. However, in Katherine's law suit, there are DOES 100; could Thome fall into this area of "DOES"? Even though his name is not listed as ,"Thome"?:(

Those "DOES" are left to possibly add any other people that they might find out in the later times that contributed Michael's death (as for Katherine's lawsuit it would happen by dictating his healthcare and/or showing disregard to his health)

So in order to add Tohme to the Katherine's lawsuit there should be a connection with him and Michael's health care and death.

So hypothetically Tohme wanting money, overpaying himself, stealing money, making not so good business deals etc would not be relevant to add him to Katherine's wrongful death lawsuit - those will be things for another lawsuit (of course if anything illegal exists).

The man who claims he was Michael Jackson's manager says he was so honest when he turned over a secret stash of MJ money ... the MJ Estate should return the favor by opening its books to him.

Dr. Tohme Tohme claims in new legal docs the Estate owes him 15% of *****'s earnings while Tohme allegedly worked for him, but the big wigs who administer the estate won't open their books so he can figure out how much to demand.

Tohme says the Estate isn't giving him credit for turning over $5.5 million dollars of Michael's money shortly after he died -- money Tohme says he was secretly holding for the singer. And, Tohme boasts in legal documents obtained by TMZ, he didn't even deduct his fee. Tohme's argument -- being honest should have its rewards.

The Estate doesn't look kindly on Tohme, and they've shut him out.

and that's just how baseless people operate. it's never enough money for them. plus he wants back what he 'gave' back, and more.

and it's on the date of Michael's dvd release. thome is obviously still following Michael's career. go figure.
by the way..so much for levin's support of Michael, as opposed to supporting the cascio and sony musical hacks. consider the five letter word reference.

its scary how little we know about him still after all this time after MJs passing. I remember he was supposed to on Larry King in late 09 but backed out.

I thought the same thing.. He hasn't said a word yet he was the one behind the 02 shows and the increase in dates. I also heard that Jermaine Jackson is the one that referred Michael to Tohme is that true?

During one of his phone calls to the Eddie Jones' radio show, Brian Oxman

was asked about Tohme. He said to be aware of him having an office in

L.A., and that he is still working for the Michael Jackson business in different

capacities. This phone call took place on the same day Samantha de Gosson

called to the program and when her call was later erased from the recording.

Did anybody else hear that?


According to Leonard Rowe's book, Tohme had a separate contract with AEG

with a monthly salary of $100,000

As I mentioned way back in June of 2009, Tohme Tohme was officially terminated from all "personal and professional" business matters in early May 2009. The fact that Tohme Tohme knowingly kept at least $5.5 million from Michael even months after being terminated is unexplainable. His excuse that the millions he kept were "secret funds" for Michael's dream house doesn't fly given the very pointed termination letter signed by Michael months prior.

I never posted the actual termination letter before, but here it is...

I never trusted him either. I also always wondered where in the world MJ met these shady people.. Mike's inability to be able to weed people out or at least see that they were not worthy of his trust is why all of this happened to him in my opinion. Murray for instance. He knew Murray was money hungry because Murray was willing to put him under anesthesia with no hesitation. That right there should've shown that Murray didn't care about MJ at all or his health so why allow him to work for him?

It's just so sad how MJ was taken advantage of for money.

Don't forget that after receiving it and MJ passing away,

he said to be in charge of MJ's business.

Yes! That is my hope too. That somehow, Divine justice will prevail and this character will poison himself, figurative speaking.

It's quite difficult to find words to this feeling, as long as I am a positive person. And still not naive, but guys like this don't get old sane. That one of his dark connections, maybe someone who knows a lot of vulnerable facts, will take care...

lol your supposed to give it back. and like TSCM says why did he still have it. if june 25th had never happened he would still have it now no doubt
 
I want to know where Tohme was before noon in june 25 2009?
And another question did Tohme controlled MJJ according to June [MJJ spiritual guru]? If so then was he who cancelled MJJ credit cards? According to the bodyguards MJJ cards were cancelled, thrown out from hotels! Bodyguards said that Jesse Jackson paid for their stay during the invitation for his birthday because MJJ couldn't afford the stay in hotels?!?! Tohme needs to be investigated!

I worked with MIchael between September 2008 to the very last day. We often communicated trough Tohme.
I know this guy. Not sure how much I can say but I will confirm he was not honest to me nor Michael. He lied to both of us. When he got fired he canceled not only his credit cards, he did much worst then that... Down to closing water and electricity supplies of the home where Michael was staying.
He then re-connected to Jermaine and they both gave me a call to assure me Tohme will be back soon and he talked bad things about the person Michael picked as his new manager ( not DiLeo )

Not sure if his bad but he was not honest.
