Five relatives are moving out of the house they have been sharing with Katherine and Michael's children. The relatives will be gone by the end of the year, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The Encino estate where Katherine lives with Michael's three children, Paris, Blanket and Prince Michael, has also been home to countless relative and others. There have been as many as 20 people living in the house.

"Katherine has been trying to get Alejandra Jackson, her former daughter-in-law, and Alejandra's four children to move out," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

Now, Katherine will finally get her way, with that Jackson 5 departing at the end of the year.

Alejandra had sons Jaafar and Jermajesty with Jermaine Jackson, and had Randy Jr. and Donte with Randy Jackson.

"Alejandra was supposed to move out this summer, but it's taking longer than expected. However, Alejandra and her children will be moving out of the Encino estate by the end of the year," the source said.

"It doesn't look like Katherine will need to take legal action against Alejandra. With Katherine taking care of Michael's kids full-time, there is just to much chaos for her to handle. Katherine wants to devote her full attention to Michael's children."

Michael's children get along well with their cousins most of the time, but the house is often chaotic. "Alejandra won't be living on the streets, she will be taken care of. Katherine is very generous, probably to a fault," the source said.

Alejandra Jackson was married to Jermaine Jackson, but that marriage was later annulled when it was determined that Alejandra had never legally divorced her first husband. Alejandra dated Jermaine's brother Randy and they had two children together. They never married.

Taken care of by whom? Michael Jackson's money? I know I should'nt believe everything I read, but with how things have been going with that family, nothing would surprise me.

How do you know ALL this? I respect Diana Ross but seriously I think it's better to stay with family (PPB are close with Mama Kat and their cousins) even if they can be greedy at time.

You act like you know what's best for them.
 
It must be a complicated situtation. I mean she's had 4 children with 2 brothers!! Thats bound to cause some tension within the family. What kind of woman would do that?

F**k all the outside people. Stay the hell out of the Jackson family's business. That family has all the rights to his money, not some freaking outsider. Michael's kids are protected. They are in the best hands with the Jackson family. To hell with all the greedy outsiders.

Maybe Katherine is afraid of what Alejandra can say about Michael. She may say that the MJ was not a drug addict and Katherine is not a saint. That would be a disaster for the family.

In my opinion, IF Katherine Jackson is worried about anything it's "probably" about what Alejandra has to say about the JACKSON FAMILY as a whole, especially the two brothers who have children with her.

I mean, Alejandra has lived in the house for how many years now, she probably knows a bunch of stuff about the INSIDE workings of that family and how they were ALWAYS begging Michael to do this-that-or-the other thing. Not to mention her treatment by both Randy AND Jermaine, including how their elderly mother continues to bail them both out.

Didn't Katherine Jackson just tell Oprah that ALL of her son's are good fathers. LOL! I'm sure Alejandra has something to say about that particular statement.

? Alejandra went on to have two sons, Jaafar Jeremiah Jackson (born July 25, 1996) and Jermajesty Jermaine Jackson (born October 7, 2000).

? In November 2004 Jermaine and Alejandra separated, their divorce was finalized in May 2008. As a result, Jermaine was only ordered to pay $50,000 for legal fees and $50,000 back child support; in exchange Alejandra waived her spousal support.

? Jermaine then discovered Alejandra had not divorced her first husband, therefore their marriage was annulled.

? In September 2010 Jermaine filed new child support papers in L.A. County Superior Court asking the judge to cut his support payment to a mere $215 a month.

So why are Alejandra and her children being forced out of the home?

A source close to the Jackson family tells X17online exclusively:

"After Child Protective Services were called to the Havenhurst home in May 2010 involving the incident with the teaser gun, they found Alejandra was staying at the home instead of receiving child support from Randy and Jermaine. The Jackson brothers never wanted to pay her child support. No judge signed off on that agreement, so I am told it wasn't legal."
Even worse, Alejandra was suspected of leaking inside information about the Jackson children to media outlets for money. The source goes on to tell us:

"Katherine and several members of the Jackson family have suspected Alejandra of leaking information about Prince, Paris, and Blanket, for some time. Activities inside the Encino house only Alejandra would have known about were suddenly popping up on various media outlets. Photographers would show up at specific times and places that the kids were going to be, most times with Alejandra's kids, and somehow they'd know exactly where to be. Alejandra badly needs the money because she isn't working and she's not getting anything from Jermaine and Randy. Tipping off the media has been an easy way for her to make some cash on the side. Katherine just doesn't trust her."
We are also told that keeping an additional five people in this house is too much for Katherine to bear financially:

"Randy bought a brand new Porsche, and Jermaine drives a Rolls Royce, yet they were not taking any financial responsibility for their children and it was unfair to stick them in the Encino home with Katherine. She's 80 years-old and isn't receiving enough from the estate to take care of such a large household. Its just not fair to her."
We are told Alejandra and her five children: Jafaar, Jermajesty, Randy Jr., and Dante a homeless child she adopted from off the streets, will be moved to a location near their former Encino home, which will all be taken care of for her.

the families image is more important than the individual. now mj is gone we can act like the poor family who try to saved him but he just wouldnt let us near him. we can act like the victims rather than the fact mj kept away from them cause they only bothered contacting him when they wanted money or wanted to get him invovled in stupid family reunion tours.i hope thefamily get their dates right for all these interventions or they will look like hte arvizos when they accused him but had to keep changing the dates cause mj wasnt at the ranch or even in the USA when it happened.

TMZ has learned ... everyone is moving out of the Jackson family compound in Encino while the house undergoes extensive renovations ... and when the dust settles, another Jackson 5 will be personae non gratae.

We've learned Katherine Jackson and company are in the process of packing boxes and will leave the family home in early December for several months during the remodel.

But there's a bigger story here. As TMZ first reported, after the infamous "stun gun" incident at the home -- in March, when Jaafar allegedly threatened to shock Blanket -- Katherine asked Jaafar's mother, Alejandra, to take her 5 kids and move.

As we told you, Katherine and the Michael Jackson Estate generously offered Alejandra and her brood a condo MJ owned in the San Fernando Valley, but Alejandra wanted a lot more -- thus the stand off.

Now we're told Katherine is not letting Alejandra back in the house after the remodel. The condo offer still stands, but if she doesn't accept she'll have to find somewhere else to live with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Dante and Randy, Jr.

But one of Alejandra's kids is getting a reprieve from Katherine. We're told 20-year-old Genevieve will be staying with Katherine and Michael's kids in a temporary home during the remodel, and she will be the lone child of Alejandra who will be welcomed back to Hayvenhurst.

We're told Alejandra just left with some of her kids to Japan.

First she said that Jaafar did not threathen Blanket or Prince.

Then she said the TMZ story is bogus. Those who are selling all these lies are jealous. They are apparantly jealous of the childrens (all of them i guess) relationsship with Katherine and those telling all these lies wanna live at Hayvenhurst. She also said things are much deeper that we think but the truth will come out and everyone will be shocked.
