Jermaine Jackson slammed back from Europe at TMZ’s web article’s characterization of him as a deadbeat dad today and stated: "TMZ never gets it right, the media always pulls this kind of stuff when I’m away, and I take care of my kids and my family.” Jackson’s family law attorney, Jeff Sherter, Esq., stated in response to the TMZ article: “Jermaine does have his drivers license, he is a committed and devoted father, pays for his children's expensive private school and food, his ex-wife is moving from the Mansion to be put up in an upscale condo and not to the streets, and the TMZ article is a selective report of pleadings that misrepresent the proceedings, facts and final outcomes of the case and should not be considered or evaluated in the context of isolated court papers reflecting only one snapshot of a one-sided and inaccurate portrayal that is part and parcel of nastiness that may overcome any litigation.” Jackson’s Entertainment Attorney Bret D. yes the Jackson family has this sense of entitlement. Jermaine said the same thing after MJ passed . Jermaine said that Joe should be part of the estate as a executor because Joe is the estate and he's the reason for the estate or some crap like that. I know one thing I am so glad that MJ left his family nothing. After Katherine passes away they will be on their own so they should find jobs and get to work like everyone else.

He is not going to sue TMZ I read the papers and it said exactly what TMZ had printed in there story things like they had your driver's license and you were many thousands behind in child support. I understand this has gone to court maybe you paid the money owed since then but don't blame TMZ for something the Department of Child Support Service said. And if you are paying for them to go to school then you make more then 1400 dollars a month
 
Well TMZ reported that they moved out months ago. Donte Jackson just post this on his FB page.

according to TMZ i got banished out of my family compound by my grandmother who doesn't love me anymore hahaha silly media.

If they move Katherine's allowance won't increase, she has nothing to lose if she allows them to stay, and nothing to gain if they leave. She did believe MJ had the financial means to support all of them and does not believe his kids have any right to stop supporting everyone living there. She felt entitled to his fortune along with everyone else when he was alive and there is no reason whatever to believe now anything changed, especially if you take into consideration the frustration many members of the family feel toward MJ caused by his will, and the huge profits the estate is making.

I'm trying to say I don't believe Katherine wants to clean house, at some point MJ was in debt and Encino faced foreclosure she did not ask them to leave or cut expenses , and that was her own child suffering , NOW WE ARE TO BELIEVE SHE DOES THAT TO PLEASE BRANCA A COMPLETE STRANGER ????????!!!!!!!!:smilerolleyes:
The only one who could force and I MEAN FORCE Alejandra and her kids to move out are the Estate administrators and the kids' attorney. Willingly, nothing will happen. Legal action is the only means to get them out of that house.

When TMZ says Branca & co are taking action against Alejandra, I will believe the story. As long as they are claiming it's Katherine's decision, I'm telling you wishful thinking.

I don't wanna start a new thread, so I've come in here since the topic has to do with the Jackson House. I'm very very sad and could barely sleep last night thinking that all the work Michael did in his life to protect his 3 children is down the drain. Not only are the children being photographed and paraded on TV, but so many private photos of them and even videos have been leaked. There was a period when this had stopped, but now it's back on again. And there's fansites of the children now, people and children alike commenting on them like crazy, on their features, how they're growing so fast, how they've changed and don't look like children anymore, and they're dissecting them like meat... It's making one sick... Of course I could stay away from all this and pretend like it's not happening, but I can't..

I have to vent about this, as it's extremely serious. What kind of celebrity babies or children are being exposed like that? They want to befriend other children like normal people do, and these 'friends' are leaking their photos online so often. What can be done about this? How can the Jackson family be alerted about this so that they do something about this serious problem. And it's not just because Michael would be destroyed to see all this madness unfolding, but because it's not normal to develop such fascinations over children, just because they're Michael Jackson's. I'm seriously torn about this, I'm sorry about derailing the thread, but I just want all this nightmare to end... I know Michael can't be back, but these children are his extensions and they need to be protected like any child should. They're no Hollywood kids, no pieces of meat and it's enough to hear "Do You Know Where Your Children Are" and "Hollywood Tonight" that he wrote to tell how empathizing and hurt he sounds singing about unfortunate exploited children. And these 3 are his... It's not come to this point, nonetheless I wish something can be done about this. That family has to protect these children. They didn't even want to appear on that infamous Oprah episode, but Oprah called on them, "Would you speak with me?", and they didn't want to appear impolite, although it was clear that they weren't comfortable during the interview....

... I don't want them to be taken away from that family, so that the real snakes of strangers can barge in, I just want that family to finally wake up and honor Michael's wishes, not just because they're his, but 'cause it's the right thing to do. Because they're 3 grieving children trying to survive without their father (and mother) in a crazy, disconsiderate world.... And Internet navigation and video games, I know from personal experience, can help/ surface in lonely and grieving times, they're almost like a friend... Little Blanket almost always carries a little gadget with him... If he were here, none of this would ever happen. Nothing like this happened while he was here, because he took such great care of them. How could this nightmare be happening now...? How could this be so different without him?..

Alma you are asking for the impossible to happen. The family does not believe the spotlight is a bad thing.You should have figured that. All of their OWN kids have been trying to find some way to stardom since they were kids, and the parents fueled that obsession regardless if their kids were talented or not.

They don't believe the spotlight 'damaged' them , so why it would damage their kids or MJ's kids??!! 'MJ & fame' is the exception not the rule in their family.
An exception because of the Chandlers ( they don't share their beds with kids), it was an exception because of the drugs( they don't do drugs) it was an exception because of Liz Taylor( they HATE Liz Taylor) , an exception because of his obsession with plastic surgery( they are not obsessed nor addict to surgery)

That's their perception of what happened and why MJ's life turned the way it did and why the media turned against him, be sure they do believe the media turned against them because of MJ not because of their antics .that's why they won't hold any effort to push their OWN kids before MJ's into the spotlight.

The spotlight did not damage Mike, his choices damaged him, why should they give up on all the fame & money simply because of Mike's bad choices????!!!

No one in the family took any responsibility for what happened to Michael.They were cruel enough to start and feed the rumours about his 'addiction' and after his death they presented themselves as the saviors who tried many 'interventions' but failed and blamed it on HIM again.

It was his mistakes, his responsibility, his choices that caused his death. Look at them they are 'normal' so how anyone could blame it on fame?
 
If they are being made to leave I am sure it has nothing to do with grandma throwing them out. It has more to do IMO with the DCFS not liking that living arrangements and said make some changes

I'm very aware of all of the above written, but obviously, I've been hoping for some other response. ..

It's quite depressing to be this rightfully worried, yet replies just focus on the unimportance and sensationalism of the thread's title.

... At least the 3T's, someone has to be more sensible and aware of what it's being done to them. They're just children, however strong they might be.... Sucks not being an authority of some kind. It's like, after Michael, hell broke loose in that family and among his so-called friends... :(, and it's like they're being thrown to the lions.. Who cares about what his posthumous works are doing, what he's being thought of, if his life - his children children are not safe?...

I visit one of those sites to see how far they go, to see how safe the children are. I can't make-believe that everything is okay, it's devastating to see they aren't.. For instance, there are some people in the family I've never heard of before, who reveal on their Formspring all sorts of private details about the children. They're plastered all over the web now. That is child exploitation and I wish something can be done to put a stop to this sickness.

Private videos getting leaked, private photos getting leaked. Private info... At the end of the day, this is child exploitation and abuse, this doesn't even have to do with them being Michael's children, but simply children. I wish to God something serious could be done about this, but stirring things more in the family with petitions and drawing attention to child advocates that are fake anyway would only bring more harm...

So basically Jermaine's "top notch" (LOL) family law attorney releases a statement wherein he talks in circles about Jermaine's deadbeat dad status and at the same time he also CONFIRMS TMZ's story about the ex-wife and her children moving out of the Encino home. They should have remained silent, in my opinion.

Even though Jermaine has no case against TMZ, I'm sure Harvey Levin would love Jermaine to sue TMZ, so that they can dig up every questionable thing Jermaine may have done in his past and post it on TMZ. Yeah, you know Levin would just LOVE that. LOL!

so true,i guess children are learning that thing fast and observing like their dad.i want them to enjoy their childhood but now their father is gone this seems little unrealistic .now i want atleast the older two grow fast so they can protect their baby brother,he is just too small.

I just have to add two (funny) things:

First of all, Jermaine cracks me up when he talks about the "media always pulls this kind of stuff when I'm away." Who does he think he is, Barak Obama. LOL!

And secondly, was this a PROPER press release or just something he released to a website?

His attorney should have sent a letter DIRECTLY to TMZ, telling them to "leave Jermaine Jackson alone, because Mr. Jackson is an important world figure and does not deserve this type of treatment." LOL!

Reality check: Jermaine, you're not important enough for the media to even mention you on a regular basis, let alone conspire against you by "pulling stuff" when you're "away". In fact, you're a nobody.
