I am ALL for respect, i try my best. But to only find several people who keep badmouthing me, or call me a hater or not a true fan and so on...certainly ain't nice. Certain people who keep trying to ridicule non believers. Whenever a non-believer explains something, there's always a reply upcoming about how stupid it is and what not. All that is not nessecary.

I don't go around and saying 'bunch of idiots who need their ears checked' ...that would be disrespectful as hell.

But some people do... which is not very nice at all.

Yes, I agree. There isn't much respect going around here nowadays.

Isn't this funny? We ALL agree on this. Respect is much needed and certainly, deserved!
but still, the problems remain.

If only more people could think like you do.:)

I have been said a lot for not believing MJ is 100% on those tracks, but I deeply believe that doesn't entitle me to answer in a bad way (though I must admit I have really, really feel like doing so more than once ).

I guess we can expect everyone to agree with us, but WE can certainly make a difference. If I go around calling names, I can't ask for respect. So I guess we must do our best. Hard as it might be!

THanks for your comments and for loving Michael so much. At the end of the day, I am sure we all love the man and try to honor his legacy... and our own very, very particular ways ;D

The problems definitely remain. I wish they would simply show us some proof or simply admit it. Simply admit that the lead vocals are not Michael and alot has been filled in by that other singer. I would even forgive them i guess, well not anymore now..it's way too late for that. But this is just how i feel, other people probably think 'admit? There's nothing to admit' we can all agree to disagree with eachother but lets keep the respect.

Is that really the only answer people are going to give me? Not everyone is motivated by money and greed. Your argument is invalid.

No it isn't. Maybe the Cascio's saw dollar signs after MJ died, because for some reason they only registered the songs two days after Michael died, as "MJ Songbook". Not as music, not as a recording, but only as lyrics. No specific titles, nothing. And, on top of that, they registered the songs 2 years after Michael allegedly recorded them. Suspicious, right?

Someone posted the registry before, I think studio work is also included, according to the description. Not sure, but I think that's what they had listed as included.

You can't compare rough, unfinished demo vocals that are clearly heavily processed and recorded in a basement, to finished MJ approved product!

Totally agree, this is one thing everyone's missing, its not in the same league as a highly polished Dangerous / Invincible album, yet the quality of the melodies / music is far superior.

What are you talking about? How is saying that half the fanbase think it's him implying that I think the whole fanbase thinks it's him? Where the hell did you read that in my post? And another thing, if those tracks did indeed sound nothing like MJ, then half of us would not believe it was him. So you saying they sound nothing like him is complete rubbish.

It is not. She is stating her opinion.

Guys, please remember to be nice.

We've covered this many, many, many, many times.

The phone convo before The Way You Love Me - does that sound high quality and polished? No, but nobody is doubting its Mike. Handicam footage of MJ singing at various times? No questions raised. Beat It demo on This Is It... court depositions... etc.

None of those are high quality, professionally polished music. And yet there's no question about who's singing.

I disagree that the music is as good as that on Dangerous or Invincible, but that's purely subjective as well.

First of all stop calling people names because of their opinions. thread cleaned.

All of these questions have a single answer: MONEY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

people tend to forget that this is actually a double edged sword. While yes more songs would equal to more album and more money BUT if those songs are fakes people's names will also be tarnished and will be subject to lawsuits and current/future loss of income.

So you really need to make a cost- benefit analysis combined with risk analysis

do you think that in order to get producer fee, Teddy Riley would risk his whole future career to be a joke in the industry and not get any future jobs?

do you think that in order to sell several millions of albums , Sony would make themselves risk themselves to millions of dollars worth of lawsuits and risk tainting all their future Michael releases ?

ah ah. This is just the quotation of Roger Friedman. Actually if anyone took the time to read the registration screenshots that are posted they can see that it was never for lyrics only. It's registered as a "sound recording and music" not "lyrics". Furthermore it lists performance. Roger Friedman's word is not gospel however in this case it fits a theory and people reject what they can see with their eyes.

Plus you do not need to make individual registrations , you can register multiple songs under one single registration. Previously unreleased songs do not need specific titles for registration. Go to the copyright website and you'll see that whole MIJAC catalog (over 700 songs) are under one registration.

well if that's Michael on the lead vocals...I am the pope, and let me tell you...well..i'm not :cheeky:

No...no I REFUSE to believe this.

I've just seen Teddy Riley on Daybreak on BBC One here in the UK.

For the first time he offered some sort of explanation as to why Michael might sound so different.

He basically said Michael isnt here anymore for them to get him to sing on key so they had to process the vocals quite a lot, which is why he might sound so different.

I'm still not too sure though, for me its never been about the pitch or anything like that. Its the pronounciation of certain words, and im not to sure that can be changed that much.

But at least he gave some sort of explanation as to why he might sound different. He seemed to start stuttering though just as the topic of the vocals not being authentic was brought up.

Voice comparation:

Yep, again the way things are pronounced. Plus this singer on BN obviously finds it nessecary to end every line with 'ah' , like Everybody watching the news on Michael Jacksonnnn'ah' . And KYHU vocals sound like that other song , something with 'Whatever happened to our hero' .

Let's see: it could be either Michael or Jason. As Michael can't tell us if it's him or not, we are in doubt.
But now Jason says that it's MJ on KYHU. That means two things:
1) It's MJ on KYHU (it's obvious from the statement)
2) At the same time it's not Jason (because it's either/or)
It means we got two proves at the same time!
Thank goodness, this has cleared away my doubts

Well, jesting aside, what else could he say? :)

Their is a fake Malachi twitter and a real one, which are very similar. (lIke one has a space between the name and one doesnt).

But even if it is real, he wouldnt admit it anyway.

It sounds more like Malachi than Michael to me, thats all I have to say.

Well that tweet I posted was from the real one I'm assuming. Since it's been there longer, has more tweets and mentions the other account.

Paste in MONSTER:

I just knew the 'Ha' was fake too...lol. And i was discussing this with another fan about believers saying you can't compare these songs cause they are heavily processed. But lets not exeggerate things...KYHU isn't even THAT heavily processed, you can hear the vocals clearly!!! Hollywood Tonight actually is more processed than that.

OF COURSE Jason isn't gonna admit to this...the only thing he can say is it's him. I can't prove it's him...but i really do believe.

It's not Jason Malachi.

May be, I'm not claiming anything...
As I said, I'm listening to the songs self-convincing that it's Michael on them, and I won't persuade my friends (or whoever else) that it's fake if they will tell me that they've heard an awesome new MJ track.
I'm so tired of all this stuff that if I didn't know anything about Jason Malachi, I think I would really convince myself that it's MJ on these songs (probably like some of the members here did) and would sleep a peaceful sleep. Unfortunately, I have something to compare with, and in my opinion the vocals on Cascio's songs sound much more like JM than MJ. So much that I don't know what could convince me it's really Michael. Not just these statements in any case

And again, I like these songs, I'm not a fanatic of conspiracy theories. I'm trying to be objective.

I'm out. Too tired. Too stressed. Unless some actual evidence comes to light of it not being MJ, I see no point in further discussing this.

Might I just say I hate the terms "believers" and "non-believers/doubters". How many more different categories can we be separated into? Soon enough, we'll just have each fan for himself. -_-
