CNN In Session
Senneff says despite resuscitation efforts and three rounds of giving MJ epinephrine & atropine, paramedics did not feel a pulse on MJ.
Senneff testifies Conrad Murray was the only person who claimed to feel a pulse on MJ.
Senneff testifies to Pros. Walgren that no attempts to revive Jackson were ever successful and a no pulse for MJ was found by paramedics.
On cross, Senneff tells defense attny. Joseph Low that when he entered Jackson's room, he did not see Murray giving MJ CPR.
If the testimony from the paramedics isn't the "kiss of death" to Murray ,I don't know what is. Especially the paramedic saying he did NOT see Murray doing CPR!!! WTF??!!!!!!!!!!! :bugeyed
And "of course" Murray felt a pulse. And MJ's hands and feet were blue only because MJ was feeling a "bit cold", I'm sure?
So Chernoff "got the paramedic" to admit that being thin and having blue hands and feet were signs of a drug addict? How about signs of a corpse? Ask him that too, Eddie!! They won't get anywhere with the drug addict" theory because there is nothing to back it up. People who are anorexic are thin too...doesn't make them drug addicts. Some people are naturally thin and woudl want to be heavier but no matter how much they eat they have difficulties gaining weight. MJ was reahearsing for a tour and dancing for hours daily, so yeah, he wasn't "bulky". But how does someone's weight act as proof for "drug addiction". Cancer patients are thin. He might as well asked "So he looked like a cancer patient?". Didn't the EMT himself say he thought MJ was a hospice patient? So little Eddie Smartypants isn't going anywhere. Fact still remains...there is NO PROOF Michael was a drug addict. He had not taken any of the pills found in his house regulary and not in huge amounts...and the only drugs that he had in his system when he died were the ones given by Murray. And that is what killed him. So wheather MJ looked thin like a drug addict is beside the point and irrelevant. MJ didn't die because of his weight, there is no proof of MJ abusing drugs...and the drugs he got from Murray, as well as the amounts, are SOLELY Murray's responsibility as a doctor. It won't help Murray one bit to say "But HE wanted". MJ's not the medically trained professional...Murray is. And that's exactly why they are so desperately trying to make it look like MJ gave himself the overdose....because that is their ONLY chance. And with only I mean O-N-L-Y.....even though even THAT would not get Murray off the hook. It has been PROVEN that he did not have intubation gear anywhere in the house. And he has admitted he gave MJ Propofol. That already is reckless. So he WILL have a sentence of some kind coming in ANY case. If not 4 years...he will get something...That is GUARANTEED!!! And I am certain he will lose his license once the trial is over.
