That's a sad, tragic situation in the end and there's nothing to be gloating about. Of being right, though, that makes sense. How about if Katherine Jackson, for instance, did/had done the opposite of that, that he fired/had fired those so-called business partners herself, would that be okay to swallow one's pride?....... At least when his own family is concerned, some do appear like being glad when they screw up, so they can move along with their hostility towards them.

I hate to use the word "stupid," but the ONLY one looking like that right now is Mrs. Katherine Jackson, in my opinion.

The public at large (not just MJ fans) knows what time it is when it comes to the Jackson Family and GREED. That's the unfortunate part of this whole thing, the Jackson family's true colors came out way before Howard Mann came on the scene.

In my opinion, Howard Mann's appearance just enhances what was already there, namely greed and selfishness.

I'm more curious about Adam Streisand , where is he? I mean we know that Katherine - Mann contract has been signed without a lawyer. Is she doing deals , giving out statements without the guidance of a lawyer? That's what I wonder.

When we examine it the only item that brings in money for Mann/ KJ is the book. Assuming that the estate wins the case then they'll get the control of the websites an all the profits from the book. It seems like this possible outcome was mentioned to Katherine as "the estate is out to get everything / they are against us" but "why?" part is totally omitted / not explained to Katherine. That's my gut feeling.

Katherine is not the victim in this, she is the perpetrator along with her porn pal Mann.
As for Straisand, is he even working for her? Who was the lawyer on her wrongful death lawsuit? I don't think it was Streisand, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Streisand left her long ago tbh.

Yes, without a lawyer... That I wanted to add to my first post here too : does Kathrine get no assistance from a lawyer in decision making, in signing contracts?
Hm... but usually people don't... but this is a high profile family, much money involved, and there were other contracts that were not good :( ...
Kathrine is 80+ en she has had emotionally hard times and a lot of stress. She should have a good trustworthy assistant in her affairs... not Howard Mann!

I think Kathrine knows about Mann's reputation. (Cfr.Ivy's posts!). He can't be trusted.
Kathrine needs legal assistance and she will have to get that. The situation more than asks for it.

I believe Mr. Streisand has been MIA since the "stun gun" incident. If I recall correctly, he made a statement regarding same and was never heard from again.

In my opinion, Katherine Jackson didn't discuss the Howard Mann deal with Adam Streisand, because she ALREADY knew what Mr. Streisand would have thought of such an arrangement.

Or he could had just given up, took his paycheck, and shut up, since no one in that family seems to listen to him. You can only argue with a brick wall for so long.

I won't like, I found this funny. Joe filed a suit against Murray, she filed a suit again AEG, and the family threaten the estate, yet the estate is greedy for filing a lawsuit.

Last year when she signed the deal with Mann, Streisnad said he was kept in the dark. He only represents Katherine on estate matters, Katherine is her own rep when it comes to Mann.

Again, I agree with Twinklee...Katherine is no victim.

Memefan, now the whole thing makes me think about an old member of my family, she was as mislead and as stubborn as could be... (following someone against her own children).
She didn't listen to any advise...
She was the victim of being mislead and... being stubborn, of her own.
I observed what was going on and it was clear to me.
In Kathrine's case, that's far away from me. I see what I see and obviously there is much that I don't see... I'll... evaluate it later on ;).

But back to topic now.

:doh: these lawsuits if won adds money to the estate u know the thing that gives her her allowance and will provide for mj3 for the rest of their lives.if shes been used then shame on her other children for letting her be treated in such a way or if shes not then well as others say im glad mj left us thinking his mother was a saint cause as soon as he went she really started to show a different side. the obsession that family has with money is embarassing . u think someone who came from nothing and had nothing would appreciate what they have but no they always want more

It's an addiction I tell you. They more, more, more to satisfy their lust. Fans also support them since I saw someone post that getting almost 200k a month wasn't enough to support 3 kids......

I guess these fans think the average person makes 100k in a month. :ph34r:

What I wonder the most when hearing about all this is what are Michael's children being lead to believe? By that I mean, are they being lead to believe that Mann is the person they should trust, follow, and work with versus the estate executors?

That's my biggest fear I fear those kids growing up thinking the estate is against them and their grandma's porn pal is their best friend looking out for their interests. I Thank God, that those children are not in any position to make any decisions until they are 40 themselves. THANK YOU MICHAEL

The best medicine that we fans can do is to boycott all Jackson family projects...............

We should even send letters and petitions to Michael's parents showing our disgust for their actions...........

I 100% agree the best way to help and protect Katherine from her self and those who are out to use her is to NOT BUY ANY JACKSON FAMILY PROJECT.
And we should sand them a letter telling them just that

Guys, seriously I am concerned by her last statements. Is everything all right with her health? Her statements do not seem the type of thing she would say if she was in her right mind--unless the source of these statements is questionable.

She is still under contract with that shady Mann so he may be forcing her to say those thing,
Maybe we should try and see how we can help because at the end of the day she is all mj3 children have I don't want to see her stress to death because if she died before prince reach 18 all hell is going to brake loose over those kids.

All of this cannot be good for KJ when all his said and done she is Mj mother and we don't know who is pushing behind the close door,
She is the keeper of mj 3 most important legacy.

I think you are right. I am really concerned about this elderly woman. She is the only one the children have, and she seems to be coming apart at the seams. I wonder what we can do to help, though. Her ranting makes me uneasy, and I think rather than blaming her for the plight she is in, we should see what we can do to help. At the same time, I feel she should not have done what she did and I am with the Estate on this. However, Katherine needs to understand why her actions were wrong.

I know a lot of people is boycotting TMZ so this is what was asked and answered at TMZ Live today

Question : If Katherine Jackson keeps making accusations about the Estate administrators can they get an injunction against her to stop her from talking?

Harvey : No. It's free speech. She can say whatever she wants to say. The issue is "Is she doing the right thing by ragging on the Estate which gives her $26K per month in cash?" They paid her mortgage, they paid for cars, chefs, vacations and remodeling and whole things.

Charles : It's odd that she continues to poke them.

Harvey : Somebody is in her ear I'm telling you.

Well, if others know that someone is in her ear, her children should know too. They need to tweet one of the 3Ts to speak to grandma. I recall they did not like it when fans talked about grandma, so maybe someone should tweet him to have a chat with her for her own good.
