i was thinking the same thing. i really hope she can't remove them. Jacksons running the estate.......the thought of that makes me shiver. i'm sorry but they can't handle things

I wonder what those 3 kids, especially the 2 oldest, are being told about what's going on... One day they will inherit that money, and then what? Being lied to enough, they could just give some of their dad's money to those same people. That's a scary thought for me.

That can all be averted if somebody in the Jackson family, shows enough strength and decides to stand up and rescue their 80+ year old mother from the PERSON and/or PERSONS who are whispering in her ear.

Some folks in the family like to use the word: "intervention," well in my opinion, that's exactly what Mrs. Jackson needs, right about now. An elder abuse intervention!

While I agree with the fact that there are probably people whispering in her ear all sorts of things..Is Katherine truly innocent in this? Is she that naive that she cannot see anything that is going around her? Or is it a matter of her knowing what is happening and she truly wants to work with the wrong people because she feels that it will get her what she wants? That's what I'M trying to figure out.

To be honest, in my opinion, it's most likely a little bit of both. But more so, that she is being taken advantage of in "this particular situation."

Only because of that DECLARATION. I mean, why would anybody on her side of the table need to falsify a legal document if Katherine Jackson is indeed cooperating with the program. Did she say "NO, I won't say those words," and somebody just attributed the words to her anyway.

Exactly right!!...she needs to STOP listening to THEM and kick their butts to the curb....she needs to start listening to the people that have her best interest in mind...and IT IS NOT her family..or Mann..or Johnson. This mess just keeps getting worse for Katherine.. Ya know the saying..."If you lie down with dogs ..you get fleas".....I have a feeling Katherine is infested right about now..

My feelings about Katherine go back and fourth from day to day....But I do agree that she needs the "intervention" right now. she may or may not know what she is doing..signing...but she is old...and all this cannot be good for her health..the stress itself will kill her. They all need to back off of her if they care the slightest bit about her health..because she is gonna be able to take just so much stress...Someone with a half of a heart needs to step up and help her get away from these slugs...where the hell are all her RELIABLE children?? Out of all of them their has to be atleast 1 that cares about their mother..to bad...poor Katherine..:(

Totally agree!

I also believe that any family member who is working behind the scene, is desperate to put "something" in motion, that will generate them some money, when Katherine Jackson is no longer here to do so. I'm sure that same folks were upset when they realized that Katherine would NOT be able to will her "allowance" to anybody.

I hate to keep going back to that Declaration (it's my best example LOL), but SOMEBODY must have been mighty, MIGHTY desperate in there attempts to fool the Court and the Judge, when they came up with that plan.

I'm sure criminal Randy plays a major role when it comes to whispering into Katherine's ear. And this particular mess.

Not that I feel sad for Katherine, she's blown all the sympathy I had for her, due to her actions, but I actually do feel that with Straisand probably the only straight mind, educated and 'human' person being gone, nothing and no one will be able to save that sinking ship she's on, and certainly not her deadbeats sons or her deadbeat husband. She'll be going under and at this age such stress can have fatal consequences on her health just sayin', call me stupid for even worrying, but that's how I see it, though I KNOW that she is NOT and never has been some innocent lamb dragged into mess, I also know and believe that people have been whispering into her ear, them sons (especially the one who beat the life out of his pregnant wife) she was not able to raise properly, they along with her husband are the prime ones, aside from the usual crooks such as Mann, Johnson etc etc, involved in this mess.

Remove her from her greedy husband & lunatic son? They are all quiet, because they are hoping she is successful in whatever she is trying to do and they will all share the windfall.

Dont' forget, as soon as grandma kicks the bucket...it is all OUT of their grasp.

that is what concerns me most. Michael sheltered them (rightfully) from all the madness. i fear what they are being told.

No disrespect to KJ, but at the rate of her misteps, I shudder to think about her guardianship of MJ kids. Her competence calls into question if MJ3 will be brought into the fold to do Mann's bidding.
Appointing Adam Streisand is the best legal choice she's ever made.
Now the wrong people has gotten to her ears but the whistle blower who could potentially save her from a possible scam fraud of a charity, she axed. Show me how this's not losing it.

Well, it will not happen...UNLESS Branca & McClain resign. And
from reading Branca's testimony & Howard Weitzman press release on Tuesday....I thighly doubt he will let Randy or any other Jackson seat on the board.

I hope they stay the course...until the kids are old enough to take over.

What could, and will most likely, happen is Katherine has already lost most of the fans' goodwill....they will turn to the kids to do their bidding.

If they have proof, why haven't they take it to the Probate judge? What a bunch of nonsense.

Does it look like any of the Jacksons are doing ANYTHING to solve MJ's death? Can you see this is ALL, and has ALWAYS BEEN, about money?

I don't see how honestly. The alternative executor mentioned in the trust is "Bank of America". Even if for a minute we assume that they were successful in removing Branca and McClain, how are they going to get around removing Bank of America?

and don't respond with "challenge the will", the 120 days has passed, that will is valid. Yes executors can still be removed for mismanagement but that would mean that still the trust / will be followed and Bank of America would take over.

edited to add: even any and all wills of Michael was invalidated and he died intestate then all of his assets would be divided among his 3 kids. and that would mean Katherine and the charities would no longer be a beneficiary.

I was wondering why we hadn't heard from Adam in awhile. But I kind of had the feeling that Katherine told him to get lost. Poor Adam. He was only trying to help. I feel sorry for him.

I don't like how this is going with Katherine at all. This is a hot mess and it is totally unnecessary in my opinion. I'm very disappointed in her way of thinking here. I know and can understand how she feels having lost her son. But again in my opinion, it doesn't give her a pass to ravage the integrity of the people that he chose to carry on his business empire.

I agree. In this case, the thinking by Randy & Joe is: "If we cannot have the money, no one else should". They are trying to destroy the estate...for selfish reasons. I don't know what they are telling Katherine, but she is going along with them.

If she is jeopardizing her grandkids' financial future, it makes me question the care these kids are receiving under her guardianship.

The Jacksons are putting a strong fight, enough for me to question if they don't resent the children for MJ's decision.

but as far as we know the will is real, hence Michael trusted Branca. and so far there is no evidence that says Branca can't be trusted. and the Jacksons can't be trusted. i'm sorry, but it's the truth. it's in the children's BEST intrest that the estate is handled by someone outside the family.

I agree completely, this is all for their own selfish reasons and not out of the best interest of Michael's children..

The estate has made a over a billion dollars, they are paying of all depts and they are keeping the Sony/ATV Catalog which generates a ton of money per year...What MORE do they want?

It's just truly pathetic..

If the news from TMZ today is real, I have to say wow again.
I can't believe KJ really fired Straisand.............
All those leeches would drag her down sooner or later.
The Jackson family kept me in shock everyday.
No wonder MJ run as fast as he can.
He put the alternative executors to Bank America said it loud.
Poor PPB, I hope they won't be brainwashed to much.
Maybe Prince should take the other 2 run as soon as he turn 18.

Back to the topic, I hope the estate can win this case and take down all these mess ASAP.
Things are getting uglier...........and all of these really make me sick.
I admired MJ more and more. I have no idae how he can hold on to all these throughout so many years.
