Nikki Sixx Facebook Page Goes into Meltdown Over Michael Jackson Comment

With so much access to social media, fans can connect to their favourite bands by just following their tweets and liking their page. Back in the days prior to social media, publicists modified the script of rockstars being interviewed and censored their rants so as to not alienate fans or fellow musicians.
But our voyeur side often gets the better of us and when it's so easy to comment on your idol's rant, things can get out of hand if a Facebook page isn't moderated. It seems that has occurred today on the page of MOTLEY CRUE bass player, Nikki Sixx. Sixx is a champion for connecting with fans and he's bloody good at it too. But tonight, as he often does, he shared a personal moment about a dream that he had that has sent the page into meltdown.
Nikki Sixx: "Just woke from a dream and was thinking so many of you looked the other way when MJ was caught with his hand in the coffee jar of underage kids and thought,,,thank good its not true,,,then I realized the moral majority is brainwashed and the pedophile died of a drug overdose ending in another cover up GOD BLESS THE SPIN DOCTORS...life is weird...back to sleep...maybe a dream of honesty?"
Of course, Sixx is referring to Michael Jackson and that court case many years ago. This sent his fans and Facebook page into overdrive. Some accused Sixx of being drunk and on drugs again, some said that his Facebook page had been hacked and some accused Sixx of not speaking his mind when Michael Jackson was alive. And a multitude of loyal fans backed him up.
Pages of comments later, Sixx replied: "10 YEARS SOBER, FATHER OF 4, MULTIPLE BUSINESSES, SUCCESSFUL IN ALL MY VENTURES (MOTLEY, SIXX AM, SIXX SENSE, PHOTOGRAPHER & ROYAL UNDERGROUND). HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME BY SAYING I AM ON DRUGS OR DRINKING FOR HAVING AN OPINION ABOUT A CREEP FUCK WHO IN MY OPINION RAPED CHILDREN. LAST I CHECKED WE WERE IN AMERICA, AND I AM NKKI SIXX OF MOTLEY CRUE AND DON'T TAKE ORDERS FROM KNOW BODY. READ MY BOOKS, LISTEN TO THE LYRICS."
Whether it is typical Sixx style and voicing his opinion (and you've got to respect someone who stands by what they believe in) or whether someone has hacked the page, it's interesting to read the reactions of fans. No doubt Michael Jackson fans will be blazing a trail to Sixx's Facebook page to have their say too.
And maybe he's just trying to point out the "Lies of the Beautiful People."

^^ agree, we should let this die. as i said in another forum i don't even know who this dude is. but FACT is: he wasn't at neverland, he didn't know MJ, and he don't know anything about the case i'm sure other then gossip.... so he should be ignored
 
I had no idea who he was umtil this morning either... apparently he's from the band Motley Crue. I guess he felt that he wasn't getting enough attention and thought that mentioning Michael would help him with that.

Yes, I guess it's useless to speak to brainless people. No matter how clear the evidence is, he is just keep puking dirty words. His tweets is hateful and scary. I really have no idea why he did this besides he is seeking attention. All those tweets just keep showing how ignorant and stupid he is. I guess the only thing we can do now is ignore him. Don't waste our time on this pathetic loser. He will stop if no one even care about what he said.

I had to tweet this fool yesterday, I didn't know he existed until then too! I think it's hilarious that he wrote "Know" instead of No too! lol

He's all mad now cause fans called him out, did his feelings get hurt?! Like what did this jerk expect?! o_O Only the dumb I tell Ya! lmao Anyways, I basically told him that MJ was investigated by the FBI and others and they found nothing. So why should people listen to him?

By the way, I heard that the book Nikki wrote talks about him having sex with underage girls. So who's the pedophile here? I tell ya sometimes I wonder if these people are calling themselves out... Eww!

Musically, Nikki Sixx is a genius, am a fan of Motley Crue and seen them twice in concert. However, can't tell you how disappointed I am right now, I think I am gonna put away my motley shirts and take them out of my ipod for now. Damn... First Slash and now Nikki....

Oh well at least I Metallica supported Michael.

Personally, I say that if haters want to waste just as much time with that allegations garbage when Michael is dead as they did when he was still alive, then let them. To me , it's obvious by now that they will believe what they want to anyway no matter what evidence exists to show that Michael was innocent. Haters wouldn't be constantly arguing so much with MJ fans for the last eighteen years straight if they were willing to hear what those awful dramas were really about. They claim to not understand things about Michael regarding the cases and say "why this then?" and "why that then?". But yet afterward, they turn around acting like they know everything about those messes and most times, they get nasty and insulting when MJ fans try to tell them the real deal. There is a major difference between not understanding and not WANTING to understand. So personally, I gave up a long time ago on haters. They're just not worth the stress and high blood pressure to me. MJ fans know the truth. That's all that matters, in my opinion.

He also post some nice words before about watching TII etc on his FB.

Sorry that I didn't clarify this much. I suppose it ain't as bad as Nikki, but I find it a little off putting that Slash disregards he ever played with Michael. I guess I didn't lose that much respect for Slash as much as I did for Nikki Sixx just now, but I was watching that metal show on Vh1 classic where slash was recently a guest. They have a segment called, "Stump the Trunk" where guests from the audience ask metal related questions to one of the hosts and see if he can answer correctly, if not that audience member wins a prize. So - for this particular show where Slash came on, and when the time came for "Stump the Trunk", an audience member asked the host, "What two Michael Jackson songs did Slash make an appearance on?" Slash then says, "There was more than that." The host answered wrong with Dirty Diana. Slash then mentioned Give Into Me but then explained, "There was a couple on the record he did after that, but I can't remember the names of the songs..." Then the host laughs saying, "Even Slash doesn't know!"

Sure Slash is another musical genius and he is very busy with his music, tours, appearances but, I mean who forgets the names of Michael Jackson songs they played on?? Apparently Slash. Also, I remember an article where Slash states the riffs in Black or White are "gay", but retracted is statement the next day saying by gay he meant "happy". I guess it wasn't that bad.

^^Thank you but to tell you the truth i don't think Slash was disrespectfull in some way. I don't believe that he called the riff gay but even if he did then it's nothing like what Geen Simons, Ozzy Ozborn or this current douchebag have said. Slash has alway been respectull. At least that is what i think.

Actually, what displeased me recently was my twin nieces had to choose someone to present to the class who has made a good impact to society worldwide. One of my nieces decided to present Michael, and my other niece wanted to present Madonna. However, their teacher wouldn't let them. Saying what was typical of an MJ hater, and said Madonna was something like a slut or whatever. But get this - the teacher let a student present Gene Simmons! I mean Gene Simmons even admitted to sleeping with over so many hundreds of women!!! My sis and I wanted so bad to talk with this teacher.
