All these statements from Grace, Karen and LMP are filled with misinformation and opinions. They statements make me see that they really do not know much about Michael's private life. They see him faint, but don't know why. He never told them because he did not include them in his private self. That should say a lot about them. No wonder they are bitter and run to the police quickly to give statements. As was said before, everyone of these women want to be known as the person closest to Michael, almost like a wife. Yet the one who was a wife, didn't know much about him either.

A court case depends on FACTS, not crap gleaned from tabloids. The defense's statements look like they were entirely harvested from tabloid statements. If the judge would have allowed it, the defense could have trotted out all the hearsay testimony in the world, but it doesn't mean a thing against the autopsy report. The AR CLEARLY shows that there was no organ damage from long-term drug-use, and there was no Demerol in Michael's system (which blows the defense theory that he was detoxing). And it makes Klein irrelevant.

Then, remember we were shocked to hear what she said after he died. When the fans asked her about these different comments she could not clarify her statements. Well if Grace was gone since 08, she is another one who ran to the police even though she was not around. What does working for him in 08 have to do with the actions of Murray. Now we know the family and also the kids did say they did not like Grace, so there must be something more to Grace's behavior that we do not know about.

Im really curious to see what Karen Faye is going to say now.
Btw, Grace was still working for Michael in 2009. She probably wasnt his nanny, but his assistant. And where is this 'she was fired in 2008' coming from? Just because you didnt see her with him doesnt mean she wasnt around. That doesnt make any sense.

well no you cannot testify for both sides but as in the Casey Anthony case her parents were called to the stand by both sides and they were forced to answer questions for both sides....maybe that is what she is getting at?

Of course. Remember, she believes that AEG is to blame for everything that happened to Michael in his last months. Afterall, they forced him to do those concerts, hire Murray and take drugs, force him to rehearsals when he wasn't well, and kept him from his family. Oh, and AEG forced her to write those praising messages on her facebook to hide the truth.

karen Faye is all over the place with her 'statements'. She told me in a facebook private mesage everything was fine in approx May 2009 and then suddenly when MJ passed away her whole story changes. I used to correspond with her and post on her facebook page but stopped when she started all this loopy AEG, Michael unwell loopy ranting.

I think Karen Faye was just playing the PR game . Whenever you are involved in a project like that you have to project an image of well-being with the show and with the star. Maybe she did have concerns but was constrained from expressing them. I mean Sheryl Crow waxed lyrical about her experiences with Michael during the Bad tour when she interviewed for the TV special. After that she told a different story. She felt freer to express what she really felt.
In any working environment, and particularly in a creative one, there will be tensions and people will get sick and be tired, etc. But that does not mean that things would not turn out right in the end. It is a process that will have its ups and downs. I just wish Ms Faye would not make the downs seem so dramatic!
I feel LMP is committed to ensuring that Michael's legacy does not surpass her father's. She fails to realise that that horse has already bolted.

Los Angeles Deputy District Attorneys David Walgren and Deborah Brazil made the request to keep the records private in court papers filed on Wednesday (31Aug11), expressing that the case had already received "significant, unrelenting media attention".
Jackson had been insured by Lloyd's of London for $17.5 million (£10.9 million) for the concert series. Company officials are fighting a pay out, arguing that the singer did not disclose the full list of drugs that he was taking at the time of his death.
