Murray Trial - 29 September - Day 3 - Discussion

Bless this man for his integrity. So few people around Michael wouldn't have taken this money to talk to the media.

Alberto seems very nice and what he saw will stay with him forever. I hope he hangs in there with the cross examination. He just needs to say what he knows like he has been. 911 should have been called as soon as Murray saw Michael in bad shape. There were so many people around for him to yell call 911 and still try to help Michael.

Exactly. Murray was the only one there at the time who knew that MJ was in bad shape. He's the Doctor. When he saw it was an emergency situation and would need assistance, he should have dialed 911 right away. It's not fair to blame it on Alvarez. I believe Michael was already dead anyway by the time Alvarez arrived. Murray is the one who needs to be questioned as to why he failed to dial 911 upon realizing MJ had in his words a "bad reaction" and wasn't breathing.

Very true, and I'm sure the jury can see that also. He's an honorable man, who in my opinion, looks very sincere.

He's basically sitting in a HOT SEAT and I think he's holding up pretty well. Bless him!

As i know the eyes wide open could be if you died being awake, or if you had agony of death before or if paramedics used electroshock. Well really sorry for this specification but it worrys me. There was nothing at all in Michael's event.
the poster cookie montzer whos a doctor has clarifyed the issue. once you are gone your eyes can be opened and they will stay like that. so imo when murray found him he checked his pupils ie opened his eyes and they stayed open

I'm hoping for a more accurate TOD because I think it's very probable that he died earlier than what they are saying, and the coroner said it was almost instant death. The EMT's said he was cold to touch.
i dont thin

tbh i dont think we will get one. i also wonder if the pros will actually put a theory out there as to what happened or are just relaying on all the negligent actions added together to be enough rather than proving the actual action. tbh if i were a jurror id want to see an actual theory

yeah that was kinda messed up but he did say that murray told him to put the bag in the brown bag

back to asking the same questions as the prosecution inorder to try and get him to give a different answer *yawn*

to think the Jacksons fired him due to his "criminal record" after he tried to protect Blanket from threats made by Jaafar. He refused to sell his story for $500.000 eventhough he's in deep need of every penny while everyone in MJ's family sold him for the highest bidder and continues to do so

Chernoff is going in the same direction as with amir and faheem, what a effing idiot

yeah you can see what hes doing with list. very sneaky. "look at this long list. you did all that in a short space of time"

asks again if he got any of it wrong. alberto says no sir

He didn't do anything wrong. He was doing what the 911 guy told him to do. What is the lawyer trying to do?

good explaining there alberto about putting mj to the floor

Seems to me instead of Murray ringing anyone of the security people--Murray should have rang 911 FIRST
Murrray rang MAW first. Alberto was on the phone with MAW as he came in the front door.

If Murray knew Michael had a bad reaction to ANY treatment--and he was going to need more help---he should have known he would need MEDICAL help---not help from decurity people.
Dawn
Dawn

he's trying to confuse alberto, he's a sneaky bastard, he ain't dumb chernoff knows what he's doing

Fact of the matter is he was doing what the 911 officer told him to, and followed instructions from a DOCTOR while his friend was dying, this defense will not get anywhere.

Right. Chernoff is trying to blame Alvarez, but Murray is a Doctor and should have known to put MJ on the floor. It was not Alvarez' responsibility.

Murray should have known better.

Someone escorted out? Chernoff made to look like a fool by denying the witness clarify. What a douchebag.

Chernoff is an arrogant bastard, whatever happened why was there an interruption?
