This Chernoff fella is an absolute joke, we heard numerous times Alvarez DID NOT leave the room, only stayed at the door, yet he continues to ask him?
 
One of the chemistry buildings on my university's campus is called Chernoff Hall. I don't think I'll ever want to have lectures there again. Bad association.

If you're going to watch on tv, watch TruTv. The panel is just, but it has those annoying breaks in the middle of of session.

Now, Chernoff IMO is trying to show that from the moment he hung up MAW to the moment he called 911 it passed a very little time. And he is sooooo sloooow that it makes it appear as if Álvarez was doing lots of things in that lapse that could have been impossible...
 
I've just had to manually turn my laptop of cos of that god damn high pitch sound from the feed! >_< Laptop froze when I tried to mute it!!
 
i think the issue is that murray did ask alberto do dial 911 when he first got there . so that puts a downer on the cover up b4 ringing 911. then chernoff is gonna blame the kids blame alberto for not ringing till later. even though murray should have rung 20 mins earlier ​

Yep, I think that's exactly what he's trying to do. There was 1 minute between hanging up the phone to MAW and dialling 911... it makes it look like saying he's done too much in a minute.
 
chernoffs plan seems to be re ask all the same questions the pros did and hope for a different answer that he can jump on or try and confuse the witness into giving a diff answer. he doesnt actually do proper cross examination ie have a different theroy to what happened and then put that to the witness to contridict their testimony. . i guess thats what happens when u have no different and alternate theory

so hes impliying in one minute u cant usher the kids out and put the vials in the bag? chernoffs so hard to follow even him impyling that is hard to grasp. u listen to him and u are like what?
 
Chernoff is an absolute moron. He's exhausting to listen to. Alvarez is doing a great job though.

I think Chernoff is trying to discredit Alverez... to say he's lying 'cos he couldn't have done all that in that short space of time. I could be wrong but I see no other reasoning behind it.
 
Alverez did a great job under the circumstances. It was breaking my heart seeing him choked up. He seems like a good guy who really cared for Michael and the kids.

I was listening to this and it really touched me. I was just earlier today wondering if MJ's employees have been able to find work after losing him. I'm sorry Alvarez is having a difficult time financially but he is showing his good character and loyalty and respect for Michael by turning down all that money. How wonderful! That really warmed my heart.

Did the judge suggest to Churnoff to use an overhead instead of his ipad? LOL. I was only listening to the live feed, could not watch.
