There is no call at 10.40 on either list.

CM had two phones, he was on one of them from 10.34 and received or sent a text message on the other one at 10.26 or 10.36 (that's where the lists contradicts, but it was a text message received or texted).
The call was at 10.34.

If it was 10.36, I think it was a received text, since he doesn't strike me as the multitasking type. But that's not for me to decide.
 
I wish he'd address the lawyer when answering questions and not the jury constantly :p
 
As I understand they are reviewing Murray telephone activity to realize whether Murray had enough time to care Michael?

when the "mean" MJ was "begging cying for his "milk" exaclty ? Murray was calling people all that morning , how in hell we are supposed to believe MJ was awake and trying to sleep while Murray was talking and talking ?
 
Does anyone have the sky or any other streaming link? The MJJC link is really sluggish for me. It keeps stopping and starting :(

It showed two things. Murray was on the phone when he should had been watching the patient. Second, it showed he was more than able to call 911 himself, but he wasted a bunch of time and the bodyguard had to be the one to call for help.

Very boring testimonies, the describe every column and every cell, and no, I think the prosecution brought these witnesses to show that Murray didn't have the time to care for his patient.

See, this is why I believe in "the drip" and the fact that Michael was under the whole time. Please don't respond here, since we'll derail the thread once again and the mods will be really upset :) Time will tell, hopefully.

direct over. cross baldy has one question 11.26 phonecall. 7 second phonecall was it answered or not? cant tell based on the records. voice mail? dont know. cant tell if it was answered or just rang out for 7 seconds. so hes implying every call just rang out for 30 mins 20 min 60 secs?

so you see the contradiction? So two phones? thats why the list is different?
 
Incoming call from one of his friends at 11:26 lasted 7 seconds. But no way of knowing whether it was answered or not.
