Murray Trial - 3 October - Day 5 - Discussion

If he "did not have any concept of time, cause he didn't have a watch" how can he claim in other instances that he gave MJ this or that at this or that time?
This gets crazier every minute..smh

So, when Murray's on the phone he has no concept of time despite the time being directly above in the display scene. Also, how does he suddenly know in the police interview when he gave the lopz, but when it really counted it was 'I don't know' and he didn't tell his defense team this otherwise we would had gotten 15 minutes of useless back and forward about when Murray supposedly gave the lopz.

so murray told her he found Michael not breathing. This is NOT a witnessed arrest. So go figure, think he's lying?
I think Dr. Nygen is hanging him very nicely....

Yes, he told two ER doctors two entirely different things, during the same event. Both cannot be true. Either he was not in the room when Michael arrested, or he WAS. One or the other. And, said he gave NO other medications.

Very effective witness.

maybe it was just me but when she talked about him not having a watch there was this pause in the courtroom obviously total silence but u felt everyone was just going WTF as the testimony of murray claiming to be clueless about the time

can someone help me out, who was it *i forgot* murray told to he saw michael stopped breathing, was that paramedics?
he told this doc he didnt witnesss it?

I'm waiting for the defense to come back and say they want to change their plea to guilty!

Let's not make fun of her accent she's a highly intelligent lady, we wouldn't want anyone to make fun of our accents now, would we? She's giving precise answers regardless of her accent.

I hardly understand Dr.Nguyen, hope her testimony will be not long :)

She's a fabulous witness for the prosecution. Note that when she said that murray told her that he didn't know what time he gave the lazapam or when mj stopped breathing ms brazil gave a v pointed look at the jury to make sure they were picking this up. No concept of time and no note-taking - he should be struck off for that surely.

He wasn't wearing a watch? BS! I see he's been wearing a nice watch each day at the trial though. Most people who wear a watch wear it daily, it's just second nature to put their watch on in the morning when they get dressed. I bet if you searched for pictures of Murray you would see him always wearing a watch. I think he is, again, intentionally LYING about having not been wearing a watch and therefore allegedly having "no concept of time" because it muddies things up. I bet there was also likely a clock of some sort in the bedroom.

Are there any pictures of Murray at the hospital that might show if he was wearing a watch? It's too bad that there wasn't someone from UCLA who would have noted whether he'd been wearing a watch when there in the trauma room. Maybe it's just me but if I was in a situation like this and some so-called doctor told me that he'd given a patient IV push Lorazepam but had no idea when, had no idea what time the patient was found not breathing, had no concept of town because he wasn't wearing a watch the first thing I would instinctively do is look at his wrists to see if he was wearing a watch -- just because I'd be so blown away that it's just basic common sense that a doctor should be noting TIMES of things.

And by the way, his cell phone would have told him the TIME; he was apparently a busy boy on his cell phone so even IF he hadn't been wearing a watch, he'd have surely seen the time on his cell phone.

The fact that he firstly gave Michael the medication outside of a hospital enviroment is bad enough, but to then say to the cardiologist at the hospital that he had no sense of time and couldn't remember what time he gave him the drugs is moronic. Contradicts what he said about knowing the exact time he gave him the drugs.

And interesting that she, too, is a cardiologist....a "peer" of Murray's.

Murray should just give it up and change his plea to guilty

.....aaaaand on top of it all, he had no watch.....moron...

He said he did not have any concept of time, he did not have a watch...he lied had a watch on his left wrist as he walked into UCLA

I thought it was to Dr Cooper that he'd told that he'd WITNESSED MJ stop breathing.

i was holding my breath. so you could be right. Are you there?? x

I just find it hard to believe he had no sense of time at all. I hope there's some way of seeing whether or not he was wearing a watch on the day it all happened. Would love to see defence try and wriggle out of that one..

who is that milka?
it is easy to found out if he had a watch right???
many people who saw him and footage of the hospital?

theres the cctv footage shown during albertos testimony. i think someone put a screen shot up. whether u can see if theres a watch i dunno

i have another question i didnt hear it right, why was she down in the ER? did she knew murray as she is also a cario.? or what was her role?

He had a watch in the footage of the hospital (I didn't see it, but people say they saw it).

He tells Dr. Cooper he saw MJ go into arrest and then tells Dr. Nguyen he left the room and then when he came back he saw MJ wasn't breathing. How can that be explained? It can't. Dr. Nguyen did good so far and so did Dr. Cooper.

She was called down because of the ongoing arrest. No, she didn't know Murray before that day

Murray is a liar, I really hope the jury catched the no watch mention, to Murray everything appears to be a joke, he's totally disinterested, constantly rolling those arrogant eyes of his, at the beginning. Can the jury see the looks Murray is giving during various testimonies? I hope they can cuz his arrogance is just too much.

He did have a watch, but it was broken. His cellphones were at his uncle, who happens to be an excellent impersonator of his voice, and was talking to people on his behalf. He gave only 25 mg of propofol and two doses of lorazepam. And he did have a monitor. It's just that the cat ate it.
That's all.

It drives me NUTS that the prosecutors can't CONFRONT Murray for his various blatant lies and different versions of the story. It just doesn't seem right to me that he's not questioned about all of these things.

I wonder if the prosecution is as interested in the "not wearing a watch/no concept of time" BS as we are? But even if they were, what could they do about it if they can't directly question Murray? I wonder if they have in their possession, any picture of Murray at the hospital that day that would show him wearing a watch; but even if they found this, how would they go about presenting it?

btw do you think they talked those two docs? later that day or that week? if he said two different thinks, they may talked about it? maybe they had a feeling murray was lying?
