Murray Trial - 3 October - Day 5 - Discussion

claims murray told her he found michael not breathing when he returned, couldn\t tell what time it was. couldnt tell what time he gave michael lorazepam,

i still dont see the point. He shouldnt have been making phone calls (except to 911), answered or not - he should've been monitoring MJ.....

Exactly, trying to multi-task while his patient is in distress from propofol overdose. If he had been looking after his patient, he might have been hired to work in London, but he mucked that up BIG time. Ding-bat murray.

She asked the time and Murray didn't know. Are you happy now defense? This is why you write this crap down.

haha he did not had a idea of time she claims he said
thats fantasicly weird.. :) that means that every bs murray said can be because he did not had a watch... pff

Interesting! She indicates that Murray told her that he'd LEFT MJ and then when he returned to MJ he found him NOT BREATHING. But I thought Murray had told others that he'd WITNESSED MJ stopping breathing. Big difference in the story.

got called down to help mj via page. cooper introduced her to murray her job is to get info off murray. whats was going on. asked what had happened. said mj was tired had asked for meds to help him sleep. she asked what did u give him he said lorazapam 4 mg asked if he gave any other narcotics. murray said i gave nothing else. then asked what happened. what time was loraz given. murray said he didnt know he said he left and when he returned he found mj not breathing. asked what time it was he said he didnt know. what time from when he found mj to ringing 911 he said he didnt know. he didnt have a watch had no concept of time at all. in other words murray knew nothing!

.....aaaaand on top of it all, he had no watch.....moron...

he says murray requested her and cruz that michael's life should be saved, and that they shouldn't give up easily

she has an accent but it's alright, but she is very nervous for sure.

In all seriousness, I think she's a good witness. Interesting that he said he had no sense of time and that he left and then found Michael not breathing.

says that murray wasn't able to give them a precise time or a time intervall when it happened, says she feared they were running out of time, that time wasn't on Michael's/their side.

Lunch break now.

How can you have no concept of time when you have two phones? I don't own a watch either but I know the time as I use my phone.

I don't think she really seems nervous...I think she's being very concise and explaining things very well...I think she is being very articulate despite her accent...

thats good news, he said he didnt have a idea of time. that is bad for the defense. break for 1,5 hour right?

that and every doc writes down what he give patient and what time.. so its bs to cover up its a long time michael is down at that point i believe

so murray told her he found Michael not breathing. This is NOT a witnessed arrest. So go figure, think he's lying?
I think Dr. Nygen is hanging him very nicely....

murrays a lieing bastard. he had no watch no sense of time was clueless about when he gave the stuff. yet tells the other dr 2am and 5 am and a couple of days later writes up a full list of all the drugs he gave and when. the list is nothing but a creation of fiction done with his lawyers

lunch break.

Okay now I'm confused. Wasn't this the doctor to whom Murray said he'd witnessed the arrest? Or is that somebody else?

He probably forgot, cuz it's usually the nurse that documents what and when something was given lol
