says she has a son with murray, gave birth at cedar's sinai hospital, says her and murray were living to gether in 156 street in santa monica at that time, lived together for 4 years.
says she moved in there on her own.
she's 29 years old.
says she first met him in 2005, met him in a social setting, in club, club was in vegas
murray was guest, trying to get her around of admitting it,
exchanged phone numbers
she was living in la when she first met him in 05 in vegas,
says she thinks he was living in vegas at the time she met him, says she's never been to his 'private residence' isn't sure where he was living

says few months after first meeting him their relationship became a personal relationship,

Alvarez's high pitched answers are annoying.

Murray told Alvarez in 2008 that he was Michael's doctor. Did not tell her that he had also treated Michael's kids.

says she was extremely interested in the fact, says she met MJ in 08, says it was before she had her kid
murray introduced them, says murray surprised her by introducing her to michael, says she didn't know where she was going says she was speechless when she met him, says she met him at his home, says it was a brief visit.
 
Alvarez almost seems like an MJ-fan. Can't blame her for being excited over meeting Michael. Who wouldn't be :)

Murray arranged a surprise meet with Michael and Alvarez at Michael's home. She's met other patient's of his also but not in Vegas. Michael was the only patient of Murray's that she had met in 2008.

She accompanied Murray to Michael's residence once or twice. Michael was interested in her unborn baby (growing belly) and wanted to schedule a meeting to meet him.
 
says she met a few other patient as well, says she met a few patients in houston not vegas after michael's death says at the time she met michael it was the only patient of murray she had met
says she accompanied murray to michael's house 2 or 3 times.
says michael was interested in pregnancy, wanted to visit her kid.
says michael wanted to schedule visits etc
says she took her baby to michael two times during the day and once in the evening says she travelled with murray while doing so. says it was in march 09
