where is he getting those freaking numbers from? 2.5 propofol ? it was 4.1 , and in heart 3.5 so what the hell is he talking about and that idiot is answering GOD

It's practically 100% certain his own children will see their father on that gurney...their own father, i really don't have any words for that. No doubt on alot of front pages from pages that photo will be there, if its not..i'd be surprised. But it shouldn't even been in the media AT ALL. There's just no limit to it...just no ending.

Personally i'm not scarred or anything by the photo, i've seen the autopsy photo of 2Pac as well, and that was even worse, much worse....but his children are gonna see it and that is just SO damn wrong.

the kids saw him in the flesh like that we have to remember. so hopefully its not as bad as we see it
 
They have already said that these questions are beyond his expertise...but Flannigan will keep asking as long as he keeps answering....they want him to say things so that they can trip him up. The defense is sick and scummy they dont care HOW they get Murray off..

His kids saw him on the gurney when it happened and spent some time with him. So, they already know what he looks like. They also saw him in a casket after they cut him up. Unlike fans, the kids have seen their father dead.

That is very true, but its been a long time ever since, and now they are getting reminded of it again. They'll be seeing their father's body in the papers, it's just so wrong man. But this was after the autospy , right? So i highly doubt they saw exactly this in front of their eyes..Michael lying there like that, full naked.
 
With the picture couldn't they have covered him up more? Just give some dignity here. He was naked with his private covered.
 
The audio stream lasted just a little bit longer, judge said that tomorrow morning they will flush out something related to dr. Shafer's testimony.
 
Kind of mad that the defense wasted so much time on this witness asking a bunch what ifs that doesn't even mean anything. See how they change their story base on how the wind blows. That witness killed their pill theory and they were fishing for any kind of explanation why Murray isn't at fault.

shafer is the students who drank diprivan dr. the judge was gonna rule on that later. i guess this is the same shafer flanagan keeps talking about? shafer is also gonna talk about the pigs having diprivan shoved up their behinds and about how negligent murrays care was
 
Well it's been a hard long hearings day, hope we will never see another photos. And i think it's good that the day was finished with witness's totally agree about Murray's act that day - homicide. Thanks Walgren for clarify it again for jurors cuz in a moment i was starting to think this witness is pretty disappointing

A prosecution witness will testify ... Dr. Conrad Murray committed "multiple egregious and unconscionable violations" in his treatment of Michael Jackson the day he died ... this according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Prosecutors filed the document because they want to shoot down the defense theory that MJ may have orally ingested the fatal dose of Propofol.

According to Dr. Steven Shafer, "There is a zero possibility that the propofol was orally ingested."

Dr. Shafer believes, "There is almost nothing in Murray's care of Michael Jackson that reflected the actions of a trained physician."

Judge Michael Pastor has not ruled on whether Dr. Shafer is qualified to testify about the oral ingestion of Propofol.

Those photos could have been SEALED by the court. They always had that option. I simply do not want to HEAR that it was "automatic." It wasn't. Michael deserved more respect that that. For God's SAKE!

Before Jackson autopsy photo was shown in court, DDA Walgren asked judge for a moment to warn the family. They had left by that point.
 
Did Dr Rogers states there were no white substance in MJ's throat, esophagus seeming to suggest that he couldn't have swallowed propofol...that's what the lawyer on skynews was saying, whose been watching this case...but I don't recall that part myself.
 
Dr. Klein Attoney said he will soon produce evidence that show when MJ came out of Kleins office he wasn't surring nor needed asistance in walking out by anyone. Said MJ did get Demoral at Kleins office but for medical reasons and said Klein didn't over give it to MJ. MJ only went to kleins office I believe he said 4 times in the month of June and that someone that is addicted to demoral would have to get it on a daily basis and that was not the case with MJ and his vistits to Klein and the medical records will prove all this.
