Murray Trial - 12 October - Day 11 - Discussion

Who knows who is this guy (besides he is witness and cardiologist)? Why Flanagan asks him about Klein's notes? What's the point of it?

Murray looks REALLY worried. Had his hand over his mouth...not taking any notes at all.
 
flannigans so dumb,,,,trying to trip this witness up. Steinberg is farrrr to smart Flannigan wants every single witness to answer questions about these benszos....even if they say they have no expertise in them. Flannigan is a pain in the ass. Another thing.....Flannigan keeps saying Michael asked the the shit....The witness should say,,,there is NO proof other than Murrays lieing ass that is what took place,
 
medaz should be out of his system by 5am, loraz should still be in his system...

Recalls reading MJ requesting propofol some time after 10am, Flan saying that Murray and Mike had discussion of Propofol and Murray was trying to wean him off it for last three days, Steins recalls reading that in Murrays statement.

asking him if he knows how much Propofol gave him, said gave 25mg of propofol and started him on a drip, FLan saying it doesn't say that, Stein is looking at his papers on pg 34 given in both IV form and started on an infusion (telling Flan to hold on) on Pg 36 states gave INITIALLY 25 mg if that was all he gave would have said that's all he gave...on pg 39 said he's given it before dose and the drip, pg 40 highest amount twice that amount on a drip, pg 62 - night of the occurrence - Michael's arrest Murray said do small injection and then do a drip and so based on Murrays own testament he was on a drip as 25mg was a small dose and no one goes to sleep on that

He's given the defence a run for their money and a lesson in their own clients statement.

I agree he's not taking any crap from Flannagan, he's trying to get defence to agree every other night he was on a drip but that night are they saying he wasn't...whose doing the questions and giving the evidence.

I want to hug Dr. Steinberg.

It makes no sense for Murray to give 25mg to put someone to sleep for a short time...especially someone who he wants to claim begged to be put to sleep. Makes no sense to give such a small does at all. He's either lying about the dose or he's lied about WHY he gave the 25mg (Soundmind's theory of "waking MJ" up via a process.)

Edit:Lying about dose AND drip...
 
murray just wrote a note and passed it off to chernoff, chernoff gave it to flanagan

same dose AND drip. Flannigan is an asshole he is trying to mess the witness up. Steinberg is tooo smart for flannigan... trying to place reasonable doubt
 
page 39, lines 21 and 22:
- detective asked Murray same dose?
- Murray corrected not the same dose (because of the benzodiacepines), but he said: "not the same dose and the drip", so he corrected the dose but not the drip, even for that same night.

they are still discussing that...

Wow love this witness! Because Murray was already using drip all those other nights and mentioned it was the same on june 25 just a smaller dose to start before the actual drip if I heard correctly?
 
I think Flannagan should just give up now. Steinberg is obviously very educated in his area of expertise.
 
Murray probably wants to put Dr. Steinberg to sleep considering how devastating his testimony is to him. He is really pissed. The way he passed of that note to slimebag Chernoff spoke volumes.
 
Makes it clear you should make sure the patient is back to pre-sedation levels before you even think of leaving them unattended.
