Murray Trial - 12 October - Day 11 - Discussion

would agree 25mg would only sleep for 4-7 mins, if slept beyond that would agree other reasons he would be sleeping that was not to do with propofol, would be concerned if he was still sleeping beyond that time level,

Flan saying Murray was still monitoring him, Steinberg is saying looking at guy you can't make assessment if its moderate or deep and can't use pulse oxymeter to determine that either,

Flanagan is suggesting Murray is an expert at monitoring Michael just by looks because he monitored him over other days...come on.

Steinberg is saying he should have tried to have woken him up, don't give propofol for sleep, if he was still sleeping with only 25mg something is wrong, should not have been giving propofol for insomnia.

I'm ready and willing to marry this guy, kiss his feet, do whatever he wants he's fighting flanagan back like wow!

^^^ It's what happens when you talk bullshit for 3 weeks straight!

Using Propofol is not a viable source of treatment, unethical even now, the study he talks about was written in 2010 but Steinberg poins out Murray was using this prior to the study in 2009 without any data.

This study also only gave propofol for two hours over a 5 days period, Murray gave it longer, so this study does not apply in this case.

lol. is flanagan starting his cross again?
asking the same questions again. idiot.

Earlier Defense attorney Michael Flanagan told judge he no longer believes MichaelJackson drank Propofol. "We're no longer contending that".

So what he injected himself after what Dr Cooper thought that was highly unlikely, and if he pumped it in all at once and died suddenly the needle should be there with Michaels fingerprints...but he would still be negligent for leaving Michael alone without proper equipment.

I believe they are now going with the "he ate 8 lorazepam pills" theory.

Flanagan: Was Mr. Jackson saveable when Murray found him.

Dr. Steinberg: Yes.

P.S Dr. Steinberg, estimates Murray was a few minutes longer than 2 mins. But Assumes it's 2 minutes based on Murrays Interview.

Flan is a jerk. Is he saying Murray lied to polices. So, he is actively calling Murray a liar.

Once he is jailed, he will not be with general population...he will be refered to as murray w/a mug shot and number. Can't wait to see that day. Murray knows it's coming. Good ridence!

I can't believe he asked Steinberg if he thinks Dr Murray was gone for just two minutes....what is he know suggesting that Murray lied about two minutes.

Steinberg is saying he's assuming Murray was telling the truth.

Flanagan just said if its not two minutes, Walgren said are they suggesting Dr Murray lied....Now suggesting might have made a time error.

Flan: Are you aware he was on the phone

Stein: shouldn't have been on a phone, should have been monitoring Michael, that then seems to suggest he was on a drip

is Flan now hinting that Murray was gone longer than the 2 minutes Murray claimed, and thus ending up calling his own client a liar?....

So now Murray's own defense suggests he was lying about those 2 minutes? :rollin:
