He claimed back in 2010 that he is the biological father of Michael Jackson’s youngest child Blanket.

And now, the late singer’s former bodyguard Matt Fiddes has stated he is launching a legal bid to prove it.

The 32-year-old has vowed to head to Los Angeles where he will demand the right to see the 10-year-old, whose real name is Prince Michael II.

He added: ‘Michael is their father and I do not want that to change, but I want the children back in my life. The only way that’s going to happen is through legal action. I think Blanket is mine but I want final proof.’

The martial arts master, who provided protection for Jackson in the UK, claims he gave the star with a sperm donation in 2001 after Jackson told him he wanted an 'athletic' child – a year before Blanket was born.

Fiddes, who has three other children, has also alleged that the King of Pop, who died in 2009 aged 50, admitted he was the biological father of Blanket.

He told the Daily Star that the conversation occurred after he flew to Berlin to comfort Jackon in November 2002 after the singer infamously dangled a then nine-month-old Blanket off a hotel balcony.

Fiddes, who hails from Devon, said: ‘I sat there and asked the question: “Is Blanket my child?” He said: “He’s my child, Matt, but I used your sperm to produce him.”’

The former bodyguard has previously claimed that Jackson offered him £500,000 for the sperm, but he turned the money down and donated it for free.

Fiddes now claims that Jackson’s 81-year-old mother Katherine has done her utmost to stop him from contacting the family since the star’s death, because she allegedly believes he is after money.

He said: ‘Katherine’s worried we will come after the estate and will tell the kids the truth.

‘But to me the truth is the big issue, and that’s why I want to take it further. I’m a self-made man, I don’t want or need their money.

‘All I want is access if he’s my child, to take him out, and spend some time together. My mum is dying of cancer. I want her to see Blanket more than anything.’

Matt Fiddes needs to get a life of his own and stop saying Prince Michael II is his. Prince Michael II is Michael Jackson child and that is it. Matt just want to get his name in the papers. A REAL friend would not do what he is doing.

He gets paid BIG Money to say that .. he doesnt care how it would effect Blanket to publicise it
He knows he doesn't have any legal right to ask for DNA test or protests Blankets paternity.
This is just a rehashed story. its all Tabloid Garbage a fictional story that will never happen.

Why does he need the children back in his life, it's not like they were a huge part of it before. Katherine is preventing him from contacting the children? Hmmmm well I wonder why when almost straight away he and his buddy were laying claim to two of the children. If he really felt there was any chance he was the father and if he really cared for the children he would have dealt with this legally and privately.

Selling stories to the media only proves that the children's welfare is the furthest thing from his mind.

Martial arts master Matt Fiddes - who provided protection for the 'Thriller' hitmaker when he was in the UK - is heading to America to lodge court papers and demand the right to see 10-year-old Blanket, whose birth name is Prince Michael Jackson II.
He claims to have given Jackson - who also had two other children, Prince Michael, 15, and 14-year-old Paris - a sperm donation in a London hotel a year before Blanket was born in 2002.
He said: ''I am going to lodge my DNA and formally ask the Jacksons for access. I want visitation rights.
''Michael is their father and I do not want that to change, but I want the children back in my life. The only way that's going to happen is through legal action. I think Blanket is mine but I want final proof.''
Fiddes - who has vowed to provide officials with a DNA sample so they can confirm his claims that he is the youngster's true biological dad - alleges Jackson's family have refused to speak to him or answer his letters since his death in 2009.
Fiddes - who has three other children - says Jackson even told him he was Blanket's real father in November 2002, after he infamously dangled the then nine-month-old child over a hotel balcony.
He said: ''I sat there and asked the question, 'Is Blanket my child?' He said, 'He's my child, Matt, but I used your sperm to produce him.'''
But Fiddes claims Jackson's mother Katherine, 81, has done her best to block his desperate pleas to see Blanket believing he is after money.
Jackson died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 at the age of 50.

In August 2009, he reportedly said: “Michael never told me himself that Blanket is my son but he took my sperm and the child is the spitting image of me.”
The 32-year-old, who has three other children, plans to file papers in Los Angeles after his attempts to contact *****’s family failed.
He believes his efforts to gain access to the youngster are being blocked by their grandmother, Katherine, who has custody of the children.
And he denied he was after a share of Jackson’s estate.
He said: “All I want is access if he’s my child, to take him out, and spend some time together. My mum is dying of cancer. I want her to see Blanket more than anything.”

In my opinion, this FOOL just likes the attention this OBVIOUS lie brings him!

I mean, NOBODY pays him any attention unless he says something regarding Michael and/or Michael's children. He just seems like that "look at me-look at me" type of guy, in my opinion.

I "love" the way he is trying to make it seem as if he had access to the children before Michael died, like he spent SO much time with Michael's children. Some how I seriously doubt that!

Oh and you know it's bad when THE SUN points out the contradictions in your story. LOL!

You've got it in one. He is a fame whore par excellence, look up fame whore in the dictionary and you will see his photograph, latoya is a shrinking violet compared to him. I looked at his twitter timeline and the man is obsessed with mentioning his connections to mj - what did he do, carry an umbrella a couple of times? He's unintentionally hilarious, apparently he's dating a big a-list popstar (prob a x-factor reject) but he doesn't want to discuss it as he's trying to keep it underwraps for privacy reasons so just makes hints about it all the time on his public twitter and retweets all his friends talking about it.

He's threatening to come out to LA in june with mark lester, so they can visit the children and forest lawn and take in the jackson bro's tour.

and this family dont want to give a cent away.
and if michael want to make a child from his own sperm, then he have to expect that someday someone want to make a dna test.
fairly i would say he should make that test. and if its his child, then the jacksons will get some problems.
I'm sure someday it will happen.

I think if they gave away their paternity rights away ( like debbie rowe did at first) then they may have trouble but i guess it all depends on the case situation & what judges feel is best
