And? It's been explained a million times already about the date. It was one of the witnesses who wrote "Los Angeles" on the paper because he's from LA. The witnesses attested to this fact in a sworn declaration when Branca filed the will to court and they also attested to the fact that they did witness MJ sign the will. That's what matters.

And even if the will would be invalidated, then it would make MJ's previous will from 1997 the valid one. Which is exactly the same, only without Paris and Blanket since they weren't born yet. Why would Branca forge Michael's will just to add Paris and Blanket? Doesn't make any sense. Randy is just grasping at straws.

Respect the only way he will learn is if you kidnap him and drill the explanation into his head. Until that happens he will continue to tweet the same claims and remain confused. I hope he does not kidnap Branca and Mcclain next.

OK Just watched it. To be honest, in my point of view, I don't really think Katherine is drugged or on something. She sounded quite angry though. It seemed like she would back Randy&Co up. It's either she was brainwashed or she just loves to play "we are sweet family" Well, I am sorry for the MJ3. However, I am not so surprised by it. KJ is always thinking to make the family looks like nothing happened.

Also I don't think...even though it's in the will, that it would be wise of Ms Ross to take them, and she's said previously she's not in a place to do, plus they'd be uprooted and moved to a different state or something.

While the kids are around ALOT
of bad people in their family, they also have some good ones, like cousins that they seem very close too. They've had enough separation to have to leave all them as well.

Anyway that whole segment was really weird. All of the siblings (Janet, Rebbie, & Jermaine) look guilty. Katherine concern for Mike's kids look genuine here though...

If Katherine Jackson cannot see that posing for that loving family photo with Rebbie and her off-spring and then saying that you did not want to talk to the wards in your care, would have a negative impact on Michael's children, then it is a very sad day.

We can keep bickering about wills and who's right and who's wrong. But for me it's really not that important in the grand scheme of things. What was important for me was that

1] Katherine Jackson left without indicating WHY she was leaving or WHEN she would be back. At no point in her statement did she say that she spoke with her wards and explained the need to get away for a bit.

2] DESPITE being approached by TWO SEPARATE police departments, she STILL did not see the need to allay the fears and concerns of her wards

3] Even though her guardianship was under threat, she did not hightail back to California to PHYSICALLY demonstrate her desire and commitment to be a guardian to her grandchildren.

4] And she will go on national television and explain that she did not contact her wards for 10 days because she did not want to.

I'm never going to be on the side of the Jackson family for anything. I have done my soul searching and that is where I stand. I will try to keep an open mind and I will dog them for living their own lives and pursuing their own projects. But I will have to speak up when they do things that damage Michael's legacy or hurt his children.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to protect your mother and look after her health. But your mother has commitments and responsibilities and a large family and proper steps should have been put in place to avoid the fiasco that has occurred - just let everybody know that she is going away to rest and for how long and explain that she will be incommunicado. By NOT communicating Katherine,Jermaine, Randy and Janet made routine occurrence into a soap opera disaster.

I am so glad to hear Mrs Jackson had a good rest, had time with her kids, playing UNO and recommends the spa, whilst back at home her grand kids had to
- worry
- not hear from her for 10 days
- deal with a scuffle
- not have a cook
- have new security
- learn about their aunts and uncles agenda - re: will is fake

Let's not just focus on Paris and Prince.......who can sort of make some sense of this.........
But let's focus on how Blanket is viewing this. Already being a quiet and shy child, how is he supposed to understand all of this?

For BLANKETS sake......let's all go back to your own lives (Jackson Kids) and let these youngsters grow up, under some sort of 'normalcy' PLEASE!!!

I wanna see Katherine explain to Marlon why he was told that a doctor said he couldn't talk to his momma. Some keep on mentioning Paris for makin this worse yet are ignoring the fact that Marlon was beggin to see and hear from his mom on TELEVISION! And the more u keep on ignoring that fact the more I'm gonna keep on mentioning it! Because where is the reason for Marlon being shut outtoo?! I'll tell u why because he wasn't agreeing with what the others siblings were doin and sayin that's why and he said so. Which explains why sh*t heat the fan and why Katherine lost custody for now. I mean how embarssing that they wanted the executors to step down and instead they end up loosing guardianship of MJ kids for Katherine! OUCH! That is a plan gone terribly wrong!

Blue Katherine cannot explain anything unless the group writes out what she has to say, so don't expect anything statement of the defectors or those who did not sign at the moment. Marlon was going to get her home. I wonder if he was able to speak to her yet? Notice no tweets from Jermaine about the Wildfire of madness. Actually this is really a wildfire of madness, and I would like to thank him for this apt title.

When Paris first got on to Twitter, there was quite a hub-bub board about it. Many were against it and many were for it.

I think the question was raised in the Q & A with Jermaine who gave some round about answer. And some fans expressed their concern to other family members. But we were spitting in the wind because no-one acknowledged that we had legitimate concerns. But now that Miss Paris is tweeting family business it is a problem. I guess she is only to tweet the good stuff!

Well fans questioned her twitter because we believed she was being overexposed and is getting hate and attacks - to the point of Michael's autopsy picture being tweeted to her. Jacksons answered the concerns as it was normal thing to have a twitter and they were being watched.

Today on Dr. Drew Alan Duke from CNN was talking about the confrontation between Janet and Paris and said it was not wize to do such things to Paris because she is popular and has 500,000 followers. Well I think that kinda gave her the voice, it allowed her to state something was wrong and people listen to her.

Isn't Diana Ross like 80 years old?? Sorry but neither her nor Katherine at her age are fit to raise three young kids. Michael made a lot of bad decisions in his life and that part of his will is one of them.

I watched The View this morning where all on that table accused Paris of blowing everything out of proportion because of her "teenage hormones". I'm tired of people blaming this shit on Paris. Whoopi, Joy, Sherri and that blonde chick need to really research first and know what the f**k they are talking about before blabbing their mouths. Paris' tweets, if anything, exposed the truth of this f**ked up family. I never thought I would say this, but I'm now glad Paris is on twitter, and hope she continues to be on twitter.

Kate's statement just proves she doesn't really love Blanket, Paris or Prince. If she did love them, she would stop protecting her kids and do what was right. The right thing to do is tell the truth of what happened. And if she was in on all of this, and not kidnappped, drugged, drunk ect, then she is one f**ked up grandma.

Either way, I hope she never gets guardianship of MJ3 ever again. I hope she moves to Havenhurst and live her days there. Live with the allowance the estate owes her and nothing else. Stay away from MJ3.

Joe is there as well now. Is the estate going to kick him out??? Because he feels entitled to live there even though the house isn't his. It's Michael's. Good, let Kate and Joe live there. Both deserve eachother. I have lost all respect for these people.

TJ. Time will tell is all I will say, but I do hope he takes Guardianship from Katherine permantely. If he f**ks up, Diana Ross is up in line. I just feel Katherine is not safe to be around PPB anymore.

I have a question. Hope someone can answer me. I know it's unrealistic to think Diana Ross. However, I saw some comments said Diana once said it's not her place to take over those kids. Can someone tell me the source of this comment? I though she said if those kids need her, she will be there?! I am confused and thinking I may missed some info.

^^No Diana is not close to 80.

^^After Michael died Diana said she will be there if they need her. However, there was some statement in one of the articles posted in this thread where the writer reported that Diana said she cannot do this at this point in her life. Where and when Diana told the author this I do not know.

Katherine Jackson knows exactly what's going on with the guardianship situation, and we're told by a family source, she's "infuriated." She's dismissing claims that she has been drugged by family members ... calling those online reports "total lies."
The 82-year-old Jackson matriarch, who we're told "cried" while watching the video of the confrontation outside her home between her family members, has fired her nephew Trent Jackson, as well as the entire security team at her Calabasas home.
Contrary to claims that Katherine Jackson fired Trent and the team in the middle of the night, we're told the call was placed before 10pm Tuesday night.
Our Jackson source tells X17 exclusively that Trent and the security members refused to leave after her request ... telling Mrs. Jackson, "We don't work for you, we work for the estate. We're not leaving."
Katherine replied, "How dare you deny my children access to their home, to my home. My home is their home."
Michael Jackson's mom also "became enraged" with Trent and the security team "for putting their hands on my children."
As X17 exclusively reported Tuesday, our Jackson family source confirmed that family advisor John Branca was behind the confrontation on Monday at the Jackson estate between Janet, Randy, Jermaine, Paris, Prince, Trent and the security team.
We're told Branca "is trying to paint a picture that under Katherine's supervision, the kids aren't being cared for." Today, in court, TJ Jackson (Tito's son) was granted temporary custody of Michael's three children ... Paris, Prince and Blanket. Family members believe TJ, as well, has been coached by Branca.
Katherine's attorney, Perry Sanders Jr, said in a press conference following the hearing that once Katherine gets settled back in LA, he'll be filing papers for her to be reinstated as the guardian of the three kids.
X17 broke the story Monday that Katherine's nephew Trent, as well as estate executors [for Michael Jackson's estate] John Branca and John McClain, and Jackson family advisors Lowell Henry and Perry Sanders, Jr., are being investigated for elder abuse against Katherine Jackson.
Despite the fact that LA Country Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore has denied there's an investigation into the elder abuse claims, Jackson family members confirm that the Sheriff's Dept. is involved in the case.

If she had just taken one of Paris's phonecall and explained she just needed to rest and all that I am sure the kids would have understood. The letter, Katherine disappearing and all was not a big coincidence. I saw that video of Janet and Randy recording with their phones looked quite disturbing. They looked like paparazzi trying to insitgate something and use it against the kids. Even if they visited them recording it looks suspicious and not a natural thing to do when visiting them. I don't visit someone and take my phone and start recording what i am doing with them.

The last few days I haven't had much sympathy for Katherine. I wasn't sure why but if she says not talking to them was on purpose then I can see why I felt that way. I felt if she really wanted to talk to them she would have. Why should she get custody back? What if she needs another break?

@mjslovelyone88 My sister was watching the show which was how I caught it, other then that I usually watch something else. Hate that show too...

First of all, the ABC News report on “Nightline” with Katherine Jackson reminded me not just a little bit of a hostage reading her kidnapper’s message to the press. Janet and Jermaine Jackson stood behind their mother as she read from a script. It was an orchestrated event, and ABC News– which sources tell bought footage from Randy Jackson for “Good Morning America’–just went along with it. The interviewing producer wasn’t allowed to ask questions! How completely unprofessional! That ABC has allowed itself to become the network of Janet, Jermaine and Randy just to grab access and ratings is very very disappointing.
Then: the hostage crisis. The warring Jacksons each have someone they want gone from the others’ camp. Randy, Jermaine, and Janet want their cousin Trent fired. Michael Jackson hired Trent personally, and Joe Jackson’s nephew has been a loyal and devoted assistant and caregiver to Katherine Jackson. Sources say that Randy in particular hates and resents Trent. Indeed, the “minor scuffle” at the house this week was between them. Trent, they say, put Randy in a headlock. Randy happily Tweeted today that Trent had been fired by his mother. But the reality of that remains to be seen.
Of course, the insiders in Calabasas want someone on the other side gone, too: Janice Smith, Katherine’s assistant. In the reading of the “hostage statement,” Katherine mentioned Janice Smith. From what I know, everyone in the Calabasas house hates Janice Smith. And here’s where it gets interesting. The children say that Janice helped arrange for Katherine’s fake trip to Arizona by telling everyone Mrs. Jackson would be attending her sons’ concerts in Arizona, Nevada, and California. In fact, it was Janice Smith who set up the visit to Miraval Spa in Tucscon, and knew that Mrs. Jackson would not be going to those shows.
Here’s how the whole thing went down according to those in Calabasas: The kids thought their grandmother was going on a road trip to see the shows with Trent. They said their goodbyes. Then Jermaine and Randy managed to axe Trent from the trip, and Janice went on the plane with Mrs. Jackson. In the next day, the infamous letter asking for the resignation of Michael Jackson’s executors appeared.
In the letter, Randy Jackson said his mother had had a “mini stroke.” Seeing this was what inflamed Paris Jackson, who knew no such thing had happened. That’s when she panicked and began Tweeting. It was probably also the moment she realized something was not right with her father’s family.
Now we see Katherine Jackson on ABC News flanked by certain members of her family who want Michael Jackson’s money. She says she’s returning to Los Angeles. It’s not like she’s in Bora Bora. Instead of reading that statement, why hadn’t she simply gone home? What is stopping her? Who? Hopefully once she is home, her advisors will explain what happened.
