Janet disappointed the whole planet lol
I wasn't fan of Janet but I respected her for good manner - the rare thing in this family. Well now we know 'baby' Janet is a good daughter of her father

Quick summary :

July 15th Katherine leaves her home in Calabasas to attend Jacksons concerts in Arizona, Nevada. She never attended those concerts.

July 17th A letter from certain Jacksons (Janet, Tito, Randy, Jermaine, might forget someone) to the executors is leaked on the internet. The letter accuses the executors and people in Katherine's staff (Trent Jackson). The letter says tha the will is fake, and that Katherine is so stressed that she had a mini stroke.
Paris reacts to the mini stroke part of the story on twitter. Paris says it's not true, Katherine is fine, and calls Randy a liar

July 21 : Trent Jackson goes to the police, and files a missing person report : he says Katherine is missing. Paris confirms on twitter, she says Katherine is missing and if anyone sees her, they should call the police. Paris says she has not been able to talk to her for a week.
Jermaine issues a statement on twitter, calling this a "wildfire of madness", he says Katherine is with family (Rebbie) in Arizona, at a spa, she is resting on doctor's order, and she has no phone.
In spite of that it goes on, still no one hears from Katherine directly

July 23 : Janet , Randy and Jermaingo to the Calabasas home, there's an incident, the police is called. On the security video you can see that Randy tries to talk to Prince, but Prince ignores him, and that there is a heated discussion between Janet and Paris, during which Janet tries to grab Paris' phone twice. Randy and Janet are filming the kids with their phones. After that, there is a fight between Trent/Randy/Jermaine, that's when the police is called.
Still no news from Katherine. Margaret Lodise, the kids lawyer, goes to see the kids. Marlon confirms that he can not reach his mother either, and that he is very worried about her.

July 25th : TJ and Marlon talked to Katherine on the phone the night before, they both say she was not like herself.
Katherine's lawyer flew to Arizona the night before the hearing for the guardianship, but was not able to meet Katherine, he said he was met by Janet and Jermaine, and could only talk to Katherine on the phone. TJ files for temporary guardianship of the kids, the judge grants it, for one month.
Katherine issues a video statement, sayig she was on vacation, not kidnapped, and is fine.

Now she just got back home.

The question is , what happpened to Katherine ? Was she kidnapped by her kids ? did she agree with this ? and what's going to happen next. TJ said he would file for permanent guardianship of the kids.

Also, why did Katherine only mention Prince and Paris? Has everyone forgotten Blanket?!

The kids knew she was going away but they were told she was going to a series of concerts (Jacksons UNITY tour) but she never went and somehow ended up at a spa in Arizona. Not only that, nobody except the ones planning this knew where she was or could reach her. All communication was cut off.

I think so too. But the family has imploded over this. Katherine is the one who tried to get them all together, protect the family "unity", at least for the outside world.

I think she shouldn't have, it just creates unhealthy relationships.

Anyway, I don't see how they can recover from this, as a family. There will be pro Paris and anti Paris in the family. I think she did the right thing here, she proved to be strong.

Anyway , I'm happy Katherine is home and OK. :) I was really worried for her.

Why should they punish Paris? If so they have to punish Marlon and TJ as well and try to take away their sell phones too lol
Hope TJ as a guardian won't let them hurt Paris anyway. Looks like he's on her side at all.

if the Jackson cubs had been mentioned in that will, i very much doubt that Randy and gang would have cared one second that the will says LA instead of NY......

EARLIER: First of all, the ABC News report on &#8220;Nightline&#8221; with Katherine Jackson reminded me not just a little bit of a hostage reading her kidnapper&#8217;s message to the press. Janet and Jermaine Jackson stood behind their mother as she read from a script. It was an orchestrated event, and ABC News&#8211; which sources tell bought footage from Randy Jackson for &#8220;Good Morning America&#8217;&#8211;just went along with it. The interviewing producer wasn&#8217;t allowed to ask questions! How completely unprofessional! That ABC has allowed itself to become the network of Janet, Jermaine and Randy just to grab access and ratings is very very disappointing.
Then: the hostage crisis. The warring Jacksons each have someone they want gone from the others&#8217; camp. Randy, Jermaine, and Janet want their cousin Trent fired. Michael Jackson hired Trent personally, and Joe Jackson&#8217;s nephew has been a loyal and devoted assistant and caregiver to Katherine Jackson. Sources say that Randy in particular hates and resents Trent. Indeed, the &#8220;minor scuffle&#8221; at the house this week was between them. Trent, they say, put Randy in a headlock. Randy happily Tweetedtoday that Trent had been fired by his mother. But the reality of that remains to be seen.
Of course, the insiders in Calabasas want someone on the other side gone, too: Janice Smith, Katherine&#8217;s assistant. In the reading of the &#8220;hostage statement,&#8221; Katherine mentioned Janice Smith. From what I know, everyone in the Calabasas house hates Janice Smith. And here&#8217;s where it gets interesting. The children say that Janice helped arrange for Katherine&#8217;s fake trip to Arizona by telling everyone Mrs. Jackson would be attending her sons&#8217; concerts in Arizona, Nevada, and California. In fact, it was Janice Smith who set up the visit to Miraval Spa in Tucscon, and knew that Mrs. Jackson would not be going to those shows.
Here&#8217;s how the whole thing went down according to those in Calabasas: The kids thought their grandmother was going on a road trip to see the shows with Trent. They said their goodbyes. Then Jermaine and Randy managed to axe Trent from the trip, and Janice went on the plane with Mrs. Jackson. In the next day, the infamous letter asking for the resignation of Michael Jackson&#8217;s executors appeared.
In the letter, Randy Jackson said his mother had had a &#8220;mini stroke.&#8221; Seeing this was what inflamed Paris Jackson, who knew no such thing had happened. That&#8217;s when she panicked and began Tweeting. It was probably also the moment she realized something was not right with her father&#8217;s family.
Now we see Katherine Jackson on ABC News flanked by certain members of her family who want Michael Jackson&#8217;s money. She says she&#8217;s returning to Los Angeles. It&#8217;s not like she&#8217;s in Bora Bora. Instead of reading that statement, why hadn&#8217;t she simply gone home? What is stopping her? Who? Thomas is just BLIND. I'm sorry I like him but he wants to believe the Jacksons ain't that full of shizz. Poor man, the fact Michael was a great person doesn't mean the whole family is too, what he said to have witnessed is just a facade of what their family life was supposed to be! Tom..
