Michael's mom reported missing /Grandma's Home/TJ appointed Co/Guardian with Katherine

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

I'd imagine Randy (and probably Jermaine) asked for them to pay their child support and when they refused the letter was drawn up.

Just like when they asked Michael to tour with them and he said no. The next thing we hear is Michael is an addict and interventions are needed?

Let me get this straight. Randy and Jeramine have asked the estate to pay their child support and yet at the same time call the will fake and the executors fraud and so on? If you were Branca and Mcclain would you help them? I don't think so and they have no obligation to help them. There only obligation is to Michael, his kids and his mother who are in the will.

Paris told the truth. That's why people are blaming her. But she has more support than it looks like. I am not into twitter but what she did actually helped her and her brothers and Katherine. Who knows how long she would have been kept away from them. It doesn't matter what Janet tries to do and say now. She a huge part in what happened and her blind support for Randy only makes her look foolish. You don't see her denying Prince's tweet. She got busted on that one.

And now she is doing damage control by trying to make Paris look bad. That's the reason for all the media attacks on her. Ms. "CONTROL" got busted.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

I've got a feeling jerm's child support was paid by the estate, one of those loans that mrs j got last year that show up in the estate accounting looks like it cd have been used to pay it off. What else wd those loans be for? I think alexandra was refusing to leave hayvenhurst until she got jerm's child support, and wasn't he stuck in africa and not allowed to enter the usa until he paid? The estate probably thought it was in their interests to get alex and the children out of the family home, and just agreed to pay it. I can't imagine, however, that they'd be interested in paying randy's portion. And esp not now.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

No one in this forum has discussed Janet slapping Paris. You're missing the point. Janet, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie have done other things. You should read through the thread.

i mean this whole thing.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

mjchris - you're too funny if you think that this all about is Janet allegedly accosting a minor.

Much like the media, maybe you did to do some more reading/research so that you can make an informed comment.

did u read the word "example" in my post? ;)

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

Bonnie Blue - I think Jermaine was said to be hiding out overseas in order to avoid having to pay. It was only when the bill was paid that he returned. He even tweeted about it, if I remember correctly. Talking about how OBVIOUSLY there was no trouble with him and child support.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

Janet story is just one of the stories that have been discussed, and yes we knew it's bs story as Paris clarified it the same day:)
If you have read all 260 pages, you would know it.

Media attacks the jacksons - lol.
Jacksons should know, if they play with fire, they get burned.

thats what i said.

yes i know it.
and if u would read my post carefully, u will learn that i talked about what i was thinking when i first read that. ;)

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

i mean this whole thing.

Yet, you chose this story to demonstrate the "stupidity" of this thread. A story that noone discussed here as a true story, especially since Paris has denied it long time ago. This is what they call a straw-man argument.

hm... i'm not sure if i believe you. but i dont want to read 260 pages, and mostly spam. normally the fans discuss every story and word that is written in the media.

Did you ignore everything else in that news thread that IS true?

Unfortunately, most of the stuffs discussed in this thread are not base on the story written in the media. The whole thing is base one many facts. What Paris, Prince, Marlon, Randy, and TJ said on their twitter, what Katherine said on TV, what TJ filed in the court and also the police report. Figure out the whole thing is not based on " what media said" then give your comment. Yes, the media would make up many stories but this whole thing was actually not made up by the media.

People discussed this whole thing because they are worried about MJ3's welfare. You have two kids said that they can't reach their guardian for 10 days that someone are blocking their contacts to their grandma. This is quite a serious issue for any kid.

Estate statement in regards to people not allowed in Calabasas Residence send to ET

"Following the events of July 23 in which certain members of the Jackson family showed up unannounced at the Calabasas residence of Michael Jackson's mother and children, causing a very public disturbance, the attorneys for the Estate of Michael Jackson as lessees of the house were requested by Charles Schultz, attorney for TJ Jackson, Jr., the newly appointed Temporary Guardian for Michael Jackson's children, to send a list to the security gate of people neither TJ or the children wanted allowed on the premises in view of the incidents that had just taken place. The list may be amended and managed by TJ Jackson Jr. or the Estate when appropriate. It is imperative to the Estate that from this point forward a safe and appropriate environment be provided for Michael Jackson's children and his mother."

[h=1]Pizarro: Jackson family stops by San Jose's Morton's the Steakhouse on way to Mountain Winery show[/h]By Sal Pizarro

Things Jackson family feud seems to be cooling off for the moment.
Matriarch Katherine Jackson attended Friday night's "Unity Tour" concert by the Jackson brothers at Saratoga's Mountain Winery. And before the concert, I'm told that she dined with the late Michael Jackson's kids -- Prince, Paris and "Blanket" -- and their guardian, TJ Jackson (Tito's son), at Morton's the Steakhouse in downtown San Jose.
The family, who slipped in a rear entrance, dined in a private dining room, and the kids ordered Chicken Bianco, Caesar salad and truffle fries.

Jermaine Jackson withdraws his signature from the infamous letter to the Estate

Yesterday, I had a phone call with my son Jaafar that broke my heart. He asked: "Is it true that we cannot visit grandmother's house as a family anymore?" Enough has become enough... After much soul-searching, it is clearly time for us to live by Michael's words about love not war. In this spirit, I offer this statement by way of extending an olive-branch. Accordingly, I rescind my signature from the letter which was sent to the Estate, and which should never have gone public. I still hold deep reservations about many issues involving the Estate, and I will continue to bring scrutiny and a resolute voice wherever we have cause for concern. But the way to address such matters is through the proper channels and via a private dialogue, not public conflict. Whatever the tabloid and on-line misrepresentations have led people to believe, my primary concern has only ever been rooted in the welfare of our mother in the environment where she lives. No-one on the outside has a clue about the stresses and pressures she has been under long before recent events and I, like everyone in the family, adore the ground she walks on. We are also still raw from the loss of Michael three years ago. The ever-present grief has haunted me with questions about whether we stepped off him too much or whether we did enough to help when a corporate world surrounded him. So when it comes to the well-being of loved ones, and especially our mother, we are perhaps understandably and unapologetically over-protective. As attorney Perry Sanders has since confirmed, a health check detected high blood pressure with Mother. Rest was the sole reason she went to Arizona. Prince even carried her bags down the stairs and urged her to rest-up, because we all come from the same caring place. When she was away, and with the children in the responsible care of Tito's son TJ, there was never a malicious attempt to "block" the kids from talking with her. We simply worried that a call home would first entail, or lead to, conversations with individuals we are in dispute with and that would, therefore, increase pressure on Mother -- and pressure was what a doctor said she didn't need. This was why we went to the house in Calabasas to talk directly with the kids and merely discuss arrangements for them to meet with their grandmother. We were denied that access by security -- and it was clear that mutual suspicions had allowed events to spiral out of control. I regret that events were ever allowed to reach such a stage. I regret any distress caused to Prince, Paris and Blanket. That was never, ever the intention of myself, Janet, Rebbie or Randy. Moving forward, the most effective way to best serve Mother's welfare, and that of Michael's children, is to start a collective dialogue, in private. Mistakes have been made and irrational things have been said on both sides in a highly-charged emotional environment. It is time for us all to draw a line in the sand and move towards peace, co-operation, love and healing. I truly hope that we can find it in our hearts to do so. Because above and beyond anything else, what matters...is family.

^^^^^^^

Wow Jermaine. He retrcats his signature from that letter too? First of all, I still dont get how calls from/to the minor children you are a legal guardian of can be too stressful. I dont see how a "hello grandma, how are you, we miss you, school was fine" can be too much of a burden for Katherine?! I dont buy it, why dont he confess the real reason for not letting minor children talk to their grandma?

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

Ha~~~Jermaine is funny! Why can't they think more carefully before they acted in such stupid way. I guess they really though Prince and Paris are just kids and would play alone and remain silence. Thank God that MJ taught his kids well and they spoke out when they have too.

"there was never a malicious attempt to "block" the kids from talking with her. I can't believe that he is now blaming Prince and Paris. I don't know how can he explain Janet's message and how come Marlon crying on TV saying he can't found his mom. Keep lying Jermaine............... It can't save your face. A bunch of pathetic people.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

I doubt Jermaine stepped back cause of the kids, but because he knows it's a losing battle & maybe some MJ fans will forgive him if he stops it now.
Also if he starts trying to make amends with PPB now maybe they'll be on good terms at the MJ birthday celebration in Indiana and he can prance around with PPB showing the world what an amazing family they are. I mean, just look at how united they are

Jermaine Jackson withdraws his signature from the infamous letter to the Estate

Too Late Jermaine!

And in my opinion he is still LYING in certain areas. Trying to make excuses for what REALLY happened.

Their biggest problem was putting together a plan that was ridiculous from beginning to end.

I do find it very, VERY funny that he, just like Tito, no longer wants to be a part of that silly letter.

They made their bed and need to get it through their collective thick skulls that they have NO say in the Estate of Michael Jackson. No little say. No big say. NO SAY AT ALL!

They all made fools of themselves and caused their Mother to lose guardianship of Michael's 3-children. That step would have probably never have been taken if they didn't start this mess by signing and releasing that letter.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

Jermaine's retraction has shown the endgame of all of this. If he truly believed that Katherine was in mortal danger of the Estate he wouldn't stop the campaign surely. This both confirms that they leaked the letter and that they recognize this whole thing as a desperate attempt at waging a war over MONEY that they have absolutely no hope of winning.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

I rescind my signature from the letter which was sent to the Estate

In other words, he ain't retracting and will continue with his mess.

EXACTLY!

Keeping in mind that their letter stated that they would be contacting the "proper authorities" in furtherance of their complaints.

A bunch of scare tactics that didn't work and just made them all look like a bunch of desperate fools!

Selling "wolf tickets" a few days ago, now folks are running away with their tail between their legs.

First Tito. Now Jermaine. Who's next? LOL!

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

but none of us lost Michael Jackson as our dad as well as losing the only life we knew and sent to live with the very same people she'd been warned her whole life not to trust.

Keep on twitter Miss Paris! Make yourself heard.

Waw Elegantly the bolded had me thinking. This is really what happened. None of us knew Michael jr. was warned by his dad about certain Jacksons. Now we found out, and this must be a horrible and uncomfortable situation to be in, when you know the people who live with you or are around are not for you. When the children lived with the cousins after Michael died, Rebbie went there to live for a while, supposedly to help with the children. The other aunts and uncles were coming around. How did these children cope? It makes you really understand the strength of these children.

Respect those tweets are good. Maybe they are from a fan who has a lot of information. I wonder if Randy will tweet.

Vici what is wrong with Janet's lawyer? He should have made that statement the same day the false information came out, and he should mention that Paris did not cuss her aunt either. It was TMZ who started that lie. Why did they wait so long when they have a video to back up the truth? This could have been nipped in the bud, and Jones, the View women, ect would not have made such comments about Paris. I agree with the lawyer that this information has hurt her reputation. However, she did other things that hurt her reputation, like signing that letter, being a granny snatcher, trying to get Paris' phone, and asking for Paris' passport.

I also wondered why no guardian made a statement saying that Paris did not cuss her aunt. I hope a trend will not start where the papers begin making up lies about Paris--like they did with Michael. The guardians need to nip these stories in the bud and show they are serious, like Janet's lawyer.

Who will be the next Jackson to withdraw their signature from the letter? Will it be Janet, Rebbie or Randy? My guess is on Janet as she has already started damage control by threating to sue TMZ
