Thanks for passing it on. Will do, as I was thinking the same thing, and that's why I never asked on Twitter, LSA, or FB.

He must definitely be related to him as most of the Safechuck family too reside in a place called Simi Valley in California, and the name Safechuck isn't exactly the most common of names. Tony must be his cousin as his Father Wayne (minus a arm tattoo and some extra weight)looks a lot like James' father also.

Yes, please don't post this on other forums, or on places like Lipstickalley, and PLEASE don't retweet it or pass it on to MJ friends on twitter - like PLEASE don't give it to people like SaneMJFan, etc, because they ALWAYS retweet it onto their timelines and the haters lurk and react to them. PLEASE let's not ruin something that could be useful. I get so upset watching fans hand haters things on platters sometimes.

The estate has been given it, so they can contact him if they want, and let's hope they do.

Also, the way Dimond made her headline, "Fifth Accuser", makes it seem like there are five people suing MJ, when there aren't.

I believe she did that deliberately to make it seem like there's SO many people suing MJ and claiming this now, that others will feel there's safety in numbers and will join in too.

It's so obvious this is about trying to get as many on board as possible.

I believe I'll have to stay away from this topic on LSA as there are too many psycho trolls on there. At least here, we can discuss this issue in peace without having to battle dumb folded internet trolls. Michael should have never been so trusting, I know it is easy for me to say when I have never walked in his shoes/been in his place, but that is just how I feel sometimes. I believe I once said it on another board, but I have always felt that everyone betrayed Michael. Even children betrayed him, go figure.
Humanity has failed the man big time, and keeps on failing him which is a shame because he was a staunch believer in humanity.

It's supposed to be when the estate heard the decision if the claim was decided or not - but the estate asked if they could have that earlier in May, and then it got taken off calender.

I don't know if the June 2 date still stands for anything.

IMO I don't think this was a shock for the estate. I think that Upchuck was used as a way to force the estate to settle. Do this or else, and when the estate was like whatever Upchuck was added. And off topic last night I was reading about that guy who hosted Top of the Pops the guy just about admitted he was molesting children and everyone looked the other way. I mean wtf was that about

I would imagine that would only ever happen IF Wade ever got a payout from the estate. I don't even think Safebuck even approached them, I think Wade and his lawyers have approached and bribed Safebuck to join them in their scam.

I also think it would be useful if someone were approach anyone who knew MJ as children on FB, Twitter ect.., and ask if they have been approached, or even bribed by Wade or his lawyers. I have no doubt that they have already approached others looking for *victims. Plus it is also good to get statements now, just in case they too receive *therapy and realise that they were *molested as well.

A friend on FB received a reply back on a email to Howard Weitzman a while back, stating there would be a decision by the judge made on a June 2nd hearing whether Wade will get his trial or not.

Im sure it would be a dream scenario for Wade to get Mac and Brett on their side, and perhaps they indeed did try, but when you think about Brett's reaction to Wades case last year, it's very unlikely he took the bait.

Brett is definitely still on MJ's side, as he made a comment to some MJ hater a few hours ago on Twitter.

Some sick f*cker wrote to him something along the lines of: "Be brave, we know MJ molested you, come forward... bla bla bla"

He got this reply:

my understanding the June 2 date will be to decide which parts of Wade's claims are to be released to the public. If you remember the judge was "inclined to release some portions " , he asked both side to discuss and report to him which parts need to be released.

Yes, I think they approached all these kids around MJ fishing for anyone who would take the bribe. I think the Estate should send out their PIs and talk to these kids to find out if any of them have been approached. If it goes to court they could then be called to testify about it.

I don't think they even bothered to approach Brett - they could see his reaction to Wade on Twitter. But maybe they approached Spence and some others.

But that decision has been made last year and they did release Wade's lawsuit since with the sensitive parts being blocked out.

I think, La_C is right. The June 2 date was set last year but then it was brought forward to May 1. However nothing happened on May 1, because the case went off-calendar mid April. We wondered why, now it seems it's because they added Jimmy.

I would love to know Weitzman's e-mail too. I'd like to send him some inside info about Jordan Chandler. Who knows maybe they could use it.

But there's a chance these cases can still be thrown out by the judge?

I read that there cannot be a trial as such because the defendent (MJ) is dead?

I think the creditor's claim should be thrown out. Wade however also has a lawsuit against 2 of Michael's companies, which are not dead, of course, so they can be sued. I'm not sure who or what Jimmy sues. Maybe he just added his name to Wade's lawsuit and they have a deal behind the scenes that if he helps Wade to win he will get a percentage of the money awarded to him.

I feel very uneasy about these haters contacting the likes of Brett Barnes on Twitter saying things like "we know you were molested, come forward" etc. Talk about planting a seed. Lets just hope a few of these kids have the integrity/honesty/decency to not be lured by the smell of Michael's cash. The temptation was obviously too great for Wade and Stupidf-uck or whatever his name is.

I wonder if it is really all about money...there seems also to be something about having attention...some time in the limelight (or why else go on TV to talk about it). Maybe something about needing to prove that they were somone special in his life, or possibly some strange kind of 'revenge' against MJ, perhaps for not keeping in contact with them.. or even for being 'forgotten in his will'....perhaps these kids/ young men had unspoken 'hopes' of some kind of final gift/ recognition from Michael? I think the motivations might be many and various...but I don't think any of them have anything to do with abuse.

I think it mainly is about the money, but I do think there is resentment - at least in Wade's case. The whole prophechy thing seems to suggest to me that because he could not live up to what Michael predicted he would be he tries to revenge Michael for his own failure. As for Jimmy, I have no idea how the relationship between MJ and the Safechucks ended but Michael could sometimes abruptly end relationships with people which obviously left behind a lot of hurt feelings.

No, that happened a year ago already.

Now was when they were deciding the case. I *thought* it had been brought up to May, but I don't know now.



We need to try and prepare for the Sunday tabloids - I'm guessing they're going to leak something there to scaremonger.

I do believe there HAS to be a personal revenge on MJ. Maybe he shut them out of his life or whatever. Even though Wade was praising MJ for years after he died. I believe Wade has something against the state, and Jimmy just jumped on the easy-money bandwagon (some calls were made and Jimmy finally accepted the proposal).

It's impossible they could have any "proof" (like it ever happened, LOL) of ANYTHING 25 years later. It's just their word. I don't understand how this is even possible on the USA legal system.
