not the sentiment i get from browsing 2000 watts unfortunatelyNo we don't need AI songs. That's just as bad as the fake tracks from the Michael album. No thanks. Fans want to hear what Michael left us in the vault...not computer generated bullshit
He is right, though. Fans dont "really" want the AI stuff. But it has gotten to a point where they have realised the Asstate are releasing lesser and lesser songs. To a point where all they can do is wait for leaks, which rarely happens. So they instead, cope with the hope for AI songs instead as it is something "new" (dopamine kick).not the sentiment i get from browsing 2000 watts unfortunately
If anyone actually believes it still, then I have a house on the coast of Australia to sell them. It’s safe to assume that this project isn’t coming out.
Your house for a piece of chalk? That's my best offer! If anyone actually believes it still, then I have a house on the coast of Australia to sell them.
I'd buy that for a dollar.Your house for a piece of chalk? That's my best offer!
I kind of forgot this was a thing. Still hella doubious of... well, everything about it but it would be amazing (understatement) if this was true (as always).
Well that's interesting. Quite an update.
If that’s the case, then quite frankly, I don’t care much about this project. So it's no longer MJ's music and it's just a tribute album, haha. Wonder what happened there /s
Sounds like it's the case to meIf that’s the case, then quite frankly, I don’t care much about this project.

Flask's subsidiary Fandom Korea announced on the 11th that global artist Bruno Mars' participation in Michael Jackson's tribute album 'Timeless Melodies' has been confirmed.
Bruno Mars is a global pop singer who has won a total of 15 Grammy Awards so far for his high level of musical perfection and performance. He then expressed his expectations, saying, “This project will not only be a tribute to Michael Jackson, the king of pop, but will also remain as a monumental album in the music industry with the participation of top domestic and foreign artists.”
Meanwhile, Fandom Korea signed a distribution and sales contract with Warner Music Korea, a global music distributor, for this project album last August. Since then, we are in the process of signing album participation contracts with top global artists such as The Weeknd.
The Weeknd was in charge of overall production of the ‘Timeless Melodies’ album. It is scheduled to be released worldwide, including the United States.

The Weeknd joins the Michael Jackson tribute album. Will K-pop singers also participate?
As some of the global artists participating in King of Pop Michael Jackson's tribute album 'Timeless Melodies' were revealed, expectations for KPOP artists to participate are also growing.
Fandom Korea, which is currently working on an album, announced on the 22nd that global artist ‘The Weeknd’ will participate in the Michael Jackson tribute album project.
In this project album, The Weeknd will personally compose and record three of the included songs, and will also participate as an executive producer (EP) in the overall album to improve the quality of the entire album.

An official from Fandom Korea said, “This collaboration was carried out when The Weeknd directly expressed his intention to participate as a general producer.” “As The Weeknd has consistently expressed his respect for Michael Jackson, he participated as a general producer and artist in this album.” “It has great meaning,” he explained.
He continued, “Currently, there is a lot of interest and participation from global artists in the production of the project album, and with the addition of collaboration with The Weeknd, the album’s completeness is expected to be further improved.”

So if what this website is saying is real then we should expect songs Michael himself worked on in his latest years. Does this mean that Michael’s voice will be on the record aswell if he recorded some vocals (e.g. “Water” where he sang the chorus) or will the other artists sing it alone (even when Michael did record vocals, will they not use them)?
Will they re-record the instrumentals or will they keep it how Michael left it? So many questions, but I’m interested to see the outcome.
Edit: Maybe the could put the orginal versions of the songs as Michael left them on a second disc. Kind of like Xscape?
famous global producers and artists are expected to participate in completing the album.
