They (yahoo) are now talking about how T25 is number 2 but not listed on billboard I wonder what made them wake up to that.

Exactly, I'm wondering the same thing. Surely, the media is not trying to say that Michael has no income at all. I mean he rents the land out to the farmers for their cows. That' some money. And the catalogue that they keep talking about is worth so much money....why would they think Mike doesn't earn anything from it?

It's just like during the trial, Sneddon tried to play both sides of the fence....Michael is a flight risk because of his wealth justifying the $3 mil bail. Yet, Michael has no money and that was why he kidnapped the family and forced them to do that video.

Yeah, convenient timing in relation to the Neverland tale & the breaking of this story on the Beatles. fox news, is the news outlet who broke the Neverland story. fox is also American idol's network.

Has a greater relationship between the business heads related of: the arts/ efforts by law enforcement & the ruling political party & banking industry, ever been documented, since Nazi Germany.

Records: Michael Jackson late on payments for family home

LOS ANGELES — Public documents show Michael Jackson has repeatedly failed to make mortgage payments on a Los Angeles home that has been used for years by his family.

Documents filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office indicate the reclusive pop star was most recently in default last month on the property in Encino, an area in the San Fernando Valley.

The singer had $153,910 in missed payments as of Jan. 17 on a $4 million loan serviced by Pasadena-based mortgage lender IndyMac Bancorp. Documents dated Feb. 7 show the notice of default was withdrawn.

Documents also show Jackson previously faced possible default over missed payments on the home in April and August.

A spokeswoman for Jackson did not immediately return a call for comment.

:lol:At all the news relating to MJ's past finances! And why would a spokeperson return a call on his resolved financial matters? My guess is that ALL OF THIS is an effort in concert to prevent him from receiving loans, opperating as a businessman. I still HOPE HE SUES OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A!

The point is though, would they be THIS focused on him, if they didn't still fear him as a contender?

eh i don't think any of the Neverland news is hurting Mike, maybe it will even boost sales of Thriller 25. It's just keeping him in the news. This kind of publicity i don't think is that bad. People just still have an interest in him i suppose and what he's up to.

Hon on that one, you'll have some research to do, if you aren't aware of why. You pretty much have to go back in news achives to when MJ first purchase the catalogue, prior to the 93' accusation (convenient timing, huh). They are after him, while attempting to cover their own tracks, at the same time.

MJ4life: Yes, the public is becoming less & less fooled by the media, in general. But don't sleep, they are attempting to injure, not only MJ, but his whole family. Also a coincidence that the past finacial news of the family home is being aired, just as Jan did her positve interview with Larry King? Not!!

But MJ fans, fret not!

If you know that there is an all -seeing, all- knowing God.. Who NO matter how they try, will never be unseated or evicted from His throne...well then!

He is still here for the asking on behalf of not only MJ, but us all.
The success of T25 is just a tid bit of proof on this!

Maybe I am stepping out of line, but I only mention this because I truly admire Mr. Jackson as a person and a entertainer . It is unfortunate to see such a creative an gifted person get "swiftboated" by the media not doing complete research.

Perhaps Mr. Jackson can have a "fact check" website to to assist them in putting correct information out on the AP wire about him. This is not a criticism of his current spokesperson, who is doing a wonderful job; but since there appear to be media surrogates questioning his credibility as a person and an artist perhaps having a person to prepare clear and concise rapid responses that may be picked up quickly by the AP wire would be appropriate. Especially since today's media does not seem to "fact check," themselves before reporting a story line. They even seemingly by-pass his spokesperson because they report a story and then end the story line with " Mr. Jackson's spokesperson could not confirm or there was not response."

Well why in the heck would you run with a story as a credible media source, if you have not confirmed the story? For the money, for the smear, for the number of eyes you can reach. Meanwhile the secondary follow-up positive story correcting their first initially incomplete or inaccurate story is in small print if printed at all or mentioned at all on the TV/RADIO.

This is just a suggestion to help Mr. Jackson preserve the PERCEPTION of all that he has earned and worked so hard for honestly. PERCEPTION is REALITY for the media and many people do not know how the media attempts to "create or deconstruct a person" by slanting the daily story line.

Just my thoughts.

Well, earlier, I had posted some stuff on both murdoch, & an ugly blog on Yahoo Music,(since they are now also running this unrelated financial ish on the music site).

I was wondering if someone, or if the mods would ok a complete 'fact check thread' on each person, or industry rat who targets MJ. That way, each time one of these blogs or stories pop up, we'll have lots of info to respond with... in their :ph34r:comments section.

100% on point, motownlady. And it's interesting why a business writer is writing about an old story where the default has already been settled. :blink: Agenda much? To think a newspaper like USA Today would find that tidbit worth mentioning over real and current news is interesting. I could see if they had tacked this on at the end of a report of the current situation, but to give the story it's own headline is too obvious. Who wants to guess how many more "financial expose'" stories we're going to start seeing in the coming days? One thing is for sure...SOMEONE is afraid of Michael gaining financial ground by trying to negatively influence his dealings. And why would anyone find that threatening? Hmm....

Seems now with all the snoops gone and Michael keeping his biz on the quiet, the usual suspects can't directly interfere. "They" know Michael has something going on...or they FEAR he has something going on... but they don't know what it is nor who the potential players may be...so continually putting his financial biz, often distorted, on blast in the media (even digging up old crap) is all they are left with to spread their crap. It's even become a tit for tat thing. One outlet reported one thing, another outlet refuted it, so now we have a 3rd outlet digging up old mess as if it's new and current. Desperate much? :blink: Good news is this... If "THEY" have to reach back to financial situations that are already settled and done with, ammunition has to be running low. It's clearly getting weaker if nothing else. :flowers:

You could be right. MJ's been the top story on yahoo and MSN by way of the Nevy news, BUT when you click on the links, there's ads and links for T25 all over the place. :lol: These financial stories won't have any bearing on the public, imo. People are too busy worrying about their own money problems to care about MJ's. I'm more convinced the target of these stories is anyone thinking of doing business with Michael...altho I, and other fans who think this way, COULD be wrong. The coming days will be telling. :)


So far, we're up to 2 $$$ stories in 2-3 days; one story got the wind knocked out of it and the other old. Let's see what else will get added to the list between now and the alleged "doomsday".

That mess was CRAZY, wasn't it?! These people don't know if they are coming or going! None of them! :lol:

Also, when the majority of the general public hears that MJ has gotten behind on a house payment here or there, the only thing most people end up thinking is, "Hey! Who hasn't? Things come up sometimes!"

And about Raymone not making comments about the media's latest attempt to prey...

Sister Gurl already issued a press release some time ago saying she was not going to be commenting on Mike's finances, and she's sticking to what she said. Y'all know Raymone doesn't care if they have her phone ringing off the hook. If she said she's not going to do it, she's not going to do it.

Mikey-Mike may be the most famous man in the world, but sometimes Mikey-Mike has got to shut the door on the world and tell it to stay outside, ya know? Kudos to him!

And about MJ still being quiet and keeping his new album, and everything else that he's doing on the down low. See, people can't control something they know nothing about. This is exactly how baby boy needs to work this to get it off the ground and keep people from making a mess of things. Kudos to him on this too! Yeah, I like this down low thingy Michael is doing. Keeping stuff underwraps and then BAM! I love it.

What he is doing is taking away the time the media and haters have to put a bad light on what he is doing.

And what is so funny to me is how gangstah Michael is...I mean he's got all of these young bucks like Akon, Will, Ne-Yo and Kanye scared to talk about their work with him. It's like Michael done told them he will kill them if they say anything to the media. And they are listening to him! Aint that funny?

Before everyone got all prolitically correct crazy spokesman was the proper English for both men and women. I still use the generic term myself quite often because the other sounds so strange to me.

I don't know why anyone would feel sure this is fake. It sounded pretty real to me.

I also don't know why you would hope it is fake. It is a positive peice and if you think it implies he is losing Neverland I would say that it doesn't say that at all.
