thinking of starting a thread in ask us at to why adore was banned and why the cover up to hide what was said cause it wasn't ban worthy.. think it will get me banned?

I don't think you'd get banned, there was a thread about somebody else getting banned and the people who asked about it are still active :)

BTW, I don't think Gaz answers PM's as I've sent him a couple in the past but not had anything back. He probably get's tonnes though ;)

Hmm. I dont think you will get banned if your reasons for opposing it are valid. IE trish calling adore a hypocrite and a smart-ass then made that comment (also deleting all traces afterwards), adore posting 2 long posts in the thread and then people telling her to contribute instead of making remarks.

I think you should go for it :)

I'll support you there if it's all balanced etc we don't seem like freaks and so on. At this stage, as I said, I don't care as much as before.

yes but tom all that stuff is gone now.. soo its my word agaisnt whomever to say it didnt happen. i'll think about it and will let you guys know if i do post something.
 
They're banning people left and right. If you as much as look at a mod cross-eyed (figuratively speaking :lol:) you'll get banned. To ask why Adore was banned and it got covered up is asking for trouble, IMO.

right.. after reading some of those posts in the frank interview and someone had a post about people can be rude or sarcastic as long as its not contradicting a mod/admin then its all fine.. if its contradticing then its not fine..or the mod/admin can be rude/sarcastic and its ok for them?
double standards all the way and that pisses me off more then anything.

at least thats what i got out of the post and it got me thinking, hell i have been thinking about starting the thread since yesterday and i went to see if others have asked aobut people getting banned and there has been in the past.

this is all bullshit no matter what :no:

what adore said did not deserve to get a ban from?? how can you not support your friend?? i read the interreaction, they was over reacted and its bullshit to abuse power for that reason.. mod que sure but it still wasnt even that bad.. you know its true Trista.. a lil surprised you wouldnt stand up for adore on this one.

well i woudn't word it exactly that way Ash :lol: but yea i was thinking about how Apples has been brought up to the admins before and would this hurt more then help. see im thinking before reacting. :mello:

On most forums deleted stuff get's moved to the 'trash' that only staff members can see so maybe it's in there? And, I would have though that you'd have to leave a note in the Admin CP explaining why they were banned. But, I don't know how things work on here.

If she said something offensive then it'd be undertstandable but it was one tiny little sarcastic comment obviously meant just as a joke. I've seen way worse, people telling other members they're a disgrace to their family and calling them just about every offensive word in the dictionary, and they get put in the mod Queue for 30 days! I've even got a screenshot of that one! (I wasn't stalking the poster LOL, I was gonna send it to the mods incase the poster tried editing it) No ban, just put in the mod queue. Adore didn't even get a warning or anything, just a ban straight away for no reason! :mat:

Tbh, this is all.. I don't know. Overblown, don't you think?
I mean, the mods are people just like us. Hierarchy much...

I usually don't post anything anywhere cause I don't feel like I can really express what I think on these boards which is kinda sad.
Not why I got in here in a first place.
 
no one can start a riot on an empty stomach :lol:

i just made dinner for my family and i think i over did it :fear: i made a lot of food so you guys can have half of everything :D

on the menu:

- mashed potatoes - im amazing at making them everyone goes crazy for them. made with sour cream, heavy cream, potatoes, and butter.

- swedish meatballs - just meatballs with a thin gravy on top

- spinach - good for iron :lol:

- oven toasted garlic bread - *bites into a slice* mmmm so good

- cranberry sauce - right from the can :lol:

- some champagne - to make smiles :lol:

- a salad - made by my mom :lol: just lettuce, celery, cucumbers, radishes, and onions.

then the main course is pulled pork which has been sitting in the crock pot since 5am :D
