Man you need to chill. Take a break from this for a while. Its been reported non stop since day 1. Theres no magic solution here, but the lawsuit threat is insurance that whatever the outcome of the airing, there is a hard road ahead for HBO and those relating to the suit.

MJ was a master manipulator that his victims Wade and Jimmy till now do not hate him nor do they want to mute him. And people wonder why they have lied so much in his interest! That's the agenda being pushed plus they r trying hard to convince themselves that this is not about MJ he is dead he cannot be hurt, they only want the money. Evan said the same thing that he did not want to send me to jail if only mj was not cheap and gave him what he wanted. These guys are going to rot in hell for fully knowing the effect of what they have done and trying to justify to themselves that this is not about MJ. They keep saying this would help children who were abused. So there is a positive side to what we r doing so we are good people at the end of the day. Sick and twisted. God is watching. No way this level of evilness will go unpunished.

Exactly. I'm not sure if I believe in God or anything but I do believe there is more. So if not in this life, maybe these three can pay wherever they end up after they die. Or maybe in this life after all, karma. God knows they deserve it.

Unbelievable. But wasn't Wade the self proclaimed Master of deception? Sigh. Wade during that interview with Jimmy Kimmel was genuine, he obviously spoke the truth there. Anyone can see that. When I compare that to footage of him during TV shows when he started these allegations it's a big difference.

I know, my bad. I had not seen news about it at all on a few sources that I check on daily basis and they did constantly cover anything LN. So I jumped to the conclusion that most of the media didn't cover it. It's also because I quit looking at BBC, Guardian and sites like that. Was so tired of all the shit. Hopefully something real good will come from this lawsuit and that HBO is in deep shit.

It's truly unbelievable that the MJ FB page did no mention of suing HBO at all. All they do is post things about which presidents he met, children he helped with illness and so on. To my surprise there are even sad haters there who do diss him there. Come on whoever is behind that page, do your job!

It won't be news for the actual active and hardcore fans but there are also tons of general listeners, not necessarily yet ready to call themself a fan and they don't know about the estate suijng HBO.

Oh and it's incredibly telling and sad, so so sad that this news is barely covered by the media.

I don't understand why the lawsuit documents against HBO weren't shared.. !
Why they do not put admins from different origin, for example in FB pages of the football teams, you find an official page that uses 4 languages, English, Arabic and French and Latin.
Fans who do not speak English have translated the article by Damien Shields in French and Arabic, the initiative of the translation should be done by the site / official page.

They could maybe also use the official YouTube channel to post some positive staff about MJs cherity work and other things. Maybe statements from to the estate to actual Situation.
The channel has over 12 Million Subscribers.

I don't really get what they are planning on showing tomorrow at that morning show thing. Yesterday they had some text saying his family would be on the show but also these people that used to work for MJ and they had some evidence never before seen that MJ's family tried to surpress. Obviously it's bullshit and undoubtedly will be something that will make us laugh are asses off over.

And I doubt anyone from his family will be there. And if there is, it's probably Jermaine, not good. Not nearly fierce enough either. I definitely believe it would help a lot of Taj came to some of these news shows and let them interview him, let him bring the truth, the factual information. Of course for that he would first need to be invited...... and judging by how the media has been behaving..... yeah.

Fans should stop making stories that contradict each other.

First, I am not saying your wrong.

But what parts of Jacobshagens story is CORROBORATED/PROVEN?

We know Jacobshagen on Jordan King in 2014 says CLEARLY he never has been at Neverland. And then in the show now on sunday I believe he is speaking about jacuzzi and bats at neverland. We know he is a con-man and serial liar since has sold fake autographs for over 30 000 EURO by fooling MJ fans. And has been pursued by police in germany for it.

Everything also points to him being part of the "setup" with the art book, and possible faking MJs signatures to PROVE his claims in the documentary.

He has lied to fans NON-STOP since coming out as Michaels "new accuser".

With all that said, what parts of Jacobshagens story is actually VERIFIED by PROOF? He claims to have been on 40 history tour concerts with Michael etc.
Is there confirmation that everything he is saying in Jordan King Radios interview is true? So far I have seen zero evidence he was on the history tour with Michael.

I dont say it did not happen, but since he lies about everything and sells everyone out, why should I take his word for anything he says?

Woah I had no idea the Facebook page had that many followers- you&#8217;re right - 72 million.
Most of those followers will have seen the channel 4 adverts etc but will have no idea about the estates law suit or more importantly wade and james civil suit. How can we make a suggestion that this pages huge reach be utilised

There might be reasons that the Estate doesn't want the R/S court cases discussed on the official MJ FB page:
1. The topic would probably take over the whole page, and attract even more trolls
2. The Estate might be planning to criticise Finaldi & Co and HBO in the Appeals court, for taking a one-sided view (in the film which appears to be cheer-led by the R/S law firm) and attempting to resolve the case 'in the court of public opinion'. The Estate wouldn't want to have the same accusations levelled at themselves.

Those individuals behind Michaels social media accounts need to stop letting Michael be bullied. Just because Michael was not good at standing up for himself, it doesn't give those behind his social media accounts to only focus on the music.

I get the idea of letting the art speak for itself but no one is attacking his art.. he was a man that did a lot of good, STAND the F up! they should be posting the letter and lawsuit surrounding HBO and simply sharing some key information for the millions of people that don't bother reading legal docs.

I think they are presenting Melanie Bagnall as a security guard instead of maid, to make here CLAIMS STRONGER, they portray her to be an important security guard that witnessed and covered up alot of HIDEOUS acts instead of being just a simple maid! Everything else on the show is lies, so why not pull that one off as well?

No, Diamond and Murray are also part of this program. I believe Murray has NOT been interviewed now or recently. I think they are using Murrays old 60 minutes interview australia and cutting to the parts where they ask: DO BELIEVE MICHAEL WAS CHILD MOLESTER? And Murray answers: I NOT PREPARED TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION NOW. I DO NOT WANT TO DESTROY MICHAEL".

Along with the other testimony, that could be real damaging to Michael!

The mj f.b page should just post the news.of the lawsuit.statements etc and facts.with comments turned off. There will be no issues then. They have this huge amount of ppl they can pass info to or post statements which for the most part get blanked by the establishment media. Everything else on the show is lies, so why not pull that one off as well?

No, Diamond and Murray are also part of this program. I believe Murray has NOT been interviewed now or recently. I think they are using Murrays old 60 minutes interview australia and cutting to the parts where they ask: DO BELIEVE MICHAEL WAS CHILD MOLESTER? And Murray answers: I NOT PREPARED TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION NOW. I DO NOT WANT TO DESTROY MICHAEL".

Along with the other testimony, that could be real damaging to Michael!

I doubt it somehow. It might strike a chord with those who believe his guilt, but with a supporting cast that includes the doctor that killed him, a lunatic fan who met him like twice, his security guard, and diane diamond all rehashing the same shite? Its all riding the wave LN has created, thats all.

Yeah same ole ? they will crawl back under their rocks in in time. You know mjs innocent when all they got is the same ole theives and liars who were provern as such in court. Its never anyone with credibility is it. When i think of the neverland 5 i think of the dozens apon dozens of ranch staff who stood joined arms aloft on the road out of nevvy in support of their boss on vindication day as he drove to court. Not a handful of staff who stole from mj and were fired when caught and inreturn accused him and other ranch staff of harrassment and unfair dismissal. Something they all lost in court. To then suddenly remember they saw kids been abused but never said anything at the time and only told when the press were paying them but once put on the stand in a criminal court room admitted they didnt see anything .yet for the last 25 years have made a career of selling stolen items on ebay and selling filth to the press.

But apparently this book contains MJ's autograph and along with a nice fairy tale by this sicko and you have "new" evidence, lol. The book by itself isn't anything damning or anything but combined with a fabricated story it could be for some.

Nevermind that this clown was selling fake autographs. I don't expect the show to bring that up but I really hope one of the Jacksons will do that. And Murray seriously needs to crawl back from where he came from, he should still be behind bars in my opinion. Not prepared to answer that question he says, give me a break, ha!

Do you think Jermaine remembers Jacobshagen doing that, and if he does, would he not have established for the TV channel that the MJ autographed items Jacobshagen is showing them are false?

Or do you think the TV channel has made an interview with Jermaine WITHOUT him knowing the identity of Jacobshagen, maybe just saying he is a new accuser? This is quite important I think, since Jermaine should be aware of the frauds of Jacobshagen unless he has forgotten it all.

They're not suing (in the usual sense). They've gone to arbitration (as per the contract terms). I think they are supposed to agree on a judge (arbitrator) in about 30 days.

They are giving HBO one last chance and the clock is ticking. Less than 30 days left now. HBO have been mae aware and they now cannot say they didn't know about it. If they do not commit themselves to the arbitration it's followed by a full on lawsuit next.

I saw on the TV this morning a local news station reported about the Estate suing HBO. First time I've seen anything on TV about this. I only glanced at it briefly, but there was a guy on there. I don't know if he represented HBO or was a random talking head or whoever he was, since I only saw briefly, but he said something like "no one was in MJ's bedroom, so they don't know what happened." Just ugh. :doh:

I love how they use that as justifcation to basically say "Well, he most likely was guilty because no one was in his bedroom so they don't know what happened." But then at the same breath go on believeing these maids and guards and what not. If no one can say what happened because they were not there then that also means there is a very big chance NOTHING HAPPENED. And in that case these maids and guards can't know either. But yes, let's go on accusing MJ and call him guilty. Brilliant logic. Not.

Why are people ONLY focused on twitter?

The Facebook war is equally if not more important. On facebook theres no text limit either, so its easier to discuss there at length with more details.

Can't speak for others but I'm rarely on Facebook. And unless you actually FOLLOW a certain page, you don't really see what's posted. If those who are on Facebook start sharing links here, we'd be more aware of what's going on over there and could go there to post.

It's truly unbelievable that the MJ FB page did no mention of suing HBO at all. All they do is post things about which presidents he met, children he helped with illness and so on. To my surprise there are even sad haters there who do diss him there. Come on whoever is behind that page, do your job!

It won't be news for the actual active and hardcore fans but there are also tons of general listeners, not necessarily yet ready to call themself a fan and they don't know about the estate suijng HBO.

Oh and it's incredibly telling and sad, so so sad that this news is barely covered by the media.

Well it would make no sense for them to make 70 million people aware of the film all at once when most likely 90% of them are fully unaware of the film right now. They'd be just shooting themselves in their own foot! It would be an idiotic move! Not everyone who follows MJ's FB page is a hardcore fan. They'd just be making more damage than good if they posted about the film. It's smart that they didn't post it there. No need to give the film free publicity and any more publicity.
