Radar Online came up with a false story that The Mirror only just now regurgitated. They also claimed that Michael's body would be exhumed and DNA tested, which the Estate promptly called bullshit. Robson, Safechuck, and Jacobshagen are the only three accusers as of right now.

Possibly. His accusations haven't made much landfall in the United States, but that may change.

Of all the accusers though, Jacobshagen is the easiest to take down.

  • No one in the Jackson camp has any idea who he is. Every other accuser, from Chandler to Safechuck, has been correctly identified and shamed by family members, collaborators, friends, or personnel/staff, except for Jacobshagen.
  • His heel turn was sharper than Robson or Safechuck's: he went from "I've never been to Neverland," to "I was consistently abused there." At least the first two men have been halfway consistent with their whereabouts.
  • His entire claim to fame is a personally autographed version of The Boy: A Photographic Essay. Despite the fact that Michael's only copy of that book was seized by police in November 2003 and never returned, Jacobshagen was outed on a foreign television program for selling fraudulent signed memorabilia, which completely decimates his credibility.
Part of me feels like his voice has been somewhat suppressed because the media knows that, unlike Robson and Safechuck, we can easily prove whether or not Jacobshagen is telling the truth by giving The Boy to a handwriting expert and/or having the autograph ink dated. If fans successfully rule out Jacobshagen, reasonable doubt is established and people begin asking, "Wait... if he lied, maybe Robson and Safechuck are lying," and the narrative begins to collapse.

Man I really hope so. Or better yet just go after him, he's already in trouble in Germany for selling fake autographs. So let's say he shows the book tomorrow with a fake autograph, isn't that an offense? He's tearing down a person who can't defend himself by using a book and a fake autograph.

It seems he isn't very smart though. He spoke to fans and only recently spoke to the MJ innocent project person, if that conversation is real where he denies everything The Sun said, We at least have that.

Is that ground for the estate to sue him on? I know nothing about legal things like that, but I'd like to believe you can't just claim it is his autograph and using that to completely tarnish a dead person.

Agreed. They probably would do a better job and come across more professionally as well. It's a shame Mez isn't doing it. He'd shut them all up.

Just briefly hearing T-Mez in that fan documentary trailer just confirms in my opinion that he should be the one to do the talking if any of these shows want to hear MJ's side of the story, the truth. He'd put these losers back in their place.

But that won't happen, so maybe someone from the estate then. I guess we'll see what his two brothers and sister do/say tomorrow but often they are just too soft really. This is not a matter where you stay soft, this is where you go all out, be fierce, be firm and clear.

They'd probably have to extradite him (if he still lives in Germany).

My guess is that he would probably be able to escape any charges on 'mental health' grounds.

Well, since he is already known to the German police, I'm sure they'd be happy to help if the Estate just sends them evidence and points them to the right direction. And if he's involved world wide and is doing and selling his forgeries in Australia...let the Australian police arrest him and send him back to Germany.

I hope Martin Bashir is "proud" of himself for everything he did to MJ. All this is thanks to him and what he did to MJ with Living With MJ. May he rot in hell. Despicable human being. And he has the audacity to say all that AFTER MJ DIED. A bit too late. Idiot.

Hmm... I'm not sure. Possibly! It's to my understanding that selling fake memorabilia (e.g., autographs) is illegal and could result in jail time and/or a fine, but I don't want to say so definitively. Can any law expert comment?
