Controversial MJ Documentary Leaving Neverland [GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD]

side bar questions (in relation) I watched part 1 only thus far.. I have been not sleeping just reliving what I saw! Is part 2 'worse' than part 1? I heard part 1 is harder to watch but I'm not sure..

Part 1 is just the allegations and graphic sex stories. Does not look very believable in my opinion. Part 2 is where they try to grab you emotionally with the families stories. Part 2 is tougher to watch in my opinion.

I perhaps will watch the second part then, as it is the most important one. It's on tonight

Part 1 made me angry and I can hear the lies even as they talk. Part 2 made me laugh in regards to how hard they were working to in hopes to get that PAY DAY.

This is important. Undeniable proof they are lying and cant keep their story straight. People can brush the other inconsistencies as being affected by their abuse and stuff, by lying about your wife being abused?

I searched the video from Perl Jr. Posted on Feburary 5 2019 were she showed the early version of the victimfund.
There was also mentioned that his wife Amanda is a victim of child abuse.
Perl maybe forgot about this.

Is the new version of the fund still not transparent?
Are the donation steps still 250 500 1000 dollars or more?
I don't have the link.
Wade promots the fund on his webside and I guess on his twitter account.

This is very sad :(
Why on earth would anyone buy this on dvd and want to keep it? A disgusting money grabbing creation.

Don’t forget to complain to Ofcom. This is important as OfCom will report the exact number of complaints they get so every complaint counts.

Here’s how you can make complaint from UK or US:

https://www.***********/aftermath-of-the-broadcasting-leaving-neverland/

The complaint does not have to be long. Just state that the documentary was broadcast 6 and 7 March at 9pm on Channel 4 and that you feel the documentary was unfair and biased and abandoned standard norms of documentary making. State that clause 7 of OFCOM was clearly breached.

Thanks to everyone that is sending off complaints. They only had about 30 complaintss yesterday so let’s keep them coming....

Keep in mind that they maybe a NAMBLA-romantic fiction story they simply wanna spread and sell everywere.
The whole world should now talk about (enjoyable) sexual acts between children and adults and possible loving romantic relationships they dream off.
Look what we are doing here constantly since January.

When NAMBLA is behind this I don't wanna think about what they will do with all the money they will earn from selling Leving Neverland!!!

Besides fighting for justice, rescue Michael and his saving his Legacy...
The strongest motivation to keep on with ouer investigation should be to save the lifes of children who are maybe in danger!

Personally, I don’t understand why some of you guys even bothered to watch it. We all knew it’s full of lies, but yet, some of y’all got sucked into it anyway. I haven’t seen it, and I don’t intend to. I’m not letting myself get upset over nothing.

Some of y’all need to take a break from the internet for a couple of days. Start praying, and get yourselves together. We’re all in this together. Stop paying attention to the media coverage. If some believe it, that’s their loss. Can’t please everybody. The government and Hollywood are very corrupted out here.

I’m going out tonight to sing Michael’s song during karaoke.

Most watched so they can bother counter the lies in the documentary. Others, bile interest.

I will not watch the whole thing because of the NAMBLA intentions I smell in it.
It was absolutly enough for me to watch and to endure James parts in the Michael Jackson Innocent Project Video.
It is maybe the difficultest part to debunk. So its not really important to watch more of this NAMBLA Movie.
I am looking forward to the day we can find a connection between Dan Reed, NAMBLA and Victor G. !
I hope it comes soon!

For me all three are psychophats!
This is one reason why their crazy stories are not logical and so bad!
They are sick in their heads!

Right now I'm at work watching "Access Hollywood" and they are discussing why fans are reacting differently to these allegations when it comes to R. Kelly vs Michael Jackson.

They claim there are more defenders of Michael vs R. Kelly mainly because MJ is gone and his accusations aren't "tied" to his music like R. Kelly's are (i.e. R. Kelly's sings a lot about sex and has song titles like "Age Ain't Nothin' But a Number").

Then they went on to say that the black community tends to have a belief that people are always trying to "bring the black man down" but that in the end "wrong is wrong".

One thing I did agree with them on concerning Michael is that they said that they believed that with Michael, the people who believe he is guilty now already thought he was guilty when those past allegations came out and stopped buying or supporting his music then and those who believe he's innocent now already believed so before and continue to believe so.

My thing is that I don't see how anyone can actually deny R. Kelly is guilty. There are two sex tapes. That's the difference. There's actual evidence in his case that he did in fact do those crimes.

I think it's interesting though that the media is taking notice of the difference in the fan reactions.

We need to know what's said in the documentary so we know what's specifically said and what we are arguing against. Many fans have watched it and have been able to pick holes in their stories.

I'd say if you dont plan on arguing with people over it and defending him, theres no point watching it....but if you do then its pretty essential that you watch it.

This prooves again that they didn't and won't do any resaech in the future about this case
Cause this reasons are compleare b.s. !
It depends on us fans, the Jackson Family and the estate to debunk LN and spread the truth!
I hate the comperisson between this case and the R Kelly case since day one!

Plus MJ accusers in doc are proven liars and all the above. Admitted to being paid by tabloids and changin stories in other cases and MJ was under more spotlight and treated the worst. People need to let each case stand on it own merit.

That is because both are black. what else is new. Even Gayle was called Robin Robbins yesterday as if all blacks look alike.

I think people who are having doubts should ask themselves: if this wasn't a documentary, it was just a transcript of their accounts with added photos and audio clips of Michael and you didn't have the carefully crafted music, camera angles, editing, seeing and hearing the accusers, and everything else designed to cause an emotional response, do you still think you would be having doubts? If the answer is no, I think that is significant. Because that means it's not actually the information itself that's getting to you, it's just an emotional reaction to very deliberate manipulation.

Can you imagine if in a trial, an accusers testimony was shown on a video clip with mood music and deliberately suggestive pictures. That would never be allowed.

This whole thing is unfair and immoral

Ok guys I'm going to watch it in 20 minutes so for those that hate me, I'll be gone for 4 hours
:p

Go right ahead. Give them ratings. If you must watch it so badly, why not torrent it? Big.....biiiiiiig ****ing sigh. I predict that once you come back you're completely convinced. You made that much clear today, sorry but you really did.

Yeah... It's disgusting. People are actually using one 4 hour "documentary" to totally condemn Michael. Saying his music should be banned. Trying to erase him from our culture. Like it's some kind of definitive evidence. Like it should be held to a higher standard than an actual trial where he was found Not Guilty. This whole thing is like a mass experiment in public manipulation. It's nuts.

I said who? Who's going to buy that?
Not many,I know that much.

Sick people who get a kick out of listening to alleged victims describing graphic child sexual abuse, with unnecessary details which I find baffling for victims to be describing like Jimmy describing the consistency of little Jimmy's bodily fluids in analytical detail like he's teaching biology class, in this detached way, but with smirking and giggling. Why did he even describe that? Was he pushed by the director? And why does anyone want to hear about little Jimmy's penis swelling and putting into a glass of water.
Wade going into detail describing the size comparison of "full adult sized grown-man penis" in his "little 7 year old mouth" like the type of thing a porno would say.
The accusations could have been told without these unnecessary descriptions.
What I watched disturbed me, now I have to have images in my mind that I don't want there, because of Dan Reed.

For some reason Dan Reed, HBO, Channel 4 and all the others think it's ok to be putting descriptive images of children's body parts, and child sexual abuse acts in such details into our minds, even victims who are watching.
The film maker obviously purposely wants to put these images in our minds, that's why it's in such descriptive detail. I bet he pushed them to describe in more detail.
There is a video of someone, allegedly Dan Reed, off camera coaching wade to call Michael his "lover"

https://mobile.twitter.com/BeastieBrey/status/1103169565545115648

If he was abused he would not be his 'lover'!! He would be a victim of child abuse. What is going on? Why does Dan Reed want to portray it as "lovers"? This makes me feel ill, insulted and angry as a victim. Even if this is being portrayed as a grooming type of abuse within what they felt was a loving relationship, they wouldn't be "lovers". It's highly inappropriate to say that, that makes them sound like equals in the "relationship", and actually makes it sound more acceptable, which he obviously shouldn't be doing.
If this happened to Wade and James, someone continuing to say they were "lovers" would be messing with their heads. It would mess with mine, harm me further, delay healing, and depending on my mindset at the time, make me angry, even if I thought at one time I was in a loving relationship with my abuser. It's ignoring the power dynamic, and obviously the ages. Someone aged 7 - 14 can never be anyone's 'lover'.
Carrying on referring to them as "lovers" wouldn't help the process of coming to terms with, healing, and, moving on from abuse. It reinforces unhealthy, and abusive thinking.
This film has descriptive images put in our minds of child sex abuse and body parts, more that I haven't even written here, along with the idea that they are "lovers"!?!
Only sickos would want to buy or even sell this film.

The name of the yacht is "The Rising Sun" a simular name should have a the pervert hollywood hotel " House of the Rising Sun" were not good thinks happen.
The guy won't say more.

there are sites you can watch it without giving HBO the ratings.. Just to let you know, the imagery they put in your head will F with you.. I only watched part 1, still trying to pull enough strength to watch part 2.. (Thought I heard part 1 is harder to watch????? anyone??)

I have not been sleeping! and NOT because I question, but even I cant think of Michael without these images they put in my head right now... Its SICK!

suggestive imagery by association is a REAL thing!

And the way they did it, that is overkill and for shock value for the film.

How are we all holding up? I’m so up and down. Yesterday I was feeling positive about the whole thing, but today I just feel terrible. Oh well, the fight continues.

Dan Reed looks like he get off on these kind of stuff. He has that smirk. That alone let you know even more this is BS.

IT will pass. Hang in there. Weve been through it in 1993 and 2005 (2005 was the worst for me. Today I can handle the trash).
