Yes Scherer tried to explain that, but Shaffer on the other hand had contacted New York Post (the most MJ-hater of newspapers) which claimed MJ had a "Nazi obsession". Norman Scherer was the person who distributed movies and Shaffer was the one he dealt with between him and MJ. Scherer later accused Shaffer of extortion.

knowing this judge, he would at least hold multiple hearings before making a decision. he even entertained the delusional Billie Jean Jackson with a hearing.

I agree 100%. If Mac ever makes allegations I will have a major crisis on my hands.
Although I owned BAD and Dangerous (loved that one!) I wasn't a die hard fan in '93 and I don't remember the time the allegations were made. I do remember from about '94 onwards when references were made to the allegations in the lead up to the HIStory album. As a MASSIVE MJ fan from about '95 onward I (as for all MJ fans) have had to put up with a lot, but I'm still here. BUT If I thought MJ was guilty I couldn't continue being a fan, and I think allegations from Mac would spell the end to be honest.

:doh:Since some wanna go with the "IF" factor instead of facts...SMH How about realizing first that just like Wade, Mac would have to answer to his Under oath testimony in defense of MJ and his interviews throughout the yrs defending MJ to explain any accusation of abuse "if" he ever claims something did happen. That ain't something that shouldn't be forgotten because u are in a panic or whatever. Anyway, I hope some fans don't have a crisis in a way to doubt MJ over money hungry a-holes. He don't deserve that! Cause that would be even more awful!

Read through every post on here and I got to say I'm impressed. MJ fans are nothing short of the best, you guys really are the bright light that shines for Mj. Keep up the amazing work, God will see us through this. We all know the truth. Stay strong and keep the faith. :bow:

I don't think they are so stupid that they won't look at their 2005 testimonies and adjust their claims accordingly. So if Joy said they were together with MJ only four times at NL then they will probably claim most of the abuse happened elsewhere.

But I don't think this family and kid was the closest to MJ. Others, such as the Cascios, Brett Barnes were closer and MJ hang out more with them than with Wade.

I'm also not sure about fans sending every tidbit of info to TMZ, RadarOnline etc. I hope we're not making MJ's defense harder by getting the Robsons prepared... I mean the videos, for example. Maybe Robson's team knew that those are out there, but maybe they would have skipped their attention. You never know. Now they will be certainly prepared for them.

I wouldn't send a shit site like TMZ a damn thing. They don't care. One of my relative's today was unfortunately watchin TMZ and I saw when they played the video of Ray J defending MJ saying he knew MJ since he was 12 and that MJ is a cool dude. And what did Harvey Levin and his shit crew say? Well they brushed his defense of MJ off by saying it didn't matter because he never slept over at Neverland and because Ray J is black MJ had no interest in him and they all started laughing! So they don't care about the truth and their being racist assholes on top of it! So screw Harvey and the rest of TMZ. All their doin is milking this story! They don't care about the truth, don't send the ish!

I think its time to re.read some passages of Conspiracy by Aphrodite Jones (and although I hate it to say, but to compare it with DDs Be careful who you love) and some/particular court docs/transcripts... from 2005....

Around 89-96. yet joy under oath said they were only at the ranch with mj four times from 91-03. so i doubt he was at their house or with them anywhere else that much either during that time

plus you can take out most of 1992,1993 and 1996 (unless they can prove they traveled with him during the tours)
