Check out this new article from TMZ. This shows how desperate Murray and his defense are. Again if Murray believes MJ was an addict, they should charge him with prescribing and administering to an addict.. Also according to the pr person, Murray is going to call Dr Adams as a defense witness.. I have no idea how that will help Murray since Adams said Murray is a liar and never saw him give MJ anything. And also how is this supposed to absolve Murray from his guilt? If he knew doing it was wrong and unethical why did he do it?

This makes Murray look even worse..He is so screwed and he knows it.

MJ Was On the Hunt For The Perfect Anesthesiologist
2/17/2011 1:00 AM PST by TMZ Staff

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Michael Jackson was such a hard-core drug addict ... he actually interviewed an anesthesiologist to follow him to London to "take care of him."

Jackson -- who had a well-documented Propofol addiction for years before his death -- tried recruiting Dr. David Adams, a Las Vegas anesthesiologist, to go on tour with him in 2009.

We've learned Dr. Adams told LAPD investigators that several months before MJ's death ... Dr. Conrad Murray and Michael met with Dr. Adams and said, "We think it would be great to have an anesthesiologist go on the [This Is It] tour."

Turns out Dr. Adams had a history with Michael ... he had put MJ under with Propofol four times in two years for various procedures.

Adams thought about it and texted Murray, "I'd like to be on board. Let's talk about it." But MJ and Murray never contacted him again.

Murray's defense team spokesperson Miranda Sevcik says, "Dr. Murray did not know David Adams." But Sevcik did say the defense has subpoenaed Dr. Adams for the trial.

Re: Murray's defense is desperate

Someone throw Harvey Levin under a bus, and this asshole son of a Murray needs the death penalty.

Re: Murray's defense is desperate

Whatever tmz. And maybe they have forgotten and just don't know Murray tried to throw this guy under a bus when he talked tot he cops. And if Michael wanted an anesthesiologist to come with him I wonder who changed his mind? And right after this meeting is when Conrad started buying so much Propofol am I right? Once again whatever tmz

Dr. Adams used Propofol on Michael FOUR TIMES in TWO YEARS for various procedures. Wow, somebody call the police. LOL!

MJ and Murray never contacted him again. Wow, Michael must have REALLY, REALLY wanted Dr. Adams to travel to London, since he NEVER contacted him again. LOL!

Whoever wrote that article should get yoked in the back of the neck, for being so stupid!

Re: Murray's defense is desperate

He gave Michael Propofol four times in a hospital setting oh dear lock the guy up. He gave Michael Jackson Propofol the right way OMG he should be on trial not Murray

Exactly for dental procedures not as a sleep aid as Murray did.. Murray and his team are desperate as hell

4 times in 2 years is not an addiction, but 6 nights a week for 6 weeks shows an enabling doctor who used it in an unethical manner which describes the killer in this case which is Murray.

I swear, this is getting more and more ridiculous every day. And why doesn't anybody but fans care about the pure stupidity of Murray's excuses about how this happened to Michael? Geez. It's not enough that we've lost a major hero in the music world under such terrible circumstances. But day in and day out from his doctor, we also have to contend with an ever-changing and constant stream of the most idiotic, ignorant and crazy bullcrap reasons that I've ever heard for why he was taken away from us. And the media and public at large could care less for the pain and agony we're going through. It's so infuriating considering that any other doctor with any other patient would be publicly disgraced and lawsuits against them would be flying like birds because of things like this. Celebrities are just human beings with better and higher-paying jobs than other people. But so what? Where's the usual public outrage over what amounts to, in my opinion, a tragic case of medical malpractice? This case makes me so angry I feel sick.

FOR REAL. Just sickening!

Agree, Justthefacts. This basically really shows and proves how desperate Murray and his defense team are, that they wanna blame others who did Nothing unethical (the setting was appropriate, the administration was appropriate, i.e. for dental procedures, the number of times were no over the top) for Michael's death, although Murray was the one who was supposed to take care of him, yet chose to drug him to death and pump him with propofol. It was Murray - it's evident, really... - the one who convinced Michael it was safe being given diprivan by him (Murray), Michael told the nurse his doctor (who other than Murray) told him it was safe if he gets proper monitoring (and he didn't even monitored him, let alone having the appropriate equipment for it), he bought stacks of it, he Couldn't wait to get to London and introduce his lovers to him and the children (per Sade Anding), he couldn't wait to brag about being Jackson's doctor etc, etc... This was All about Murray from the get-go. How could the money that went up to his brain really obliterated all rationale, that he didn't allegedly know Anything a doctor and even any normal person are supposed to be doing, such as correct CPR, calling the paramedics right away, etc? .......

What kind of defense he has, when it's a thousand percent evident Murray is guilty?... My God, he's blaming others for what HE did, or didn't do, cause he was either too dumb, or too smart to not be playing the dumb. Either way, nothing is favorable to this selfish person, 4 years - if he gets them, and they'll be reduced by a half or more anyway - is a silly, gruesome joke. ...

Not only was Michael murdered by his "doctor," but now his name is being dragged through the mud. The next person who says "Michael was a drug addict," or "Michael was doctor-shopping for propofol," or, the WORST, "Michael brought it on himself," deserves a karmic slap upside the head, or worse. That includes Karen Faye, and Michael's own family, and even some posters on THIS board. Now is the time for sensitivity and support in what we post, ok? Not directed at anyone specifically, but why give the defense team further ammunition from Michael's own FANS? Personally, I've had enough of that behavior. But, carry on. . .

I totally agree Alma... he is trying to place the blame on everyone but himself.. what does Adams the anesthesiologist have to do with him? Adams properly gave and monitored his patient during sedation for dental procedures. He was ethical. I am confused as to why he would even want Adams as a defense witness. Most other anesthesiologists have blasted Murray for his reckless behavior. Why would he even want Adams on the stand to ridicule his behavior?

Thank you, to all who see this for what it is. Desperation. Good to see most aren't falling for it.

This case will be played out in court, not on TMZ. Good try, tho.

it is just so obvious.. Murray is trying to throw Adams under the bus but Adams did nothing wrong. Like Adams's attorney said back in 2009 when he was questioned, he has performed over 3,000 anesthesiology procedures and none of his patients have died under his care.

Murray can't say the same.

I hear you; it's heartbreaking and sickening all in the same time! Hugs to you, Sue x

AMEN! :clapping:

D.E.S.P.E.R.A.T.E. do try harder next time. these fools make tellum (sp) look good

If this is true, this just shows how desperate the defense is.

So Michael wanted an anaesthesiologist and Murray knew it ? And Dr Adams said he was OK to join them ?

Then why was he never contacted again ??? It would be interesting to know who dr Adams sent that SMS to.

And then what lies exactly were told to Michael.

i guess the defence have seen the pros witness list and the damage control is already starting. dr adams must have a few things to say!

you got it... I bet Murray is scared to death of Dr Adams. Like I said previously, Dr Adams has already called Murray a liar. Murray accused Adams via his police interview of giving MJ propofol in a dermatology office apparently for no reason in March or April of 2009. Accordig to Adams he administered to MJ in 2008 for dental procedures which are documented.

Murray is trying to throw shade on Adams

Michael Jackson was such a hard-core drug addict????
Well documented propofol addiction ??
Gee whiz, anyone can write anything negative about Michael and have no fear of any consequences?
And if he wanted an anesthesiologist, and said gas passer texted murray, how do we know murray ever even told Michael? Maybe he decided he didn't want to share the glory...

mj was such a hard core addict he was clean other than what murray gave him and the drugs that were found in his house hadnt even being taken to the prescibed amounts let alone abused *yawn* desperation is a terrible thing chernoff.

I gotta say that by reading the responses in this thread, it gives me peace knowing others see the desperation. This thread gives me hope for other points of view after the exasperation I keep having to deal with in another thread.

There is Hope. sigh

I want to see desperation but it makes me too nervous! I keep waiting for 'the other shoe' to drop! I want murray to be feeling desperate but I don't trust Chernoff and feel as if I am holding my breath waiting for something completely unexpected to come out of nowhere! Does this make any kind of sense? No matter how I can arrange and rearrange what we know of the events that day, I can't see any way out of this for murray. And that makes me nervous.

That's right! Especially after watching that interview with Chernoff where he says how wonderful Texas lawyers are!
