I got my souvenir tickets today.

Neither of mine says which one i will be getting from viagogo.. when i do track order it just comes up with a picture of all the designs..
does yours actually say you will be getting that one? :)

EDIT: Ohh wait.. both of mine say robot too when i go to purchases in my account :p

Could it be different ticket agencies get different designs? Were there 8 different official agencies given permission by Aeg to sell tix?

Oh...I'm waiting for July 24th. I wonder why it says Robot on all of them. :mello: Weird...on my order tracking it still says awaiting stock from AEG and it says I should have them by mid September! LOL, okkkk then!

Hmm it is strange.. maybe its just a mistake.. suppose we will find out when we finally receive them! :p

Ohh my.. lol mid september has been and gone, i want to know why they are taking so long! Useless they really are!
 
From the customer services bit on the ticketmaster site:

As of today, 21st September, souvenir ticket dispatch is ongoing. If you have not received your souvenir tickets yet, you can expect to do so over the next couple of weeks or so.
 
unfortunately yes :coffee: i'm currently trying to do the math out for everyone on eta when they should get their tickets. next week we will use as a test week. im a nerd so my plot should be halfway accurate :nerd:
 
My mum ordered me one of these and I am very impatient so I've made her phone up about three times by now and they told her they would be here before MJ's bday and I just read the whole of this thread and I am disgusted that only the people from the first 5 shows have got their tickets my show was for the 21st of September and they told me the end of August, I cant wait much longer. if MJ was alive what would they have done ? the tickets would have needed to be sent out 1 week before the show not 1 year after it I could kill that Randy Phillips or even an intern at Aeg I hate them TicketMaster are no exception both of them can go to hell !!!

I received the email about dispatch a month ago and still no tickets :(

mine were for the 21st September show and at this rate it wont be until November, what I'm gonna do is give them till the end of October and if I don't have it by they they are gonna get a real piece of my mind :mat:
 
I hope I get a few replies to this tbh because its quite a big issue.

Because AEG have took the piss out of the fans badly, would we not have the right to ask? We were told we would have our tickets by the end of August and were now approaching the end of September. It can't be right how we've been messed around with this, its quite alot of money, but more importantly its quite disrespectful because of Mikes death. AEG know what Michaels fans meant to him and how much he meant to us.
I just don't know where to start or where to contact if I was guna enquire or even demand my ticket and my refund, so I thought I'd take other opinions on it etc.
 
In Viagogo my tracking info also says "Robot" in the title: "Michael Jackson Memorabilia Ticket - Robot". As for shipping... well, you know how that's going. I guess we'll get our late August ticks from Viagogo and TM sometime around Christmas 2011.
 
I really feel bad now, because I think I received someone's else souvenir ticket for July 16th show, here is LA.
I hope AEG did not do that. I already do not like them.

You won't of received someone else's ticket by mistake, they will of printed an extra few off as not everyone will of asked for the option to receive the tickets.

What does it say on there? Do they have seat numbers etc on?
