To claim that someone who is 'not giulty' is not innocent is dangerous. it you are accused of a crime that you diod not commit and you go to court to clear your name, it is offnesive for anyone to come at you and say, you are not guilty, but you are not innocent. is a dangerous assumption and it means that the law means nothing.
It is also illogical because if you are innocent when you went in, you should still be innocent when you came out.
T-Mez is a lawyer and he has made it klnown that MJ is innocent. That is the law. I am offended that a lawyer would say otherwise, esp a judge. The only people who I hjave heard saying such thing is Nancy grace and DD and haters. I wull not accept that. Society is not unchangeable. All you need to do is change your way of thinking.
I truly mean this in the kindest possible way, but I have come to the conclusion that you and I will rarely agree :flowers:. I fear this is an example of that. I don't know how to express myself any clearer. Let me just, for argument's sake - and this has nothing to do with MJ - say that you have witnessed a murder but can't step forward and testify for whatever reason. Are you then still obligated to believe, in your heart of hearts, in the murderer's innocence? Because that would be the ultimate consequense of your logic.
For some strange reason, I do not believe anything that you stated. I read your posts on here and I just do not believe that you feel that MJ is innocent. You are basing your "opinions" on other people who refused to believe that MJ is fully innocent. There was too much evidence that shows that MJ did not molest or abuse Jordan Chandler or that other fool. Yet, you still keep harping about it. Who cares what a bunch of ignorant people think who hate Michael? And you need to change your name. Everytime I see you on here, you are always JUDGING MICHAEL.
I fail to see why this suddenly became a thread about me and I certainly don't see how you came to the conclusion that I don't believe in MJ's innocence with regards to child molestation. I am, however, offended that you are calling me a liar. I don't think I have done anything to warrant that.
What am I harping on about in your opinion? I'm only saying that many people didn't follow the trial and only saw the slanted media reporting, which is why I see it as a good thing that people like Mr Daniel are standing up for Michael. How that is offensive is beyond me. More than that I have simply tried to explain how it actually makes some sense that people don't fully rely on a 'not guilty' verdict when they don't know the facts of a case. That has NOTHING to do with my own belief in Michael's innocent in this particular case.
I won't be bullied into silence. I refuse to jump on the Michael-is-a-perfect-angel-and-anybody-who-says-he-owes-them money-is-a-liar-bandwagon. I don't call people liars without having any evidence that they are and I don't take anybody's word as the gospel - including Michael's. If that offends some fans - and I know that it does - then so be it. Again, my thoughts/beliefs about his business dealings have absolutely nothing to do with my beliefs about the accusations of molestation.
Finally, my user name alludes to the fact that while I actually do judge people's actions every day, I aim to never judge them as people. It's about the difference between judging and being judgemental.
