Yes. Its not enough of a punishment and who's to say he would be sentenced to the whole term. I'm hoping their use of the word ongoing investigation indicates an ability and intent to add additional charges because I want Murray locked away for a long time and I want his medical license taken away.

I was shocked when I realized it was the same doctor. I liked his article a lot and thought it was really important that expects voiced their opinion about all this... But after what he did at the courthouse he just lost all credibility in my eyes......

I read in this thread murray was promoting a book while there and had a banner. Can someone explain please?:scratch:

You know that was my first thought until he came over to talk to us at the courthouse. Now, I am always suspicious of motives and intentions--just how would he profit? But we listened to him and he appears to be genuinely concerned about this problem. Before the hearing, I was involved in filming a documentary that will be released here in the US regarding who really murdered MJ. We asked this doctor to participate that day and he did. So, hopefully, we will all be able to assess his sincerity.

Well, reading the title of his book, I think he seems to be trying to get a message out. Will he make money from his knowledge? Sure! Why shouldn't he? The better informed we all are the less likely things, like what happened to Michael, are to happen to anyone else!
I applaud this doctor!

I hope this expert is called to the stand.. Murray wasn't even monitoring MJ, because if he was he would've noticed him not breathing. Murray deserves prison and to be stripped of his license.

He couldn't even monitor Jackson's heart, because he didn't have proper equipment at the house. He could only do physically, feeling his pulse and listening to his heart, which he would have to do every minute, something I doubt he was willing to.

True.. He claimed he had an oximeter, but that was found in the closet, when the police arrived. I wonder how Murray will justify not monitoring MJ at all?

what really ticks me off about Murray is the fact that he put out that wack video saying that he has told the 'troot' and that he's done nothing wrong. How can he say that when the patient that entrusted him and the patient he wasn't watching is dead? Murray obviously did something wrong or negligent. He should admit to that. I can't wait until his team of lawyers try to explain away him taking a piss while his patient was 'under'. Murray has no clue what was going on with MJ and he knows it.

Me: Umm... Well, I'm a big fan of MJ and it was on his autopsy. Could it happen because of an obscene amount of Propofol?

Me: I saw the autopsy document myself. This isn't second-hand info.

I mean, I would think if you drink Propofol, the stomach acids would negate the effects and it wouldn't really work that well. But it ending up in the eyes? Wow. You've really peaked my interest! Now I've gotta go check that out and read up on it!

response from the nurse I've been in contact with who administers propofol herself. she pointed out why the anesthsiologist in this transcript is incorrect. and went on to explain more, which is why I'm sharing this.

That's quite a surprising response from an anesthesiologist frankly. Drugs taken into the body in any way are absorbed into the bloodstream which flows through all things, and the eyes and the fluid in them are included. The vitreous humor (as the fluid in the eye is called) seems to hold onto the levels of medications or drugs taken the longest after death. It has to do with certain chemicals in the body that break down and are released at the time of death. Don't forget, the Propofol was running and circulating through his body PRIOR to his death, it was the absorption of the Propofol that CAUSED his death. Based on the autopsy report, there was a much larger amount of the drug in his body than Dr. Murray is admitting to giving. If he REALLY only gave 25mg, it would have been in the form of a one time injection via IV. The autopsy results seem to suggest that Michael was being given a "drip" via an IV line, a continuous flow that Murray did not monitor apparently.I have given Propofol many times to sedate a patient who was placed on a ventilator and a continuous flow is necessary to KEEP them asleep because it wears off very quickly, 10 to 15 minutes approximately.Oral surgeons often use Propofol in the 25mg amount for a tooth extraction because they can accomplish what they need to do fairly rapidly, and the patient is not so deep in sedation that they stop breathing with that amount. Part of the problem also with Michael, was all the benzodiazepines that he was given first. It was a cumulative affect in depressing his respiratory drive, and if Dr. Murray had been present and intervened to breathe for him, he would NOT have died. It was the respiratory arrest that led to his cardiac arrest. Without oxygen, the entire brain shuts down, and therefore the rest of all bodily functions. Dr. Murray's total lack of caring for human life, and complete and utter medical negligence killed him. Period. It truly would have been an easy save if he would have been at the bedside where he was suppose to be, or even had him on a monitor to alarm when his oxygen level dropped off...but he didn't, so here we are.

that's why it is so obvious that Murray was not monitoring his patient. If he was he would've noticed his breathing shutting down but he didn't. He claimed he was monitoring his oxygen with an oximeter, where was the oximeter on June 25th? it was found in the closet and not in the room

Unbelivable how in the two mintues Murray's goes to the bathroom, Michael coincidentally wakes up, and being the unpatient person that he is, injects a crap load of propofol into him, and not only that, but in just those same two minutes, the O2 tank coincidentally goes empty as well.

What's Muray going to say about that? It was fate?

If Murray is telling the truth about giving Michael propofol nearly every night, then he SHOULD know how long those oxygen tanks last. Why would he leave Michael alone with a near empty oxygen tank????

sometimes I wonder if Kai Chase is lying or not when she says she saw dr. murder bring up oxygen tanks sometimes. if a doctor can lie about michael enjoying peeing in a cup in front of people, a chef can lie about those tanks.

just makes me wonder how peaceful it all was. rumors of a protruding vain, statement from Alvarez that this eyes and mouth were wide open. sounds to me Michael didn't pass peacefully.

yeah everything was just so coincidental.. Did Murray leave him alone other nights and he never woke up? I really hope the DA has a time of death measured to nail this bastard to the wall because Murray is obviously lying

time of death is measured. Michael was gone around 9AM. (coincidentally the time of the call to his houston office) medical statistics don't lie.

oh really? I never knew that.. so Murray didn't call 911 until 12:05 pm, so what exactly was he doing? I guess this will be the negligence charge. And if Mike was gone at 9:00 am then Murray is obviously lying about administering propofol at 10:50am

I didn't know about the time of death either. Obviously it's clear that when he called 911 Michael had already died, but the exact time of death I didn't know it was determined.

I don't know if they ever said in fact that it was determined. But I spoke with a medical expert who has spoken with people who have firsthand knowledge of the investigation. This person seems to be very knowledgable as well as he/she has credentials to work with coroners and investigations.

he/she told me it is a statistical fact that it takes three hours for lividity to appear. And that Michael was brought to the ER showing lividity. It also states it in the autopsy report.

also, what that person told me, COINCIDES with the rumors that went around shortly after June 25 that Michael may have been gone as early as 9AM. Actually, it wasn't a rumor. There was an article saying "investigators believe" Michael was gone hours before.

he will have to explain so many lies in front of that judge and jury.

i cant wait to see how his story will unfold, and whether the prosecution actually brings up the statistical fact that it takes three hours for lividity on a body to appear.

the information brought in court by the prosecution, and the information left out will determine who's side they are on. unless they save something specifically for the trial.

Lastly, one major thing we have to be aware of is all the MISINFORMATION that was thrown at us in the early beginning.
