I only watched a bit of this and could see where it was going so I didn't watch any further.

I would say neither but considering what Schaffel was asking for, compared to what he got, I would say it came closer to Michael winning. We also never heard the very last part in which an agreed upon accountant was going to go over the books and determine some remaining claims. Most people seemed to think Michael would come out ahead on that part.

He was suing MJ for unpaid fees related to WHAT MORE CAN I GIVE video lol

And Marc Schaffel got 900K?? But wanted like 3 million r something?

schaffle originally wanted 17 mill we dont know the finla result of the case because motions etc kept being filed. mj won 2 of the 3 sections of the counter lawsuit but we never found out what happened with that.
 
are there more clips from this deposition?
all i saw back then was the bit about the cows.
this one was new to me.

Michael stood up to him quite well and other than getting visibly annoyed did not let the lawyer rattle him. There was also another part to this where the lawyer says something to the effect of "you call it pornography" and Michael comes back with "That's not what I call it. That's what it is."
 
A friend of mine has a ranch in Portugal and once I asked her how crazy it was for Michael Jackson to say that he gets money from "the leasing of the cows" and she said it wasn't crazy at all. She said that a lot of money is involved with leasing cows. I don't remember everything she said to me back then, nor did I fully understand it at the time but it has something to do with the size of the property.
 
Schaffel, is a inconsiderate bastard. He is a devious man, who hides his identity. I believe Schaffel was awarded more money in the case though. Who knows who won. Anyway, why was he eating dinner with Debbie Rowe? To get more information on Michael, for the case?
 
I think he´s a really unfaithful person. He didn´t told Michael the hole truth what he´s doing etc.
If you´re involved in Michaels business you have to play with open cards, otherwise you´re out of the game!

'so you're saying that all the money you get to shop and so on comes from the cows....'

'yes, believe it or not, it does....'

'well I don't believe it, but....'

And Michael is just laughing at that!lol
 
Also that shortly after this was revealed; Neverland was hit with "problem after problem". The attention to taking this from him became an eqaul concern as like the SONY/ATV catalog.

Is his "money problems" another media generation?
