I don't trust anyone that hoses a Superstar and his family for what they are deserved from this so called Official Will and if That was the real Will,then they should abide by it and if it's not,whoever destroyed that Will will be foundout by The Lord Jesus,Father Jehova,Krishna,Budduah,Ect.. And if it's an Extortion for the family to Abide this Will ,Well they'll be foundout also and put in JAIL. Whoever wrote that note with the Bad Spelling and all has some points but We all know The Exec's are not going to stepdown unless Someone find them out of wrong doing or Michael is really alive and he Secretly Fire them himself. It still hurts that he's gone bu it Hurts that His Children is suffering through this along with his family for whom he probably put in his Will to recieve anything Michael willed to them.Remember Michael is still making money and with this EMI catalog.He Now has The BeachBoys on his roster.So All SONY NEEDS IS WARNERBROS and It will all be in the bag.... Sad Michael is not here to reep the Good news of his Wealth.
 
This is disgusting! Michael’s Estate is clearly trying to protect Michael’s name and legacy from being dragged through the mud during the AEG lawsuit that was filed by KJ. The Jackson family knows full well that the Will is valid and it was proven to be so 3 years ago. They have undermined the Estate and sullied Michael’s name on every hand since the day he died in an attempt to gain control of his money so they can squander it all before his children are grown. They have done NOTHING to build up or defend Michael in the press but instead they have fueled the media with stories about his so-called ADDICTIONS and their (fake) attempts to help him. The truth is that the only member of the family Michael was communicating with was his mother and he was even holding her at arm’s length. The truth is that the family has done nothing but come up with one get quick money scheme after the other using MJ’s name and image Illegally. They have done nothing but divide the MJ Community and sabotage projects that benefit Michael’s children and secure his catalogs and legacy. I’m sorry to hear KJ had a MILD stroke but she is elderly and Michael’s Estate is in no way responsible for her condition. The Jackson family should be ashamed for attempting to use their mother’s age and health as a weapon in their greedy, disingenuous plots to extort money from AEG and the Estate.

Like most people the Janet signature has thrown me off. The claim that Branca said 'I am michael jackson' sounds absolutely ridiculous and I hope this is just more jackson-family madness.
All i know is the estate have preserved mj's legacy better than anything the jackson's can do
I hope KJ recovers well tho.
 
It is so odd that this letter has no date, also odd that the signatures are all on the last page with no text from the letter, but I doubt that the other siblings would be so silly to sign a blank piece of paper.

It would "appear" that they did not seek out any legal representation, and that would included Janet Jackson, before they released this embarrassment to the public.

In my opinion, the only legal authority who would have signed off on this nonsense would have been the newly DISBARRED Brian Oxman. LOL!

The fact that Janet Jackson, who can certainly afford to hire the best-of-the-best, would sign her name to that "made at home" letter, speaks volumes, in my opinion. I would have thought that she would have allowed an attorney to look that letter over, before she signed it. I guess not!
 
It is clear this letter is nothing but an attempt to try and derail Michael's estate, by those who claim based on them being family should benefit and own, the torment of being left out of the will and not gaining financially and publically must be eating away at them each and every day.

If they were indeed worried about Michael's estate they would open their eyes and see the facts by congratulating and celebrating that his mother and his three children will have a hugely secure future and one of the healthiest estate's in history.

My words to all, can you imagine the family having ownership of everything Michael strived to create through decades of hard work, the fact is they will never agree on anything they will skim of millions of dollars as they humanly could and it will be their way to become popular and famous through self greed and empowerment.

This letter is a disgrace - SHAME ON THEM

amazing isnt it. the amount of slander/defamation in that letter is incredible.
 
I hope they all get sued for defamation. Shut them up once and for all. IMO, the reason they keep returning with some new ish every month is because the Estate/Executors have been too soft on them - too generous.

Latoya was sprouting all manner of nonsense in her book and interviews. If they had taken legal action back then, or at least threatened legal action, I believe the family would've been more cautious. They need to be taught a lesson NOW.

Not only am I livid at this letter I am also livid at how Randy Jackson is trying to manipulate the fan community, did he think they would get the majority support, thereby forcing the executors resignations??

I seriously cannot understand what the heck he thinks that estate can do to help them with AEG suit. Is Branca suppose to go to AEG and tell AEG lawyers to ask only nice questions from family, and at the same time expect them to dig themselves in the grave - the sheer stupidity of the thought:giggle:

This makes me wonder if Janet has some cashflow issues of her own that she's been able to keep out of the news. Its hard to believe that the family would accept their childless little sister be so stingy and enjoy all those millions by herself. Money is money and I don't think they care where those checks are coming from, pride doesn't seem to be an issue for them...their latest letter proves that.

I hope the AEG case gets dropped soon, once all their MJ related lawsuits are over maybe Michael can finally have some peace.

They do crack me up (some, not all) with their backwards thinking that The Estate Of Michael Jackson was created to:

Secure THEIR Futures, Protect, Service, and Provide For, the ENTIRE Jackson family just because Michael happened to be related to them.

That's why folks take the time to prepare their Last Will And Testaments, so that their wishes are made known and hopefully respected.

Some of the Jacksons are wrong on so many levels, too many levels to count and adding. LOL!

I find it very hard to understand how could anyone with two healthy hands can be so helpless to help themselves!
First they relied on Michael, now they think the estate is there for them to use as they please.
If the estate doesn't do what they want, someone of the family is going to do something stupid like this letter.

It's kind of silly for them to claim that estate isn't doing their job, as this comes right after when the statement was released how well they have sorted out all the money issues. Still shaking my head.

Janet doesn't surprise me at all. A few of us peeped her shortly after Michael died. She's right in there with Randy, always has been, to the detriment of Michael.

They won't get a thing from AEG, anybody could have told them that. Did they really think a monster company like that would roll over and pay them??

I guess the embarrassing things AEG deposed of them would be their non-support of their kids, how moneybags, Michael, paid for everything they didn't do,etc,etc but oddly enough, they have no issue with putting Michael's embarrassing business on front street but how dare anybdoy try to put their's out there?

I just can't with them. I try, I try to remember they're his birth family but I can't with them. They prove everything right he ever said. Its sad.
 
Agree with everyone's posts. Bizarre letter from i assume randy, although i cd have sworn those references to POWERS THAT BE and murder conspiracies would have had latoya's fingerprints all over it. The letter reads like one of taaj malik's rants and to think some of the jacksons put their name to it and released it to some downmarket gossip site - it's just a load of nonsense fuelled by bitterness that doesn't stand up to any serious scrutiny.

Be informed, we are considering retaining the law firm, Baker Hosteler, who have advised us on potential criminal misconduct in your actions. We will hand this over to the proper authorities.

That's nice of randy to give advance notice to mj's estate that in a years time the legal bill from baker hosteler will be landing on the estate's intray waiting to be paid.

It's like The Estate of Michael Jackson was created in order to benefit the ENTIRE Jackson clan.

It's also funny that The Estate of Michael Jackson does a better job of protecting his name, then his own family does. I have yet to see Mr. Branca or Mr. McClain giving an interview wherein they discuss Michael's "so-called" drug problem. That job was left up to certain members of Michael's family and associates of said family members, let's see - Tyler Perry's name comes to mind.

I guess nobody in the family wants to talk about that little fact!

Too bad the letter they drafted for the court against Conrad Murray didn't have his much rage and anger against the man who abused and murdered their brother!!!
