@ TPIMaster: I know I wrote this. This was BEFORE I asked FORD via email if that's really MJ (which I didn't believe at first) and he told me about his masters being lost due to a computer crash.
FORD confirmed it's Michael Jackson, NOT R. Kelly (which I assumed). There's no need to quote me as my opinion doesn't have any value.
Due to TPIMaster's intervention, let me re-post this properly:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Where's the evidence it's Michael singing on this OFFICIAL and released remix of "One More Chance" produced by FORD?
And especially @ TPIMaster:
Many people thought (and still think) it wouldn't be Michael Jackson's voice processed but another singer. E.g. I thought for a long time it might be R. Kelly's voice but processed, too.
However this was BEFORE I asked FORD via email if that's really Michael Jackson (which I didn't believe at first).
FORD confirmed it's Michael Jackson (not just to me, other fans have contacted him as well) and NOT R. Kelly (which I assumed as a possibility). There's no need to quote me as my opinion doesn't have any value. I'm neither God nor all-knowing about MJ - as anyone else here.
And everyone who now says: "This is CLEARLY MJ's voice but processed, can't you hear?" isn't honest at all and tries to get rid of sth "displeasing":
- FORD has never presented any proof for it (exactly like Eddie Cascio)
- We just have FORD's word (exactly like Eddie Cascio's word)
A funny side note:
FORD lost all his masters of this remix. Should we accuse him of fraud because of this? If his name was Cascio, you surely would.
Let's see who wants to avoid a serious discussion this time...
