Well are you going to get an inheritance from someone if they did not leave it to you. The person signed a doc stating their wealth goes to three children, a mother, and charities. The will did not say to my brothers and sisters. Someone needs to point this out to Randy.

^^Whereas the children's attorney is alarmed and taking steps with the temp custody. Katherine's attorney is more nonchalant, because Katherine is OK. He claims that Katherine will fight if there is a change in the permanent custody. To me, Katherine should not have custody anymore because she is easily manipulated by her children who place the minors at risk. This situation can reoccur, and I am sure when the judge speaks to her he will consider the potential for harm in the future. It is best to find another guardian and have Katherine still remain a vital part of the children's life.

I for one am extremely thankful Paris has twitter and uses it. Could you imagine what would be in the press without her input...Randy, Jermaine and Janet would be running the show, but Paris has raised hell for them. I'm proud of her. Twitter is her voice right now, and she's confirming what fans have been saying for years!

It's not making sense to you because you're old fashioned. Paris won't stop using twitter just because people like you don't think it's ok for children to have one. I actually agree that she shouldn't be on Twitter or at least should be supervised. However, I also had a problem with her using Twitter when she was bullied and threatened by complete strangers. Her family seems to have a problem with her Twitter use only now. Interesting.

I say if the Jacksons have evidence that the will is fake and all that, they should use the evidence in court, instead of leaking badly written letters to tabloids. It's also clear what this is all about on the part of perpetrators of this plot: how they can get to Michael's money and rob Michael's children of their inheritance. One has to be pretty blind not to see that.

It's also interesting that some relatives choose to trash Michael's children through tabloid media. How can we demand Paris to act responsibly when the adults around her do not show her a good example? Let's not blame this whole crap on Paris! Nor it is the Estate's fault.

The real devils in this orchestrated take down are the devils that took Mike down. The same unsavory characters are circling like vultures overhead.

Take one look at PJ's twitter feed and you'll see why children should NOT be on Twitter. Esp not a child such as PJ since she's the offspring of someone like MJ.

There's a thing called "class" -- Mike had lots of it and always maintained his classy composure even in the most troubling of times. To see Mike's daughter behaving the way she has been, is just unreal.

As for the rest of the family, they are being played like they've always been played. Lawyers have moved in and divided the family against itself and set in motion a strategy to rip the family apart. That's what happens when you entrust your Estate to the folks who are currently running it.

Mike made a huge mistake in that will... based on the reports he requested that will back when he terminated Branca.

The fans should not be so d*** gulliable.

And like I said this crap needs to go to court in order for it to go away. Joe was not named in the will so his attempts don't matter nor should it be brought up as an example of a win for the Estate. When and if Katherine decides to go after them for real this time that is when this sh*t will get real. So let's just wait and see, shall we?! Because no one has really ever challenged the will! I pick the Michael who would want his children to stand up for themselves and what is right. All Paris wanted to do was talk to her grandmother and nobody is letting her. Katherine is responsible for them and her not talking to them or having anything to do with looks irresponsible. The brothers and sisters get nothing in the first will and the second. They have no legal standing to get anything and if they have an issue deal with privately with the lawyers and such. Not releasing a letter for the world to see. The court gave the kids their lawyer for their best interests. They may be kids but they have rights too.

I am sick of this too. If Katherine wants to challenge the will then do it and see what happens. If she doesn't then her middle aged children with no money can stop whining and complaining that the will is fake and all that. All the Jacksons do is make threats and they will get to the bottom of it and we will see the whole story. All I have seen the last 3 years is the story of Michael's siblings pissed off that they get nothing and they see the estate grow and grow and have no part of it. Challenge it or don't.

Yes maybe a teenage girl who is in the center of public eye should not have twitter but your logic about this whole thing does not make sense at all. The Jackson drama is the key point of the whole thing not whether Paris should have twitter.

I don't know how can you determine that Paris is out of control? Are you close to her enough to judge that? If u are just judging her base on her tweets in these days. I actually have different opinions from you. Thank God that she can actually had an outlet to express her concerned and not let Randy Jermaine and Janet run their own story. And how come we should forget the Jackson drama. It's the main problem. The Jacksons put those three poor kids in the center when they tried to have a war with the estate. To me, I really don't care the agenda of Randy&Co is right or the estate. They can all put out their evidence to fight and follow the law to figure thing out. This is insane. They have gone too far. How could they do this to their own mother? All over this crap with the estate? Michael wouldn't be happy about this at all. This whole situation breaks my heart. I have been reading the news stories and reading what all of you are posting and I really cannot believe that this is happening. It is so sad and I don't understand why it is going on. My heart goes out to Michael's three children, Prince, Paris, & Blanket and it also is sad to see the family divided and fighting at a time when their unity and bond should be stronger than ever. Michael's children should be the main priority here, not money. The well being and safety of those children should be what is on the families mind. These three children should be playing and having fun...not worrying about where their Grandmother is. They should have never been left in the first place and they should be able to be in contact with their grandmother because she isn't just their grandmother, she is also their legal guardian. They lost their father 3 years ago, they can't afford to lose their grandmother too. It also broke my heart to see Michael's brother, Marlon crying on television because he cannot speak to or see his mother. This isn't right and whoever is behind this, should be ashamed of themselves. A family is being divided, hurt, and frightened and three children are in the mix of all of this. It is so upsetting. I hope this nightmare ends soon. This is definitely not what Michael would have wanted to happen and it is heartbreaking to see it all unfold the way that it has.

Yes, I can make an informed decision based on what I've already mentioned. Furthermore, as I said before "Jackson family drama aside" -- she should NOT be on Twitter. The reason I brushed the family drama aside is because quite honestly, what else is new?

That's the bottom line, she SHOULD NOT be on Twitter. IF she is on Twitter, it should be a private account under adult supervision.

If it were my child, yes the phone would be crushed. And since these kids are who they are, I would reinstate the home schooling.
