Yes, I can make an informed decision based on what I've already mentioned. Furthermore, as I said before "Jackson family drama aside" -- she should NOT be on Twitter. The reason I brushed the family drama aside is because quite honestly, what else is new?

That's the bottom line, she SHOULD NOT be on Twitter. IF she is on Twitter, it should be a private account under adult supervision.

If it were my child, yes the phone would be crushed. And since these kids are who they are, I would reinstate the home schooling.

Period.

It's her guardian who need to make the decision. It's not your call. She is not your kids. Base on your valuation, maybe it just prove Kathrine is not a good choice as guardian. But anyway, it's still not your call and people have different opinion about twitter or home school.

I remember when I wasn't fond that Paris had a twitter account. I changed my mind completely. After what has happened in the past few days, thank god she DOES have a twitter account.

If Katherine is indeed innocent and not part of this scam, I hope she doesn't lose custody. But to be honest, if she was really kidnapped by her own kids, she is not stronge enough to safely care for PPB.

Marlon should win an academy award. I don't believe his crockadile tears.

I don't think they truly realize the damage they have done. Especially with the kids. I don't see them trusting them again. I think they will do what Michael did. Many people are not buying their explanantions and excuses. It's all about the MONEY. Let's be real, a big part of the reason MJ let shady people into his life because he had a very sheltered childhood and lacked street smarts. These kids are now getting a formal, proper education (something MJ never had) in an environment along with their peers. I've met some people in college who were home-schooled, and quite frankly, I find them to be out-of-touch with reality and somewhat socially inept. Treating these kids as if they're special, delicate little snowflakes because they're the child of a celebrity superstar would only give them an inflated sense of entitlement and a sense of "otherness" ("I'm not like everybody else! I'm special!")

Simple, human things like normal schooling and the Internet give these kids a much better sense of reality and the world they live in. If these children still weren't allowed exposure to such things, I'm not sure if they would have been able to realize that their aunts and uncles were acting shady in the first place. They'd just fall into the same web that MJ fell into for years; being manipulated and taken advantage of.

I'm no fan of the Estate. They do not have a perfect track record. I have issues with the whole "Michael" album fiasco. However, I am able to seperate my feelings about the "Michael" album from what is going on now and just because I was not pleased with the "Michael" album I won't turn a blind eye on what Michael's siblings are trying to pull now and won't support them in it.

Financially the Estate is doing well. Noone can deny that. Artistically they can be criticized over some of their choices, but I'm sure Michael's artistic legacy is still in better hands with them than if Joe, Jermaine and Randy would run his Estate. Not to mention the Estate's financial situation. If it would be in the siblings' hand by the time Michael's kids grow up they would have nothing left.

It's pretty funny when someone acts the only issue here is Paris' Twitter use. Like I said, I'm not fan of her being on Twitter. Nor I'm a fan of her starting an acting career at this age. Yes, Michael would not have allowed any of that. But who do you criticize when you bring this up? Katherine as a guardian. It's not the Estate who takes care of her.

Michael named Katherine as the guardian in his will. Was it a mistake? Perhaps. Especially now it seems a mistake. But unfortunately he had limited options. Actually I do not really see any other good otpion. He had to choose between bad and worse.

Do Trent or Katherine's lawyers manipulate Paris? Perhaps. They might have their own agenda. I don't know anything about them. However, the fact remains Paris has been denied contact with her only guardian. A phone call from Katherine would have made it a lot more difficult for Trent or anyone to "manipulate" her against the family. She is still waiting for that phone call... Instead we have Marlon crying on TV that he too has been denied access to his mother. Let's not pretend the only problem here is Paris' Twitter use.

Willow Smith has been under fire for posting on Twitter way too much as well. Raunchy photos, ect. Posting photos of herself with a tongue ring. These kids don't know when to stop.
