Murray Trial - 3 October - Day 5 - Discussion

14 hrs half life for IV expect loz given at 2am and 5am would still be in the sytem at midday. now hes getting into blood levels. shes doesnt have expertise in that.

she talks about side effects. and with a paitent that needs more cause they have a hig tolerance you have to be careful and watch. u have nurses to watch till they come around totally. now hes talking about loraz pills. and speech being slured. implying mj took the loraz pills on may 10th.

shes certifiyed to use diprivan how can she tell if a paitent is under. after full induction of diprivan the paitent doesnt talk. after they come around they dont have slurred speech. in other words the may 10th is gonna be blamed on benzos. flannagan got that one..

asking about murrays demenur. sounded desperate looked devastated to her when they were talking. dont give up easily please help mj. blah blah blah. saying murray wasnt the one that asked for the pump.
 
for the most part flanagans questions are pointless and dont go anywhere. hes fishing

She got quite animated there about how it matters very much in calling 911 very quickly
 
But how do you explain the fact Murray was sitting right there talking to Michael? His voice is on that recording as well
 
I agree I don't like what she's saying either, also wth is wrong with Flanagan? Why is he jumping around so much?
 
how many times does she have to say it was Dr Cruise idea you use the pump after Murray pleaded not to give up. I can't see what he's trying to get out of asking about the baloon pump. How is that relevant to their defence?!

she is a great witness so far , I don't know why people say she's not .
 
murray claimed to dr cruz he got a pulse. she didnt know if murray was allowed to touch mj or not. did murray tell u he found a pulse. answer no but he told cruz he found a pulse. cruz told her murray told him he found a pulse. yes it matters when u found a pulse time is very important

cruz idea to do the pump after talking with murray cause murray mentioned finding a pulse. if theres a suspicion of finding a pulse you do the ballon pump. flannagan trying to say you did the ballon pump out of your choice but the dr is saying we did it cause murray told cruz he found a pulse. now hes getting argumentative over the ballon pump.

they agreed if the ballon didnt work that would be it. murray agreed to that .

Maybe he's trying to get her to say that there was a medical reason behind the hospital CPR, so that CM would appear less guilty?
Or maybe Flannagan is a fool and I'm the bigger one for trying to make sense of his trippy fishing expedition.
 
why cant this senile man get that it depends on the dose etc u cant just give out a random number, it depends from case to case
 
Oh, so now that there are no fingerprints on the propofol syringe, they're implying that Michael swallowed lorazepam pills and that CM injected Flumazenil to reverse it(someone testified at some point that it couldn't be traced in the body?)

talking about flumezil (sp) and how much you should give. she says the time its given is very important. should happen in seconds after you find them it should be given straight away. its about trying to reverse the benzo overdose.

how longs the window of oppotunity. seconds to minutes is her responce. very important becasue its totally reversable u can make 100% recovery if flum is given quickly.

keeps asking the same fecking question. window of oppotunity. whats the exact second./minutes. she says it depends on the amount of loraz given.
 
how many times is he going to ask about this window of opportunity to reverse the effects of adivan - she keeps saying seconds, or am I missing his point like the witness seems to be.
 
if the window of survival for lorazepam is 2 to 3 minutes imagine what's the window of survival for propofol is? and some of you still insist Murray was not there when MJ died
 
I guess the doc things Michael was used to drugs etc. great. and wth is the prosecution doing sitting on their ears? Why don't they object, she's bringing in the drug tolerance talk herself, flanagan is having a field.
 
Fools... So CM administered 25mg of propofol and 4 mg of Lorazepam but MJ's levels were consistent with general anesthesia induction, so now he swallowed the Lorazepam pills AND injected himself with a massive dose of Propofol?
 
I think this lawyer thinks the witnesses are like kids. Repeat the questioned several billion times until you get a different answer.

Exactly.....He needs to understand exactly what he's asking....It depends on the person, on the case, there are so many variables...

She's holding up well though...

Everything he's doing seems so pointless....
 
I feel like they are blaming Michael and the hospital staff. Like they didn't do a good job or something.
 
if u dont get the flum in quickly you have to intubate to support breathing

flannagan saying you wouldnt have breathing issues with 4mg of loraz being given . flannagan trying to say mj gave himself more than 4 mg of loz.

talking about giving loraz via tablet or IV. she says she wouldnt used Loraz for insomnia theres better drugs but admits it can be used

Some of us also heard that he told Dr. Cooper and Dr. Ngyuen different stories.
