lopez confirmed with murray the shipment going to nicoles house wuld be under his control and that the place it was going to was a medical facility! . instead it gets left in the common area of nicoles apartment!

Large amount of Propofol for a doc who said he was trying to wean his patient off the stuff. Delivering it to a private address instead of a medical facility should surely merit another charge?
 
I missed Nicole's testimony this morning as I was at an appointment. Does anyone know where I could go to watch it?

I'm glad he didn't take a plea so the truth can get out. But he should have begged his attorney's to plead out this case. He has so many lies going you wonder how he can truthfully remember his own name.

WOW what Lopez said is unbelievable.
I can't believe Murray just lied so much to get Propofol shipped to his GF's house.
The DFA or whatever related organization should really look into this.
How can someone like Murray be able to practice like this. unbelievable.
He really should go to jail.

Thats what Im saying. I dont see how he can claim that he was weaning himm off and ordering sooo much of it.
I also dont think its illegal to have it shipped to a home instead on a clinic. I know that it isnt right but I do not think there are laws against it. If there is one, it will be malpractice and not criminal
 
I really didnt get a chance to watch it this morning because ive been busy, but where did the one asian looking stripper chick come from. I belive her name was Michelle???? This is my 1st time hearing of her
 
A commentator on HLN just said that he was in the courtroom, and he was sitting right behind Randy Jackson. When Nicole left the courtroom, she nodded at Randy at she passed by him. Randy nodded back. LOL!

I was thinking of that too. They should let the jury decide if more charges could be added while they are deliberating. I don't know though, just my opinion.

april 30th was the next order. murray contacted him about loraz in injectable form midazolam aswell.
 
murray bought loraz and mid.. on april 30th 10 viles of loraz 20 viles of mid.asked for them to be sent to nicoles if i heard right

That would be wonderful if Murray would serve more time due to this evidence.
 
benoquin was talked about in the first 2 weeks in may murray wanted the cream to be less greasy. wanted different packaging for the cream to make it look better (strange request) asked about energy boost if he could create something. murray wanted it for energy and to keep him awake. wanted something natural. lopez said he would look into it. wanted tropical cream cause of pain from injections. murray only wanted a cream with lidocane in it. the cream numbs the area where its injected
