If he had medical documents that goes back as far as 2007, how couldn't Murray not know? Unless he's trying to say he gave addictive medication then to an addict without bothering to check.

Allot of these celebrities you mentioned don' usually have a regular doctor, they doctor shop. If the do have a regular doctor, it's one that gives away medication easily. If that was the case for Murray, he should had been charge with given a known addict medication with proper supervision.

Pure speculation on my part, but it may be a simple mistake. I work at the office, and at the beginning of each year people start to confuse dates. Say the date is Jan 11, 2007, but the person writes 2006 out of habit.
 
We all knew that Michael has been having an insomnia problem since 1993. It's not new to us especially the old fans. The man had insomnia and he was trying to get some sleep. That doesn't label him as an addict. Many people fight insomnia not just Michael. We know all the other illnesses such as vitiligo, lupus and it's side effects. We know the burning consequences after 1984. We have been shouting out for years that Michael was truthful about his suffering from illnesses and noone believed him or us. To me Murray should be buried alive. He is a liar, he's not a doctor and completely irresponsible! He is death walking and he should not be around any other patients!
 
weren't there rumors abotu Michael coming back to the US sometime in early 06? Then leaving again and returning around dec 06?
Michael had a problem with insominia even prior to 93, he was having it even when he was in his 20s, it didn't start in 90s

there were reports amongst the fan community that mj made a brief visit back to america around that time in 06.

If I remember correctly that was Murray telling the insurance company...Loyd's of London I think...that Michael was in good condition to do those concerts...from what I can remember from what we heard in the past the insurance company was instructed to talk to Murray because he was Michael doctor.

yes the email was from the insurer who was concerned about the media reports about mjs health. they were asking if he was ok and there was comments about sorting out the second medical while in london

In the bottom screenshot, i hate to say this but in reading MJ's health issues (column on the left) and Murray's treatment plan on the right, he seems rather thorough in his plan and documentation of his plan. I'm actually quite surprised. Wish I could read all of the info on that particular page.
 
showing the email about all the press reports saying mj was ill etc. saying if you dont tell us the truth it can make the policy invalid. . this is the one murray replied to saying mj was in great shape.

murray says mj refused access to medical records for the insurance as he already believed there was a policy in place and that AEG should talk to mike about it. murray says all press rumours about mjs health are rubbish and hes in good health

Recording of Frank telling Murray Michael was sick, and that he recommended a blood test being done to see what was wrong.
 
franks said mj had an episode yesterday hes ill i think u need to do a blood test to see what hes doing.
 
episode? that mean they all have seen he wasn't ok, that murray's drugs were making him ill, wow, it's so painfull knowing that he may still have been alive if they took care and put the human before the money machine.

Uhg, were you there to witness Michael as an addict? Michael was prescribed anti-anxirty meds anit depressants, pain pills, all of which I tend to take daily for the conditions I have. It doesn't mean I am an addict. I depend on those meds to get me through daily life. The pain pills vary, meaning I don't stay on them long and may change up if I feel I'm not getting the full benefit from the medication.Im an insomnic, I have panic attacks and I am asthmatic and am allergic to most things, super senitive and cigaraett smoke is my worst nighmare. I have carpal tunnel and my hand and extrmrties will never be the same. This has been going on since 1993 and I am a functioning adult. My doctor hasn't LABELED me as an addict! So, please don't be so quick to jump on Michael, we havent walked in his shoes, so you have no idea what he was going through on a day to day bases. I wouln't expose my body to any type of recreational drugs either! Sit back and count your blessings. Also, I had adult onset of asthma at 35yrs old and I have been dealing with it for 13 yrs. But other wise, I am healthly.

Cut Michael some slack, please! :cry:

I'm not looking for any sympathy either.

it was documented in mjs trial that he didnt sleep and it was common to see him walking around the grounds of the ranch at 3-4am

that episode was known about. it was the one kenny talked about in his testimony.

They didn't know what Murray was or wasn't given him. Which is why Frank suggested a blood test to find out what was wrong. If they knew about Murray, there would be no need for a drug test.
 
exactly. ironic that dileo asks murray to get a blood test. murray didnt need to get a blood test he knew exactly what he was giving mj
